I visited the Domino’s store on Queens Blvd today to get the $15 medium 2-pizza offer. I was told the offer is online-only, which is fine. However, when I asked for help placing the online order, the staff refused to assist and behaved rudely. I have ordered from other Domino’s locations (such as Merrick Blvd) where staff helped with ordering, so this experience was disappointing. I was forced to pay a higher price due to lack of assistance. I expect better customer service and basic help for customers who are not familiar with online ordering.

Hands down the worst franchise in the neighborhood! The manager is so so rude ! Been a customer there for so long ! Seems like they just dun wanna be there or cant handle the business properly!

I tipped the delivery driver Roman. He refused to deliver my food to my door. I waited 15 minutes before, calling the store. As I'm talking to the manager. The delivery driver knocks on my door. Placed my food in front of my door and stood there. I grab my food and turn back to my phone and the manager hung up on me. I paid for (3) icings and only got (2). I called back with no answer, so yeah. I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Pizza was stuck to box my lava cakes were all mixed into 1 then no one picks up calls either!!!!!!! Worse place ever!!!!

I ordered pizza and had no meat no pork with my order and I bit into pieces of bacon on not just one pizza but the second pizza as well. It’s against my religion not to eat pork as I told who called himself a manger his answer to me was I should not be eating out and refused to give his name And hung up on me. Sad poor service and he should not be a manager running any place dealing with people.Also the delivery guy basically demanded a tip and expecting he then through my receipt In my hallway. The most disrespectful customer service I have ever dealt with ever with ordering food and how nauseated I feel after eating it

Ordered online 3 medium pizzas two cheese and one with olives and pineapple. I am Muslim don’t eat pork, come to find out there is bacon on one of the cheese pizzas. I call dominos so they can fix the issue, I’m explaining that theres bacon on it manger was so rude, he said “you shouldn’t be eating out” and I asked for his name wouldn’t give the name and hung up on me. And also their delivery driver begging/waiting for a tip after I said no. what if someone was allergic to bacon or anything else that was added by their negligence very bad business!

Worst experience ever! The food is alright, but the service is terrible. The delivery guy named Appel is a real jerk! He has giving me a rude attitude over tips and everything. And he has been doing that a lot lately. If he doesn’t know how to treat people right then he shouldn’t be working here in the first place! PERIOD!!!! I don’t know why this guy is not fired yet from working here. All the other drivers seem to be fine, but this one right here needs to control his attitude. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless if you like good foods served with the rude attitude.

I found a bone in a pizza I ordered from here on Uber. The bone was more than an inch long, I honestly could have choked, be careful with your children, babies, and elderly ordering from here!

Rehana handles food without gloves! Her germ infested semonella fingers scroll through her phone, then onto the business phone, then right back to prepare the food we feed ourselves and our children. She’s completely disgusting!! Do not order from here.
