This is still the best IHOP location there is, the staff is here and the cleanliness's and their chefs are amazing and the food never comes out messed up it's always warm and fresh the hospitality when you walk into the restaurant is fantastic as well this to me is the best I Hop location

I enjoyed eating at this location. It was a bit of a wait but it wasn't anything that anyone can do . It was just a lot of people which to me means a good place to eat at. Our waiter was Alex and he was the best. And he was bilingual which was a plus in my books since I usually translate for my partner and for him to be able to speak for himself made him comfortable and happy! He was great with my kids and made us laugh. The food came in good timing and was good and hot. We had no problems with anything. Thanks to Alex!!!

Best experience I've ever had at a IHOP and more than make up for the last experience in grand Junction. This place is a treasure. I wasn't really trusting all the 5 stars reviews but going in myself, I saw it with my own eyes. They had actual staff and weren't short handed. Everyone seemed super happy to be at work serving great food to patrons. Even the servers not assigned to you made sure you didn't need anything. Our server was on point. He took our order and the food all came out perfect. Again I have to go back to the atmosphere of this building. Imagine a waffle house but it's a IHOP. You can see the cooks and food being made. And the place was clean. Will definitely be stopping by any time we're in the Allen area.

I had to give my review after YEARS of not going to an Ihop because of an extremely bad experience at the one in Garland off of George Bush today I took a chance at trying Ihop out again. Right away at this location# 1313 Comfort, greeted me,Sandra was there as well both with smiles and made me feel soooo welcomed. Then Bryan was extremely amazing with his perfect personality and egerness to help take my order.Once I got my food,I left and is actually still sitting in the parking lot right now as i type this. I ordered the chicken Fajita omelette,My food is amazing!The service i received was awesome!!!!!! I actually took pics but I don't see the option to add pics. I'm so thankful and truly wish I had it to tip every one including the cooks.

It's a tad crowded but we went on mother's Day expecting a long wait and mediocre service and Lucia blew my expectations out of the water. She was attentive and patient and very friendly. They were clearly busy but she still made us feel welcome and not rushed. 15/10 Lucia is amazing hands down.

This Manager was so amazing and funny. He was sitting at the door half sleep making sure his staff was secured. When you walk in the door, basically the entire staff is looking at you. Therefore, I put my hands on my hip and said, don't worry, I'm just here for the food and a good time! The entire kitchen started laughing with relief. We told some jokes and had a good time. It was Father's Day and it's a very tiny old stuffy type of joint with good food.

You can't go wrong with IHop breakfasts. We have been here so many times. This place is packed between 10am and 12pm on weekends. Wait time is about 15 - 20 mins. But its worth it!!

By far best IHOP I have been too from the food to the service. Only complaint was the drink in the cup was a little inconvenient. You have to push a button for the drink to come out and it tastes good but it's a little too sweet for my taste. The lady was also a little judgmental when I kept asking for refills and now my tummy hurts.

Multiple staff members were very friendly and attentive, even in a majorly busy Saturday morning rush! My group of 3 were seated quickly and impressed with how soon our food arrived with so many people inside. Everything ordered came correctly and tasted great. Our server Jose served above and beyond, grateful to have had him in our visit.

My husband and I stopped by today after a dental appointment. It was a busy Saturday morning, but we were seated quickly. Cici was our waitress. She was amazing! She truly went above and beyond for us. Bonita is also someone who stood out and also went above and beyond. The food and coffee was excellent as always. I got their pancakes of the month, chocolate & strawberries. Was absolutely delicious 😋 If we're in the area, we'll definitely be back and would consider ourselves lucky if we have Cici and/or Bonita take care of us again.

Honestly? A solid IHOP. Old school diner feel, music isn't blasting so it's nice and quiet. Food was prepared quickly and perfectly. Service was lovely and attentive as well. I will be going back.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in a long time due to a string of very unpleasant experiences at other locations. I had pretty much sworn them off and told myself I wouldn’t go back. But for some reason, I was really craving the Spicy Poblano Omelette—so I decided to give this IHOP a try. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everything felt different—in the best way. The food came out quickly, it was hot and fresh, and it tasted great. The Spicy Poblano Omelette hit the spot, and the hashbrowns were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, soft inside. What really made the visit even better was my server, Logan. She was absolutely lovely—so kind, attentive, and had such a pleasant attitude. Her service really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This visit completely changed my opinion of IHOP, and I’m truly happy I gave it another shot. Shoutout to Logan and the whole team at this location—you’ve earned a loyal customer back!

One of the few proper IHOP's! Actually salts the food, hash browns were salted anyway. The jalapeno burger was actually spicy, few jalapeno burgers actually are, I didn't know you could have pancakes with your burger too, burger and chocolate (pancakes)? Hell yeah sign me up! Food in general was excellent, nice cozy homey feel, on the smaller side so you aren't overwhelmed by all of the people inside nor are the employees and it is reflected in their prompt service. Enjoyed listening to them pal around, one of the male servers in particular was quite amusing, lots of tongue in cheek jokes. It's refreshing to see employees work so well as a team and not seem so stressed. I've been to two locations in Dallas and they pale in comparison to this one. I think we'll come here every time we stop by the Micro Center!

We were turned away from our usual IHOP location due to “lack of servers,” so we came to this location for our daughter’s birthday. We cannot recommend this location enough! The staff truly could not have been more wonderful. DeeDee and Mike were especially fantastic; they both went above and beyond to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and make us feel welcome. Thank you so much! This will be our new go-to for IHOP!

This was not my first place to stop. The other one was under staffed so we turned around and went back. I was like they look to be packed. Their parking lot is small. I went inside it was small. My husband and I come to this IHOP often on our weekends as a little brunch date. Although this location can be very busy the service is the reason we never mind the wait. Today we had a server named Josie who was so sweet and tentative for us. She also helped me figure out how to properly order a short stack combo lol. Shout out to her. She is greatly appreciated. 😂🫶🏽 Its also hard to explain but the food here is also great compared to other IHOPs we’ve been to all over Dallas. I’ve been to a few ihops in Dallas/Richardson but by far this is my favorite one. They are sweet and kind. The server was super nice! Made sure that if I almost finished my drink she would have another new cup filled with the drink ready for me. The place is clean! The food was delicious! They brought the food quick! Great location, we were seated quick and food came out fresh hot and fast! These were the most perfect over easy eggs I’ve ever had, the hash browns were big, and the pancakes were super delicious. I had the tres leches pancakes and they mostly taste like light caramel, the Oreo waffle was full of flavor, thick and perfect. Everything was amazing .

We arrived and the service was good and bad. The man who sat us at the table asked if we needed the high chair. We said yes, and the chair provided was used and dirty. He didn't even bother to clean it out, and he was the MANAGER! The waiter who waited on us was very sweet and helpful. He cleaned the chair out for us. We placed our order, and the food was good.

The seating is a bit cramped narrow to walk when people are at tables. It might be my least favorite ihop only because of that and the crappy small parking lot. It's hard to find parking before 1pm i would say. I drove past at about 5:30p and the lot was empty so good for early dinner time I guess. The food was good and the service was great though.

The food was great, but the server needed to be à bit more polite and respectful towards my friend. He was a bit harsh and disrespectful by not paying attention to her order. Other then that it was a nice experience, I will return but will make sure it's.

We dined in 12-13-24 Bonita M was our server. She was great. I gave a $5 tip on $35.55 bill but looked at my bank charges and she charged me $40.55. Why would you help yourself to $5 more. IHOP has weird tasting food these days. This location is a Covid-remodeled layout, with tighter quarters and uninspired cooking. Our server was great, attentive, and anticipated our needs.

The food was okay. The staff, eh. I got my whole order, correct. So I feel like that is worth 3 stars right there. The only thing is my order was cold because it sat at the bar, waiting for my server to pick it up for a while. Also at this location you pay at the table. We thought you paid in front because the server dropped off the check and never came back. So when we made our way up there we were promptly stopped and told that we pay at the table. All in all, maybe try late day or early morning? Maybe it was a time of day situation?

I recently visited IHOP and ordered a Colorado omelette without mushrooms. I was told the omelette did not come with mushrooms, but while eating, I noticed mushrooms in my omelette. This was concerning because my wife had eaten some of it, and she has a mushroom allergy. When I brought this to our waitress’s attention, she immediately handled the situation with care and professionalism, informing the manager (Michael). However, instead of coming over to personally apologize or show concern, Michael had the waitress relay that they could only remake the omelette and that “there’s nothing else he could do.” Considering this was a potential health risk, I felt it was appropriate to speak with him directly. When Michael came over, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than apologizing, he said, “I’m not trying to be smart or anything, but if your wife feels any symptoms , the best I can do is call 911.” This response showed a lack of compassion and accountability for what could have been a serious situation. The only positive part of this experience was our waitress, Josie, who provided outstanding service and showed genuine concern. She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. In contrast, Michael’s handling of the situation was unacceptable for someone in a management role. I strongly believe additional training in professionalism, customer care, and crisis handling is needed, as his response reflected poorly on the establishment.

I Usually have the best customer service food is always great at this location, But Last Night The Server Maria Was So Rude from taking the order to bringing the food to not even providing my check i had to get up and ask for a to go box & my check even when I was paying I let the front person know about my experience and he was rude himself telling me it got crazy, absolutely not acceptable! I ordered pancakes, waffles, and chicken. Was super excited to eat. When I got the food it was kind of warm. I went ahead and warmed it when I got home. The food tasted fine but I ended up suffering later that night. I ate the food at around 7pm. Then woke up in the middle of the night at 3am with a very sharp pain in my stomach. That continued through out into the next day. I was not able to eat anything for 24 hours. It was constant pain and bathroom visits. I felt so miserable. I’m not sure if it was my stomach being sensitive or it was the food, but I never want to experience that again.

The food was fine but I had ordered takeout and when I got home I noticed large pieces of egg shell in the food. I’m not sure how they didn’t notice this… when I called the man I spoke to told me the food I ordered doesn’t even come with eggs (attempting to catch me in a lie or something) but it does. Idk weird experience overall.

Ordered: French Toast combo, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Crepe Combo, and two Mac and Cheeses. Pictured below is the very burnt hashbrowns we recieved, and the mac and cheese that was in weird plastic packaging. The bacon is undercooked, and all the food is cold (except the mac and cheese, shockingly). I know the cold food isnt the delivery driver's fault because we live about 10 minutes from this IHop and have ordered delivery before, and its been warm. I also ordered pick-up last week, and the food was still very warm when I got home with it. I dont appreciate the quality of food I recieved for the amount of money I paid. Dont go to this IHop lol
