Price continues to get higher but quality continues to get worse and worse. Bread was rock solid. Cheesesteak had about 3 pieces of meat on it. Blueberry lavender lemonade I had to throw away entirely. Tasted fizzy, fermented, rotten, and like alcohol. Some how for such poor quality food I spent almost $50. Completely not worth it anymore. Not the same as it use to be.

I would give a higher rank, but waiting half an hour for your food when you are on your lunch break is ridiculous. Other than that, the staff is pleasant and helpful. And just know there is no parking. Everyone is dbl parked!

Long waiting times, unclean floors+wet tables and privacy violations, stay away! This place is often packed, but even when it's not there are long waiting times. What's worse: they will read your full name off your credit card (if you pay by credit card) and add your first name initial and FULL last name to a public screen to indicate when to pick up your food. They don't even ask if that is OK, but just put up your information for everyone to see (see uploaded picture, I blurred the last names)! That is a privacy issue and a big red flag in my eyes 2 stars because the soup is good.

I ordered a vegetarian tomato sandwich And what I got contained beef. The store refused to refund my money stating that I ordered through Uber Eats. Will not ever order anything through Panera. My money got completely wasted and I had to throw away the sandwich in the bin

This place is a disaster—dirty and poorly maintained. The behavior of the staff reflects the condition of the facility. I went in only to use the restroom, and it was clear that I was PREGNANT and I was still denied access.!!!! One employee, Keyla, was especially disrespectful and unprofessional. Her conduct was inappropriate, and someone with this attitude should not be working with the public.

This Panera has a lot of seating but the management here is garbage. There’s only two people working and the orders are so backed up. I placed my order at 5pm, long before I arrived, and waited almost an hour for my order. The workers didn’t even see the order pop up in the system after waiting 20 minutes. I kindly requested to speak to the manager to get some compensation. She was extremely rude and threatened to kick me out and cancel my order with no refund - keep in mind I was very polite and respectful. Whoever is running this place needs to be reported and fired. I know the staff is not paid enough for that BS and the staff looked exhausted. Never coming back to this location, it’s really bad business practice. I’m also reporting this place to corporate so I can get compensation. I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here.

Waiting for over 47 mins for a freaking sandwich and soup is crazy. Asked to cancel my order manager responded with "why" explain it was taking long and refuse to cancel my order twice which I end up had to wait because she wasnt doing anything.

Turkey disappointed in the Panera the juices don’t have covers uhm can you say bacteria they have the containers with mold can you just get a new one…. Also the ice machine if you look at the spout moldy I preferred not to even drink anything I’ve been to paneras in diff locations in the area was definitely disappointed even w the food avocado spread means all over right ? I got a slice …. Wouldn’t come back to this one !! Someone is bound to get sick soon

This is the most poorly managed Panera I’ve ever been to. It’s not the employees, they are working hard. Problem is they need to pay staff more and hire more people. The cafe environment is often dirty, unorganized, and out of basic things like napkins. Orders often take 20-30+ minutes. Unacceptable on all fronts.

I am a regular customer in this location. As some people may know there is a lot of dogs in the area because there is a petco. I came in on Sunday to have lunch, I had my dog with me in a dog stroller. My dog barked TWO TIMES & an old miserable lady told me to shut my dog up. People around us looked at her like she was insane. She went to the manager and the manager told me I needed to leave because no dogs were allowed unless it was a service dog. I told her there were no signs in the door stating that, she said there is but there isnt. Anyways I do not recommend, do not go here. There are better places around to eat that are pet friendly. They lost me as a customer 🥳🤷‍♀️ m

To Owner of this Panera Bread, I'm a regular customer. This location is getting worse. Noticeable difference in the taste, texture, and overall quality of the baked goods, including the signature baguette & bagels. Also, Artisan Ciabatta Loaf is about 50% smaller but it's the same price. Who would buy this? Very disappointed about what is happening to Panera Bread. I won't be buying any food/bakery goods from this location until it improves. This is how you lose customers...

I usually don’t leave reviews to the places I go to, but this time will be an exception. I ordered a coffee and sandwich and when I was preparing the coffee I noticed that there was not regular milk and I asked someone working there and he told me that he will take care of it … few minutes passed I saw he brought more coffee and doing something else where the cashiers are, but bringing the milk was not his concern. There was another worker and I asked for the manager of the place at the same time they called my name to say that my order was ready and also the manager arrived and the WAR started. I told her that I’ve been waiting several minutes for regular milk to which she responded aggressively that I was not the only one drinking coffee there and that they are very busy and I have to keep waiting.. I said miss you arguing with me and I still don’t see the milk for my coffee to which she replied more aggressively and wrapped in her madness that she will bring the milk whenever she wanted not when you told me to do it and she will call the security to kick me out from there and not to come back anymore .. So guys or lady if you are going to sell me coffee and you are VERY BUSY and don’t time to put milk on the table …. Should I drink my coffee black ???? This happen Saturday 14 after midday they never put regular milk, didn’t say that they don’t have it
