So it has been 5 months I went twice and this is the honest truth nothing was done and I'll be giving the corporate office another message as something needs to be done, the customer service is literally the only thing that's great here. I got me a cherry coke that I thought was going to be cherry flavored what in the world is going on with your machine please get it cleaned, are you guys regularly cleaning it ? It's soo disgusting, the worst I've ever had, I came for my chicken burrito two fries and three tacos, can I ask what you guys are doing to offset that beef flavor in the tacos the quality is so poor it's awful the chicken smells horrible I mean you guys are del taco right ? The fries looked as if they were some floppy jollopy mess I'm so disappointed that literally nothing was done when I spoke to someone from the restaurant she gave me some coupon like I was just going to go away like no I want the issues fixed and get to enjoy my favorites at del taco and don't want to have to go out of my way to a different location comm

They definitely don’t make money on the portion size/ meat servings. They don’t make money on the service they provide to customers they make money from up charges, add-ons, upsizing. If you order anything off the menu it is trash. You must first ask “Well-done” “With Cilantro” “Add extra meat” “Add extra” If you order this way. Then this place is okay. But the owners gonna make ya beg for it, just like he is. The lady’s inside chose to be nice, I’ll come back for them, but I’m not gonna leave a good review . It’s the cherry on top, most of the time you don’t even eat it, but it’s about the service. Response to the owner: nah bro, I’m on a diet and if I take the carbs out of any of your orders I’m on a 15 gram snack run . The ratio of protein to calories/carbs/fat is ridiculous, it’s not even worth it to order a taco shell with your snack tacos cause your going to have to chase down a whole vat of oil before you actually get enough protein to hold your stomach down.

They didn't give me my order complete and I didn't notice till I got home not only did they give me the wrong burger my carne asada fries were missing I tried calling to get credit but they never answered it's too late and too far to go back double check your food is in the bag and the correct items as well never going back this place always messes up orders paying for food I never got is not ok

I went back after 7 months. I got a coupon sheet in the mail, last time they said that I could use 2 coupons per visit, this time only one. That is fine , but the attitude of the cashier stood out, as I was talking about the coupons (I had 2) because last time they said I could use (2). She kept on interrupting me , 3 times I am trying to finish my sentence and LILANI WOULD CUT ME OFF AND WOULD NOT LET ME FINSH MY SENTENCE. At least listen, then answer . Very very rude, how do these kind of employees get a job at customer service . What is bad is, the owner or general manager does not even care. 7 months ago I complained, no one answered me nor contacted me . They do not care , their employees are just the them , they learn from them . SMH , how sad. I have been a customer of del taco for over 35 years. Shame on you.

Manager drive thru lady at 1030 4/10/25 at night made me back up and pull up again to reset the timer. Very unsafe and uncomfortable, felt that if I didn’t she would ruin my food. I also asked for extra lemon and didn’t even get the original lemon that came with tacos.. Very inconvenient and wild request for an employee to be asking a paying customer

AVOID THIS DEL TACO! Go to the one in N. Rialto. I've added a review on here and Del Taco keeps deleting it. THIS DEL TACO is the WORST. I always came here during the week around 11:30 PM on my lunch break. The cashier in the front, always friendly, always smiling and you could always feel how genuine she was. She loved her job, never complained about it! She always served my fries hot, fresh, soda with just the right amount of ice! Strawberry lemonade was always delicious with just the right amount of strawberries and not too much ice. I could actually taste the strawberry in my strawberry shake. She took the job seriously and management, including corporate took it for granted. I'll never return to this Del Taco. They will delete it again!!!!!!!!!!!

Idk where do go anymore. The del taco off valley doesn't get the order right, I go here and they get the order right but bearly put any meat in the chicken soft taco. my mom said spread it around, look worse.... this was a lettuce taco with chicken sprinkled on. My brother said his burrito had bearly any too. Looks like we got the crumbs at the bottom of the pot.
