Amazing service! Every time I go they provide positive service with a smile. Not to mention they have never messed up my order before. Definitely my go to place when i'm hungry and need a quick meal. Also it's really comfortable inside and it makes dining there enjoyable which is really hard to say for other nearby restaurants.
Really good experience. I know several locations close early but really appreciate this one being open late. I'm only reviewing because however makes the avocado salsa is fire🔥it's thick and tastes unique, don't change it!. The flavor of the food is different from others as well. 10/10!
Food at any pollo Locos is good and healthy. But the management at this site is incredible. Apparently on Wednesday they make a game around lunch time where they ask a few questions and you win a gift card.
They remodeled in April 2019 looks great very clean.. for now
Great place to eat some delicious food, but one time I was here with my friends and we ordered some quesadillas and a side of chips, and we waited in the drive thru. As we got our food, the chips tasted very dry. We told the employee but they said the chips were “fresh” Even though they weren’t fresh at all. Not to mention that almost every time we were here, they would miss an order. Overall three stars.
The chicken pieces tend to be much smaller than other places. The chicken is dry and sometimes burnt. Food is overpriced for the quality and quantity one receives. Very disappointing. This place used to have higher standards. The churros are definitely not worth the purchase - they are dry as rocks and have no taste! One could easily break a tooth on biting into one if one is not cautious- El Pollo Loco should not be selling churros.
Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla. When I finally got home and tried to enjoy my meal, I was disappointed. The cheese is not even melted. This looks sad. The staff was very nice and the drive thru was busy at the time, but food is so expensive right now and this is unacceptable. I’m giving them three stars because the drive thru cashier was very nice and he worked well under pressure, otherwise I’d give it 2. Just wish the food quality was better.
I really don't like to give away bad reviews but this is a must. Last time I went I have to wait 40 minutes to get my order and when I get my order it was burned and the manager what's over there. Just talking to the ladies working over there and not really didn't set up. Good with me. I got good experiences before at the same place but this time with this manager it was kind of bad and I was not the only person waiting. It was another customers. Also waiting for a long time for the order that they probably was bad. I don't know. I just got a bad experience that day. I hope it was the only that day
It started out on the wrong foot. First I wasn’t able to order online. So I walked in waited about four or five minutes to get someone to take my order. I wanted a 16 family. I was told that it would be a little wait. No problem I’ll wait. Got home and we had only two sides. I should have checked it before I left. This is the second time in a row it’s been screwed up. This store and S Riverside.
First time going, I ordered two family packs, the lady told me to order chicken a day before which was ridiculous and it was early in the day. Second time going I ordered chicken I used a coupon the lady at the drive thru received it and it came out to be the same price as without coupon , tried explaining to the lady she did not use the coupon and she seemed like she was having a rough day so I let it go. Third time going I ordered a 12 piece mix and match and received only 10 pieces of chicken and paid full price. Just because I love chicken but this is getting out of control. FYI corporate does not do anything. Called once and never got back to me at all. So don’t waste your time.
Everything was as expected, except the churros. They were hard as a rock, we spent almost $80 I asked for salsa, they gave only I asked for more the guy was upset because I was asking for it. Really bad service.
The food at this location sucks! My chicken was raw, I asked for them to re cook it & they gave me attitude & told me “it’s gonna be burnt chicken” not to mention there was a RAT in the back by where you order in the drive thru. Disappointing.
Lady in front very rude!!!I was about to ask for salsa she right away said there is salsa in the bag with an attitude, yes the salsa of your choice not mine!! I like the red one and you don't put that one in bag unless we ask , also asked for gravy also said in a rude way they sell it, you can have a better attitude I CAN pay for it but didn't just because didn't wanna be more time there ! Everyone else very nice , looks like she is the manager , or in charge !
When making our order at the drive thru, I made sure to ask for some juicy and no burnt chicken please. After receiving my 16 piece family meal half burnt and falling apart, we go through the drive thru to for a second time so they can correct the order. We get sent back around through the drive thru for a third time to receive the order. To our suprise when we get home, out order now had two wings with the feathers still attached.
This Pollo loco is always messing up our food to go but this time it got us to the limit. My husband went to buy some Mac and cheese with rice and they forgot the rice, they gave him another Mac and cheese but one of the Mac and cheese was bad like it was expired or something like that. I put some pics of it hoping the company see it and make something about this location that always are messing our order!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. had me waiting in line over 10 min for someone that wasn’t even a customer ordering anything because she wanted to talk about work drama with an employee who was previously fired and asking for the manager. then once i paid for my food she tells me to wait for the receipt and sees me reach out for it then proceeds to hand it to my friend who didn’t pay for our order. seriously idk what food service training teaches service workers to hand receipts to whom did not pay.
I got curbside for my girlfriend and I. They had me wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Then I had to call the store and they had no idea what I order. Then they brought it out 5 minutes later. Then missed my girlfriend’s order. So I had to go in and they didn’t even make it. Then the order was just thrown together. If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered the birria tacos, container was literally half way, asked for creamy cilantro I was given 3 that were a quarter full, might as well have given one that was actually full. Mac and cheese was watery. Definitely not worth it
Sorry, but not sorry...Every single time I've attempted Drive-Thru, the wait has been over 30mins at least...not to mention the Dining Room was closed, sooo what's the hold-up?! Don't even get me started with the other location in North Rialto smh....furthermore, this REVIEW was typed while waiting for my food that took about 35mins to prepare in which I hope they got it right this time smfh...good food, but a waste of GAS and TIME fyi
I asked for extra cheese and chicken and they didn’t even give me what I paid for i overpaid for something I didn’t get I just came from there and saw how little they gave me 07/08/2021
