Always polite and efficient! Out of all the years I've been to this location, I've never had a bad experience. I think their managers and staff members need to teach the other locations their ways because I can't say the same for them.

I eat at McDonald's three times a week minimum. Since covid not once has my order been correct. Not once, in four years. I have received food I didn't order. I have received burgers with no meat. I have not gotten food I ordered. You name it, it's happened. This McDonalds surprised me. I wasn't expecting to not have to send my order back in the window. Maybe they broke the curse.

Best fries in town. I come by in the evenings and each time the fries have been incredible. This team does a great job. There's other options and another McDonald's closer to me, but I make the trip out to this one each time.

Service and food are very good! The only thing is whatever they clean the bathroom with in of itself has a very unpleasant odor! It is definitely not a fresh and clean smell! I know it is clean because I have been in there several times after she has cleaned it and it looks like it's clean. It's just the chemicals they are using smell terrible.

Never had an issue at this location, I have eaten here for lunch the last 5 years (my office is across the street). Christian is usually the employee who I have had the most interactions with, he is kind, caring, and always smiling. My orders are never wrong, and are always hot.

I like this mcdonals. Most other mcdonalds flat at refuse to give me my cup for my drink while I wait for my food. Seriously I have canceled orders bc of ot. This one is different they always give me my cup when I ask for it with a smile. Today the lady remembered me and handed me my cup before I asked for it. Great service and great location

This place just opened by my house a few months ago and I love it! The employees there have been the best by far and it's 24 hours.

Always a hit with the kids. Wish they offered a GF menu, no matter, wouldn't eat here very often, myself, however, my son loves it! We go about once a week for playdates.

Kiosks are neat, slower than someone taking your order though. Hottest freshest burger I've gotten from a McDonald's so far. Fillet o fish wasn't fresh however, we asked for a replacement and the staff kindly brought us one.

Was fast, 4 minutes from order to food out the window. Food was OK, wasn't as fresh as could be but still warm enough, no major complaints. Parking lot was clean and employees were polite.

This is the best McDonald's around the area. Fast, friendly and the food is fresh. All the other's I've visited, it's like the food has been under the lamps forever. This one is good!

Took an extra minute or two for the food to get to me, but well worth it! Hot, fresh, crispy chicken and a well made burger! Good job! My only complaint is half the parking lot is reserved for this, that or the other which makes it hard to find a spot in this already small parking lot. Otherwise, I would recommend this McDonalds above most!

Drive through was closed at 11:40 pm. All lights were off, inside and out, except some signs or something inside. McDonald's web site says the drive through is open 24 hours, but it wasn't tonight. I'm very disappointed in Google maps for no longer showing hours for both dining rooms and drive throughs.

Location states 24 hour, not true. Four cars waiting in drive through lights on in store. After several minutes I pull out of line and notice banner on back side post drive through that states it 24 only on weekends....

The food was fine, the problem was the young lady taking the orders. She definitely needs customer service training/better attitude. Once we fix that the experience would've been awesome

Food was alright, the staff was friendly, my problem with the it was that I had walked up to the counter to place my order, then the staff member walked me over to the other side and placed my order on the new device in the restaurant, then after the order was placed walked me back over to the counter so I could pay. When she could have just as easily taken my order at the counter when I first got there. So much for customer service.

Not the best McDonalds around. I usually only go here when due to it’s convenient location but otherwise try to avoid it whenever I can. Service is slow, often get wrong orders, and they game their drive thru numbers by making everyone pull into a parking spot to wait for your order even if you’re the only one in line. The dining room is also never open despite signage saying otherwise.

This has always been one of the better Micky D's. Food quality just seems better. Good management? You be the judge.

We have had good and bad experiences here. Part of the problem with this location doesn't have anything to do with staff at all, but with the community surrounding it. People around here aren't terribly considerate. There have been at least a couple times we have sat in the drive through for 5+ minutes waiting for just one person to order. Most staff has been wonderful, but we have run across a couple that were not. A while back my husband kept having trouble with one in particular trying to charge him extra for ordering water with his meal instead of soda or tea, and we stopped going for a long time when after the last interaction with him resulted in the employee shoving the drink so hard into the window my husband almost couldn't grab it. Since we have been coming back we haven't had that experience though. Some of the staff are truly great, and friendly. The food here is great though! A lot of locations overcook the fries, but most times at this one, they are cooked to perfection! I also order my McChickens with extra mayo (not healthy, but it is dang delicious) and some still skimp, but they get it right here. Overall, we still like this one.

The staff here is fast and efficient. You can get through the drive thru and be on your way in no time. I have not had any issues with them as far as following instructions or messing up my orders. And they almost always remember your straws!

The location is very convenient for most including myself. The staff is super friendly, MOST always hold big smiles & makes it welcoming. The issue is the food times, I come here for “fast food” whatever the reason may be I’m eating here, it takes 15-20mins parked in a designated spot before I get my food by the time I get it, I have to eat & drive to make it back to work on time.

I am partially convinced the only reason this place is open still is because it's the only thing open in the neighborhood 11pm-4am and they suck less than Jack in the Box. It is a bad place to eat, even by golden arches standards. It's been remodeled, but it's still dirty inside and out. There are many employees, including management personnel at this particular location that cannot understand English. This creates a lot of headaches when ordering food or trying to correct a problem with your order. If you order regular menu items it's fine, but if you change the menu item in any way it more often than not comes out wrong or just plain bad, like having the extra cheese uncooked on a cheeseburger, an unrequested GRILLED McChicken (how??), or so little of the sauce you paid extra for that you really can't acknowledge it's existence or contribution to the food. You may even get an entirely different sandwich from what you ordered, and it will still look absolutely atrocious as if it was made with no effort at all. All in all, waste the extra time, go down the street, and eat at the McDonald's on Beach and HWY 121. It's less than 5 minutes away and is a remarkably better location. You'll thank this local guide later.

Got breakfast, ordered two moka Frappuccino waited 30 minutes for the coffee, after we finally got the food! Lot's of people working not many getting anything done.

They do not pay attention, when taking food order, they put cheese on your food when you asked not to, forgot to take ketchup off. When asked, sometimes it take them 3-4 times to get it correct, they are not paying attention to their job; this is ovall visit not just this visit

I understand that sometimes it’s necessary to ask the car in the drive they to pull up front and wait. Multiple things can happen and they want to attend to other guests, that’s completely understandable. However, every time I’m here I have to pull up. Every time! And I’ve even had multiple instances that I have “parked” and by the time o get my food, it’s cold. So why did I park?!?!

I stopped here on my way back from Dallas. The location is difficult to get to and surrounded by construction and a sketchy gas station. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter (4 nuggets, double fries, and root beer.) I was overcharged and received 4 nuggets, apple slices, and a frozen blue drink. They ended up correcting the order but I was not reimbursed the over charge for the frozen drink that I did not order.

McDonald's isn't a special thing like it was for kids in the 70s & 80s. Heck, even in the 2000's when mine were little, it was still a treat. No more play areas & the menu is limited to the flagship items. It's just disappointing. Tastes like human chow. Also, the cost of sodas increased by 40%. That 40¢ on a small Coke adds up quick for a family of 5.

It was clean But lousy food. The fries were cold, the sandwich had a tiny piece of chicken on it, so we had to ask for a bigger one. I asked & paid for extra tarter sauce on my filled, and barely had any on there. The bun wasn't steamed as should've been. Just no pride in their quality of the food they served.

I use this location frequently. Food is fresh and the staff is friendly. However, if you need diet drinks because you have diabetes, for the love of all that is holy, DO NOT ORDER DIET DRINKS HERE! No less than five drinks have been regular instead of diet. After getting sick today (I didn't catch it in time), I'll never order drinks here again. Do better McDonald's!

They had a new person working the drive thru that couldn't understand my simple order..nuggets, fries, a drink and the new mcflurry-small. I was charged a medium, was given a mcflurry with m&m's. After repeating it 4 times at the window, the manager explained she was new..I get it..we all are newbees at some point. However, that was a poor decision on that manager's part to have a new person working the window...not to mention, with all the frustration, I didn't receive my drink.😠Conveniently the survey code numbers are not legible. Poorly trained staff or untrainable staff members(coin toss). Less than friendly, unaware of any banner specials posted in front window, and argumenitive when approached regarding their speacials, my incorrect order,and being overcharged. I live down the street from this location and it was pretty late between 12:30am and 1:00am I spoke with a lady named Carmen who was just horrible. First and only visit. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal. I got two plain, dry burgers. Also got a 10 piece nugget meal, 9 nuggets in the box. The fries were barely filled, combined I don't even think it would be a large and they were undercooked. My daughter wanted an Oreo shake but all they had was vanilla and strawberry. Went with the vanilla and you can't really mess that up. We also got a Dr Pepper and a Sprite, both were so watered down you couldn't even tell what they were.

Mobile order. The gentleman who collects money, saw my name in the system and he told me to go to the window and they will prepare my food. As I drove around to inform the appropriate person about my order, that person nor the manager did not see my name in the system and the manager said I needed to refresh my phone .I showed her my phone which reflected the transaction and told her what the gentleman said. She was clueless and stated nothing can be done if my name isn't in the system. I am wondering are there different systems that did not allow her to see that my name was in the system to get my food prepared ? That gentleman called my name once I gave him the code. It was total chaos and it was very frustrating. I asked the gentleman who collects the money what should I do the next time because this mobile thing is frustrating; he said basically I should go through the line like I normally would. My take is if he saw my name, others parties should have too.

The posted hours are inaccurate. After placing a mobile order, 35 minutes before closing time,, the app said the curbside pickup was closed. The only option was drive thru. So I submitted the order, went to the drive thru speaker with my order number. No answer at the speaker. Drove to the window. Nobody greeted me. After waiting a few minutes, I drove away. Why would they accept an order at a restaurant when they are closed?

I always enjoy the drive-thru customer service when I DO go, but if and when something goes wrong (and because of language barrier orders often do go wrong), there is no fixing anything. I got home, charged for two items I did not receive, and tried to call, rather than having to drive back up there; no answer after 7 calls, just a fax machine noise. I only came here because Burger King closed earlier than their posted hours state, but I’ll swear that I won’t come back again no matter what time of day or night, AND, to incentivize the owner to get it right and stop squeezing too much profit off the top, I’ll make sure I tell EVERYBODY in this area to drive a little further and avoid this location altogether until they decide to put the effort in and get it right...

I will never come to this McDonalds again. Went to get my family breakfast and my 3 year old had to go to the bathroom. Being that she has just started potty training, when she has to potty she has to go or she will pee her pants. The staff was rude and wouldn’t allow us to use a bathroom that was obviously available to be used. Needless to say I told the manager oh well and took her anyways. The staff uses the bathroom and there is no reason to not have the dining room unavailable, if you want to operate in Texas then get over it. I will tell all that I know to never come here again!!!

Stay away from this branch. I went here around 11:30 PM, got a burger and some fries. After patiently waiting for 15 minutes, I got my food. Food was cold. Fries were stale, tough, and tasted like they've been sitting there for hours. They prolly were too lazy to cook a fresh batch so they just gave me an old one. The lady who helped be was rude. No friendly greeting. No thanking. She sounded like I owed her child support or something. Oh, and she was the manager. The MANAGER. For crying out loud. Do yourself a favor and visit another branch instead.

First the kiosk is cool i guess if you have no kids on your hip :-) but I did so it was just a pain but that's not my complaint. I entered my order and turned to pay at register. We set down and waited i went up 2 times to check on my food. Took a few minutes longer then expected which was ok. Being a manager I know things happen and things back up. I ordered a frappe with espresso in it and I went to retrieve my food and they said they would bring out the frappe.... 10 minutes later nothing. I went back up there and a man told me they were working on it now they would bring it out. Another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. Finally I took my receipt and told them that i had been told multiple times it was being made and finally recieved it. From 1136 to 1157 was the time frame on 10/23 this afternoon Incident 3- 11:45 or so I go to get milk and there is 2 people in line ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes and the first truck drove off because of no answer. Second truck set there and waited while someone honked. Over the intercom the lady said I don't know why yall are honking and proceded to take the order. Finally we were able to order our chocolate milk. Then asked the lady for her name after we recieved our milk and she said joyce and shut the window. These things may seem minor but ny family visits this McDonald's often for things. Sometimes big orders sometimes just drinks but we are paying customers. We are not rude when we go but everytime it just seems like a big hassle. There is a few woman there that are actually really sweet but you never know who you are gonna get. Its almost not even worth going anymore.

This location is AWFUL! I am late to work almost every time I stop here even when I leave my house a little earlier KNOWING they are slow. They get my order wrong literally every single time! I can not stand the morning crew at this location. At least the food is good its the absolute only reason I stop and it's the only fast food place between my house and my office. They stare at you like you are stupid if you try to correct the mistakes. They ruin my day every time I stop by in the mornings!!!!

Every time I come here I order ahead on the app, but for some reason this location always tells me that my card didn't go though when it's the same card I've always had, I show them that it charged my account (sometimes 2 or 3 times) and yet they tell me it's not their problem that my card didn't go through. So I hand them the EXACT SAME CARD ON FILE and miraculously it goes through all of a sudden yet I'm stuck for paying even more since they wouldn't honor the coupon that I had added to my order on the app. I even had to leave without my kids or my food a couple of times because my card had been charged so many times that my bank than froze my card due to them thinking it was stolen. I've decided that I will no longer go to this location even though it's extremely close to my house. I'll drive the extra couple of minutes to Denton highway, at least their I know my order will be taken care of.

Went there last week. Stood in line for over 10 minutes waiting to be spoken to. The woman dressed as a manager was busy hugging and kissing a man in the dining room and only one poor guy who was obviously new was in register. 4 people were in line in front of me. It was ridiculous. After 22 minutes my order had been taken. Worst run establishment I've seen in ages and managerial skills were non existent

This was the worst burger I've ever had from a McDonalds. It was tough, burned to a crisp, and they clearly don't clean the griddle because there was burned grease blobs cooked into my burger. I ate about half of it before I gave up. Best thing I can say is the service was friendly and the fries were good.

Today was just a terrible experience, i had placed a mobile order at 7:06 got there at 7:07 and the doors were LOCKED, called twice and no answer, doors weren’t opened until 7:13! They made me late to work and wasn’t able to enjoy my food. Terrible, next time disable the counter pick up if there doors are going to be locked.

Employees talk Spanish during my vist. It was so loud the entire time I was trying to eat. The lady at the counter I could not understand at all when confirming my order.. I felt like I was in Mexico. The national language in America is English and I feel you should hire employees that can speak and talk talk English. So rude to people trying to enjoy a meal

I frequent this McDonald's weekly for the coffee in the mornings and occasionally an egg mcmuffin. This is the 3rd time that I've gotten egg shells with my breakfast. You should take the time to do things right the first time. I would rather wait a few extra minutes to get my food cooked properly than dor you to rush through to move onto the next waiting vehicle.

Now today, I went in for a McChicken meal deal and they still got my McChicken wrong again with food being cold. Do not under what is so hard to look at a screen and see what the customer ordered. So McDonald's has this free item each day with the purchase usually of another item. So today I decided to try the cinnamon roll waste of time like 75% of it stale.sad part is is you didn't even have to taste it to see that it was still you just looked at it and you can see how dry it was around the edges. Shame on you McDonald's employees y'all should serve better food.that's what was left after 8:00 the stuff that was soft the rest of that is hard.

I don't recommend this particular McDonald's as there is always a line in drive through and the wait for food is usually between 15-30 minutes. The inside is even worse and the wait time is twice as long because the employees seem to care more bout getting the drive through orders out quicker than the walk in orders. But don't mistake this to mean that the drive through is fast. Nothing bout this place is fast they move at a snails pace. And the food is not any better than the service. I ordered a fish sandwich w nuggets and fries and a holiday pie. The fish sandwich was cold and leaking a weird juice from it. The nuggets were cold as if they were from the day b4. The fries were so hot I got a burn on my lips from the first one I ate. But the worst thing was the food poisoning I got from eating the raw fish. I was sick for 3 days and had to go to hospital for treatment from the dehydration from vomiting 🤢 and diarrhea that I endured from the food poisoning from digesting the under cooked fish and chicken nuggets. It was pure hell to say the least. So if u decide to eat here please b careful and if the food u are given is cold 🥶 then give it back and ask for a replacement or a refund, don't risk your health for a quick or cheap meal because this place doesn't know the meaning of fast food nor do they care bout your health to serve food like that to begin with. The pies were also cold and usually come w a time stamp when they were made and what time they expire but all 3 of my pies were cold and the time stamps had been pulled off the package so I wouldn't realize they were old and ask for new ones to b made. So eat at your own risk at this location or just go to the next closest McDonald's. I hope this info is helpful so nobody else has to experience the anguish i encountered at this store.

Went to use the restroom here and the bathroom tissue was out. Went to try and find paper towels and the dispenser did not work. Had to go into the restaurant to find napkins to be able to clean my self. Poor upkeep.

went inside to order food. They gave me a cup for my soda and when I went to fill it up with ice, the machine wasn't working and after pressing it several times I got 2 ice cubes. I took the cup to the counter and asked for ice and they took my cup walked off then brought it back and asked me if I tried the ice on the machine I was just at. I replied yes. the worker proceeds to walk around the counter and press my cup into the ice machine about 20 times to get just a little bit of ice and handed my cup back and said "see it does work". I proceeded to push my cup in an out about 50 time just to get half a cup of Ice. I told the manager that the machine wasn't working and she said it was. The staff is incredibly rude.

I ordered two cheese burgers and got to the food window and was given two McDoubles and a large fry! Sometimes trying your luck with this location pays off! The employees do match their uniforms too, down to the goofy smirks and new aged bowl cuts!

The woman who works the drive thru early in the morning has a nasty attitude and zero patience. She sounds very unhappy to be working here which as a customer, should not have been my problem. She frustrated me so bad, i left and ordered nothing. Instead we went to the McDonald's on Camp Bowie where your hashbrowns don't come with attitude. Do better.

Need to either train better or hire better. Small problems often signify much larger long term issues. Whoever is in charge of Inventory management at this location can't even keep White Milk in stock. I've been told they are out, and offered chocolate 3 different weeks in November. 1st, chocolate it's NOT, a substitute. 2nd, so every little kid has to get sugary drinks because they can't manage Inventory? 3rd, I asked to speak to a Mgr, he said he wasn't sure what happened the other weeks they were out, but they have been out for a few days this time. Really? It's the weekend after Thanksgiving. So the whole extended weekend they had no milk? Seems easy enough to fix. Train better or hire better.

Order mixup, late, or incorrect nearly every time at this location. If it weren't for my children, I wouldn't buy from here anymore. I didn't post this, but last time I got a breakfast sandwich that tasted like soap. When I told them about the soap taste, they said they don't use soap there.
