This is by far the best place to hangout, eat and chill after the work day or work week. The atmosphere is great for watching sports or to sit and chat with family & friends. The dining room is always clean, well maintained and fully stocked. The staff is very courteous and attentive to the customers. It's a great place for lunch as well. I've been there for lunch several times and although it's pretty packed, I've always gotten my food in a timely manner. The lunch crowd is usually business like. However, there's still a lot of casual, cool people, like me, that go there. The menu has a great variety of choices. It basically covers the "all time" favorites; pizza, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, soups and gourmet salads. I've pretty much tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. The best part of this experience is the owners. David and Tracy are amazing and do an exceptional job running the restaurant. They know their regular customers by name, which is always a good sign of great customer service. So if you're looking for a new spot for lunch or dinner with your awesome friends, stop by Urban Eatz. Because who doesn't want to go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came?!

This really hit the spot. Club sandwiches with French fries and pasta that comes with salad (or soup I think). All of the people complaining about $11 pasta acting like it needs to be 5 star dining should go elsewhere. This is a nice restaurant and the food is good. Very weird, bratty reviews on here

Low prices, great food and fantastic service. We liked this so much for lunch we came back on the same day for supper. I had chicken salad sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. My husband had a cheese burger with bacon then later had the pulled pork sandwich. He said pulled pork was ok...needed more sauce and bun just not so great. However he said cheese burger was likely the best burger he's ever had. The chicken tortilla soup was awesome and spicy. The tuna salad sandwich was one of the best I ever had so i had it twice! Let me tell you about the fries. I'm not much of a fry girl but.. yummy!!! Peach tea was wonderful. It was unsweetened peach tea which is how I like it. My BFF came with us. She had salad and said hers was so good she'll be driving back with her sweetie so she can have him try it. 45 minute drive. I'd drive back and we live in Midland. Very clean people working there were very sweet. I spent about 5 minutes trying to convince the worker to talk to the owner. We need this cafe in Midland Tx!! 💕

Have eaten the food here before many times always delivered. Have always liked the food, but unfortunately this time my husband and I were very disappointed. I have included photos. The lasagna was seriously small, the fork in the picture is a small regular size to try and show the size. My meal would have been delicious but the oil was too much. I hope this helps UE to improve.

Great place for yummy salads, soups, sandwiches. Service was fast too! There were 5 of us and we all got our separate orders back to back. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their salads! I had to get a cup of their tomato basil soup too. It is very delicious there and it's been consistent all these years. 👍😁

We’ve been eating here for years and would say we’re “regulars”! Never had anything bad. One of my favorites is their Grilled Chicken Ranch Salad,it’s so full of flavor. A new favorite is their Tomato Bisque Soup, it’s even better than the infamous Tomato Bisque at Nordstrom Bistro. Their tortilla soup is great as well! The hamburgers are delicious and always juicy. My daughter’s favorite is the Grilled Chicken Bow tie pasta. She loves it and is so picky when it comes to her Food. Everyone that works behind the counter is always so kind.

Very good portions with well seasoned but not overly salted dishes. Brightly lit and clean, quiet place, staff friendly and no drama, with many vegetarian options. They have sliced and whole pickles, olives, and ample self serve condiments including individually packed mayonnaise packets.

What a refreshing experience. Many choices of great food to choose from. My wife and I I had a couple of their salads. Be forewarned their salads are very large. our daughter had a cheeseburger what she said was very good. I sampled her French fries and they were awesome

Urban Eatz in Richardson was pretty good. The chicken and the broccoli in the bow tie pasta were huge pieces. I wish it had been cut up more. The flavor was a little lacking. Quite the popular place though.

This may have been the most mediocre pizza I have ever eaten. Admittedly, Papa John's is worse, but this is truly awful. The salad was edible, but also mediocre. Factoring in the very reasonable price is the only reason I don't rate it lower.

Was here at 5:25 today and the lady helping me was on her phone talking g and texting someone while she was taking my order.. Rude and just unprofessional.. maybe she needs to fi d another line of work as far as the salad 🥗 they put so much dressing on it.. OMG really...

Well I’ve been craving a Good Turkey burger and seen some good reviews but I guess tonight wasn’t there night. My first time here and my turkey burger was past over cooked, it was so dry I couldn’t swallow it and had to waste my money. The outside was so hard and burnt tasting. Very disappointing.
