Pizza was cooked correctly , not undercooked. I arrived just as the pizza was coming out of the oven. Gave them a 4 because they left the sauces out of my order...should be a 4.5...but I will make sure to check next time. Place was very clean and employees were working with gloves on preparing food...nothing bad to say about the restaurant.

4 of my 8 chicken wings were broken and in slivered pieces. Could of chipped a tooth.. no marinara sauce with the cheesy bread. The app wouldn't show my motel , so I called and asked for the deals like the app shows.. I got $10 off of the pizza. Usually when you have multiple orders the cheesy bread and the cinnamon bread they are $5 Not the case. We waited one hour which was fine..

I'm sure my pizzas taste fine but I'm sick and tired of paying full price for cheap pizza and the lazy workers don't even care enough to cut the slices straight. Check the photos, it's absurd. How much time does that take and how much is the minimum amount of pride you have to take in your job to do this right? I picked up my pizza 2/11/25 from the Richmond Hill hwy 17 store at 630pm.

Good gravy the pizzas are horrible. Overcooked and tasteless. Staff were very quick and very nice. I worked for Dominoes in college and once in a while I like to get pizza. I dismissed the 3.9 score to my own detriment. Pass on this company for the near future.

Love Dominos Pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked. *sad face. The picture you see was after a few slices until we came to a slice that wasn't done. It's not cheese, it's dough. *smh. Waited 45 minutes.

If I could give this store no stars I would!! I go in and the guy cutting pizzas with no gloves. I ask him about it and he says, "We don’t have any gloves." None in the store!! I look around and nobody has on gloves!!! Instead of their manager going to the store to get some OR getting some from another store!! PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE! You may get sick 🤢

We ordered our pizza around 9:30pm, after an hour we had not received our order, and the app showed that it was still getting prepped. We call and they said our order was done, that they were just waiting on the delivery driver to make the delivery. At 11:13pm we called again and they said they were about to send our food. We were so disappointment my kids were already asleep by that time and my whole family was ready for bed. I had to cancel my order.

I had an order that I paid for tap to pay the cashier told the manager that she didn’t see on her screen that it was paid. I went as far as showing them that the money was deducted from my account and the kiosk said transaction successful. He said that he canceled the order. I called my bank and Domino’s did get my money. Now I have to do the legwork to recover my money. Before this I recommend them but I will never go back to this store. The store in Hinesville on Memorial Drive would’ve handled this differently. Convenience isn’t always the best choice.

Pizza tracker said order ready in a few minutes. Got to store and they said come back in 25 minutes. 1/3 of pizza?crust was missing! Horrible Pizza! Not worth the money!

I’m highly disappointed with my recent experience. The pizzas are no longer the same quality — they barely use any cheese, and the flavor has gone downhill. On top of that, I stood in front of the counter for 12 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The staff seemed distracted, and I actually had to yell just to point out that my order was sitting right in front of them. That kind of service is unacceptable. Domino’s used to be my go-to for pizza, but this experience makes me rethink coming back.

I placed an order tonight and the tracker said 49-59 minutes and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our pizzas. This isn't the first time this has happened either. So either the system needs to get changed or the management needs to work on making sure orders get out because that's ridiculous. I get long wait times but almost an hour and a half for a fast food restaurant is crazy.
