Fukuro

Ordered for delivery from Doordash. Food came prepped and packed carefully with everything you need to eat. Bowls are labeled accordingly so it's easy to distinguish whose bowl is which. I got the 2-protein bowl with brown rice, spicy tuna and salmon, edamame, furikake, ponzu sauce and other toppings. My husband got the Fukuro bowl with added avocado. Both bowls are generously portioned & accurately made with your picked proteins and toppings. Also got the boba milk tea with 30% sugar; absolutely hit the spot for me, not too sweet but not too bitter either 👍

Sushi was really good. I like the cream cheese in the Philadelphia roll, and the salmon was fresh. The poke bowl was good and the boba drinks we got were all good too. The atmosphere was slightly warm and the customer service was just ok, they weren't as welcoming or as happy as you would expect, but they weren't mean. I'd come back, but just to go.

This is only the second time I went so I’m not a regular or anything but the service was amazing and food and drink were great. I think the lady that took my order was the owner but she is awesome. I bought a key chain they had on display and she was so nice about it when I said it was for my girlfriend. Even after I paid and left the place already, she RAN out after me to give me a free gift box to put the key chain in. What a lovely lady

Can believe I didn't discover this place sooner when I've been working across the street for over a year now! The sushi was fresh, delicious, and refreshing! The cream brulee milk tea was indulgent 🤤 I'll be frequenting here more often. Appreciate the free wifi, unlike Jimmy John's next store 🙏🏻

Everything in my poke bowl was really fresh and tasty. Portion size was what I expected, and also some of the best pricing I've seen for a poke bowl. Boba was also cooked perfectly and was consistent

They have an excellent variety of toppings, the ingredients are always fresh, and even the boba is among the best I’ve had. The owner is so kind, and whenever I’m in town, I come visit this shop at least once a week.

I dropped my drink right in front of the register and she was so sweet about it and made me a new drink even though the shop had a lot of people just come in…. She absolutely made my night and I probably would’ve cried in the car if she wasn’t sweet enough to offer to make another one. The music that was being played was really nice and matched the vibe with how the shop looked.

This place is ready nice looking fancy and has really friendly environment the staff here are very helpful and polite to all customers. The drinks are amazing my favorite drink is the brown sugar boba milk tea and thai milk tea it is amazing and all of the other drinks too. They also have poké it is with rice and topping, and sause that you can choose, the best sause is the original poke sause it adds flavor to the rice.

The store is immaculate when it comes to conveniency and the prices aren't too high considering the amount of food and/or tea you get. The workers there are very polite, interactive, and nice. I love being here and never regret making a trip here :)

Having this store open up at Northside has been a breath of fresh air. The inside has a very clean layout with two tables near the center of the store and higher tables by the store window. Farther into the store is the poke-making station along with a little reach-in cooler where sushi and canned drinks are placed. This place has delicious poke bowls: They have a good selection of proteins to choose from and an amazing selection of toppings to add into your bowl, so it’s easy to make a lunch or dinner that you’ll enjoy! Along with this, their drink menu ranges from milk teas and fruit teas to slush and yakult drinks, and they have a large variety of toppings to add into your drink. I haven’t tried all their drinks, but the drinks I have tried have not disappointed (definitely would recommend their peach oolong tea)! Their prices are comparable to boba and poke places around the area, but Fukuro’s proximity to campus has quickly made it one of my favorite places to grab food.

If you're indecisive or nervous about ordering you can fill out a paper form and take as long as you need to craft your bowl. $13-14 bucks is worth every bite. I love edamame. Picture does not do it justice because I was simply too enthralled with my meal and wanted to skip to eating it as quickly as possible.

I’ve tried almost all the famous bubble tea places from Taiwan to Canada to USA to Australia and I must say Fukuro is the #1. It’s amazing how this best bubble tea shop is here in Texas USA! If you haven’t tried this place, you must! They are so fresh and juicy. This is a perfect place for quick meals too. The poke bowls are delicious! They make you full but feeling healthy and rejuvenated! Even if I live in Frisco, I would still drive here for the most delicious drinks and meals!

Prices seem high for the drinks compared to other places though. Like $1 or so more for all sizes. But since it’s right next door to campus, I think it’s worth.

Hands down the best poke place in the Richardson area! I've been eating here for years! Fish is always fresh, portions are always good, I'm always happy and satisfied with their food, and the price is VERY fair. I've cut out most mid-range sushi in favor of eating here and it's never let me down. Their teas are also delicious and very customizable! The owner and employees are also all very kind and sweet people. I literally cannot recommend it ENOUGH, do not even bother with other poke places, it won't beat Fukuro

Honestly, it topped my expectations and after two months of going here and there I can confirm that they are consistently good. The service is always friendly and fast - even the last time I went they remembered me and asked how my sushi was from the last time I had been in. The bubble teas have been good too - I look forward to trying more! Glad I came across this spot!

I come here all the time for a lunch poke bowl. This is the freshest fish around. Always quick. Usually 5 minutes waiting for your bowl. I’d definitely recommend!

I had this a short while ago while my mom gave me enough money to pay for 5 of us on my little brother's birthday. For 5 bowls + 2 oreo cream brulee large Boba tea drinks for about 87 and change. Boba teas were solid 7/10s. The bowls were all definitely 8/10s (except for mainly the flavorless chicken teriyaki bowl, they may've not added sauce to it) The lady was nice and gave me and my brother two mochi ice creams (circles) on the house. Excellent service!

2/25/26: Salmon not fresh enough to eat today. Smells and tastes fishy. I wish they would taste test the food before serving 10/5/25: Salmon and spicy tuna are consistently fresh this semester. nothing but love for this place and the people who work there. 4/25/25: ordered my usual 2-protein bowl. the salmon freshness varies, it’s usually acceptable. today it was so fishy I couldn’t eat it or the rice underneath. I really hope this was just a one-time thing because I love this place, but they need to check the freshness of their ingredients before serving them.

I really felt robbed when I didn’t first check the price on a sweet tea and payed 4.25 for a large one that wouldn’t have been big enough to be called a medium one at most places. The food was great and if I hadn’t ordered a drink I’d gave them much higher marks. I went here because of its high ratings. It’s an inside drive though kinda place for the college kids. The food was great.

Food is really good but can’t say the same about the service. I ordered takeout crunchy spicy salmon roll and boba and the boba came out relatively quickly. The sushi, however took around 20 minutes to come out. The food tasted great in the end but the wait time makes it unlikely that I’ll come back.

Came here to grab some poke and boba. When we walked in it smelled pretty bad. Not the smell you want when you are talking about eating raw fish. We decided against the poke and got milk teas. I had the creme brulee one with boba in it and it was really good.

This place was clean. And that's probably the only positive thing from here. The 7-11 at the end of the strip probably has fresher rice. Hard pass on this place.

The food was pretty good but customer service was awful. The guy behind the counter was very rude. Couldn’t even crack a smile. He seemed to hate the world and it was very rude to the customers. I took a fork and put it in my to go back not knowing that he already did it. He’s very aggressively yanked the fork out of the bag and said no no no. I definitely will not be back due to the experience.

Ive gone at least 4 to 5 times on a sunday during my lunch break, and they are closed. I dont know if they are lazy, don't like money, or they are filthy rich. But I'm done trying.
