Love going through the drive-thru because dining-in is kind of questionable. The tables were not clean, I had to ask for someone to clean, which I got attitude for. They don't have napkins or anything out like salsa etc. not plates... just not the best experience for me with a 3 yr old. Oh and you can only use EBT dining-in which sucks!!

Boy is she lucky I checked to see if they forgot my extra creamy cilantro dressing that I paid for. Did appreciate the dark meat substitution on the chicken tostada salad. The guac is delish.

My thing on chicken,I feel chicken should be boiled then fried or grilled for our own good... Other then that the flavour doesn't really grab me, but there salads are the best any where all there veggies are fresh and crispy(delicious)

Today when I went to El Pollo Loco I did not have the best experience. The only thing I ordered was chips and guac and it took them half an hour to get it done because they were serving people who came after me though what I ordered was a simple thing they could have gotten earlier. They did not have their priorities straight today. Seems like you couldn't be served right unless you were a police officer or complaining (both actual occurrences). They're also low staffed. There were about 20 people in the restaurant but one cashier. My two star rating is honestly nice. I wouldn't recommend coming here until they get their stuff together.

Don't know what's going on there, but when you knowingly give bad chicken to a drive through customer several times in a four week period who's been coming to the same location for several years almost on a weekly basis. It's a problem. Especially when it affects a person stomach. Never had this problem before, but lately the chicken is dry and tastes old! Hopefully the issue will be looked into.

Constant banging of meat cleaver makes it impossible to enjoy being here. When I asked him to stop, he said he was required to do this. This was Sunday evening, 6/29/25. I do not know how often this occurs or if it is now always. When I tried calling a few hours later to talk to the manager, he could not hear me and I could not hear him because of the banging. When I tried to ask him to have the banging stop so he could hear me,, he hung up the phone. No concern for employees or customers. I will never return.
