2 stars ... my cup wasn't filled all the top as seen in the picture. Also, the texture of the "smoothie" was more like peanut butter banana milk. I ordered the pb banana protien smoothie BTW. If done correctly I think it would taste great!

Drink is decent. I asked the lady to scan my barcode for points and she didn’t and she gave me half of my receipt as well , so I didn’t earn any points

I ordered a drink from Jamba, expecting a refreshing drink, but what I got was 85% ice and barely any actual flavor. For the price, I expected something much better. Definitely not worth it—if I wanted a cup of ice, I could’ve gotten it for free. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I give this place zero stars. I do not like the woman that works there. The boy she has working there she goes and whispers to him like I’m invisible. She is so mean how she talks to people. And not to mention she can’t even seem to fix any issues. You make a drink wrong and watery but expect me to be ok with it ! I do not think so! I will not be coming to this place again. The smoothies had no taste.

Their drinks always come out awful. Do not come here for smoothies or coffee. I just got a coffee today and couldn’t even drink it. Too sweet and doesn’t taste like coffee at all. I honestly want a refund and I never ask for a refund. It looked super chunky before I even mixed it

I called this location 21 times and they refuse to answer the phone. don't bother ordering from here

There was so much ice in my smoothie it was like a slushy. Crunchy ice that kept clogging the straw. I’ve never had a Jamba Juice like this before. It was extremely disappointing.

I submitted an order for delivery I February 2025. I paid in full and typed in my address correctly. After taking my payment the website Jamba.com as well as the app changes my address to an address that is not mine. The driver delivered my order to the incorrect address and when I went to the store location they said there is nothing that they can do because the order was “delivered successfully”. I proceeded to show proof that the website does not accept my typed address but instead populates an address that is unknown to me. I have submitted feedback to “corporate” and have emailed the store manager with no help or assistance. This corporation does not care about customers and is willing to steal in order to make a profit. No one has even looked into my complaint to check its accuracy. It is now July and the issue still persists. Reaching out to any store location is no luck because they don’t have any information on how to contact corporate or on how to file a complaint.

The Indian guy was super rude and very unprofessional. My wife and I entered the drive through to place an order; however, we needed a moment to look over the menu. He rushed us and said that he was closing in 5 minutes and told us that we needed to hurry up. I have never experienced this poor level of customer service and we will NEVER return to this location again. Do yourself a favor and do not, I repeat do not waste your time or hard earned money. We are very disappointed as loyal customers of Jamba Juice.

The last 5+ times we have come it has been awful. We were regular customers, but the quality of the drinks is so bad now that I have had to throw a few out. Hopefully they read the feedback and make some changes because I love Jamba Juice.
