I came in rather late not to far from closing and I came in and was immediately greeted by Alden and not only did he greet me but I was indecisive and had never been here and he immediately recommended things I could try and asked what I like and he suggested the chicken bacon ranch. He is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that even though it was close to closing I didn’t feel rushed or not welcome. Please give him the biggest shout out because that’s what we need in customer service driven fields. Keep up the amazing job Alden!!!! Ima definitely come back because of the amazing service he gave me!!!!

I have been to the Parham Regency location several times. I have always been greeted warmly. The food is always consistently good. Recently I made a 9 sub order online for a luncheon.The food was prepared and ready on time. The manager, Benjamin, is super nice and very accommodating. Even when I make errors with my online ordering the people at this location are very nice and make you feel appreciated. This is my Jersey Mike's location of choice.

On 9/20/25, my team was playing against University of Richmond Football team, and we had a weather delay for a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Sallyn, Amber, Emmet, & Camila did a GREAT JOB helping me out with an order of over 100 subs for my team within two hours’ notice. I highly recommend anyone to order from this Jersey Mike’s in the Richmond area and ask for Sallyn, Amber, Emmet, and Camila!

I've been to this location several times with no issues. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Tonight, I went to pick up an order I placed online. The order wasn't on the pick up stand, and the 3 employees were busy with orders so I waited in the normal order line. When it was my turn, I said I was picking up an order. The employee helping me said to go to the pick up counter. When I got there, he handed me my order that was behind the counter and after I took the order, stared at me while pointing up at the big pick up sign. Yes. I can read. My order wasn't there so I decided it would be more polite to wait in line rather than flagging over an employee who was clearly busy working on another order. Felt very un-needed and mean spirited to make me feel stupid for standing in the wrong place.

I keep giving this location chances but I won’t be back, it was a straggly beard hair in my sandwich, it’s no warm interaction when you need your money back either, it’s like it’s an inconvenience to the manager or something.

I walked in on a Saturday at lunch time and they told me they aren’t accepting walk in customers because they had way too many orders… ridiculous. It’s a walk in sandwich shop! Refusing people due to online orders… will never go back. Absolutely stupid, lack of customer service and rude. Jimmy John’s here I come…

Bad costumer service. Unprofessional staff. Got the wrong order twice. Had to wait 35 minutes. And then left with no food nor a refund

The general manager Benjamin was very rude because my sandwich was made very soggy n I cudnt pick up the bread and I was telling him I was gone take pictures so he have proof because I was gone go tomorrow n get my sandwich on lunch I go all the time n cut me off so bad n was very disrespectful I ask who was n his manager he said he was the GM I said everyone has a boss he told me good luck finding one smh how can a general manager be so disrespectful for no reason I didn't like it and it was god will that I wasn't in front of Benjamin baby cuz when I say it was gone go very different it was
