Shipley Do-Nuts

Lupita and Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate my mom. We got 3 boxes of Kolaches to get us of out of a pinch for teacher appreciation day and they were absolutely so helpful because my mom couldn’t get out of the mini van dealing with my 1 year old and 3 year old double teaming her anyhow they brought the boxes right out to us VIP treatment even tho they were super busy. This is why I switch to Shipley’s ever since moving from NYC, Best Spot for moms in a hurry or Dads scheduling a quick Coffee on the run.

Very clean, staff friendly and professional and opened right on time! The Banda music is a little loud in my opinion for 5a.m. Its the ONLY genre of music that I literally can't stand to hear, well that and Polka lol.. and to hear it at 5am when im just waking up...oh my! My ear drums were in a battle of a lifetime lol. Other than that very small issue which is just my personal opinion, I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars 🌟 all the way around, good donuts 🍩 😋

Always has a good variety and seasonal treats for kids. Still miss KrispyKreme for the flavor but Shipley's is a good option

Today was my second time at this location and I had the pleasure of Ms. Maria wonderful service. What a sweet lady she is and she actually gave me info on the perks of getting the app so shoutout to her! I hope she gets recognized cuz ya’ll lucky yall have her! plus you can’t go wrong with the simplicity of glazed donuts frm Shipleys that are warm n fresh!

You get exactly what you'd expect at a Shipley's and/or a donut shop. Any donut shop. Come early, it's great! Warm and soft! Go at 3pm at MOST donut shops, it's not hot n fresh (unless it's you know who... Though I've definitely had old donuts from there as well). Staff is friendly and accommodating. Only thing I dislike is the drive through curb. Why?!?! But that doesn't stop me from going anyway!! So glad we have this shop by us!

It's always super packed on Saturdays but the ladies at the counter greet you, and give great customer service. The customer service at this location was not the best but it still was not bad enough to make me NOT want any Shipley donuts! Lol 😆 they are too good!

Kolaches were good but being charged $2 for a bottle of members mark (Sam’s club brand) water is ridiculous.

I agree with the low reviews. I only come to this location because it’s across the street from my neighborhood. Every single time I’ve visited, my order has been wrong—I’ve been overcharged, given the wrong item, or had items missing. The drive-thru setup is confusing since it’s connected to a parking lot, navigating to it doesn’t make sense. Their intercom system also doesn’t work well—you can barely hear the person. In the beginning, I couldn’t hear them at all, so I started driving past the intercom and ordering at the pickup window instead. Eventually, I switched to using the Shipley’s app because ordering through the drive-thru was such a hassle. I’ve also walked into the store a few times, but even after repeating my order multiple times and watching them prepare it, it still came out wrong. Most of the time, the donuts taste old and stale. The only positive thing I can say is that the last two times I visited, I happened to get fresh glazed donuts. That doesn’t happen often, but it was a pleasant surprise. Also a single glazed donut here is pricey. Shipleys is my favorite donut shop and I’ve been to multiple locations and this location is on the pricier end. I just checked the apps at the different locations I’ve visited to confirm before I wrote this comment.

Also want to mention the donuts size compared to the other locations was smaller. Would never recommend or ever go back here again.

The worst service ever. The Shirpley Aliana location, the owner needs to replace that lady asap . And if she is the owner, she needs to closed down, Because service business is about customer service and that she does not have. The place is alreading doing bad, now they just lost another one.

I placed an order for 8 dozen donuts on the Shipley website. When I arrived at the store for pickup on 7/6, the lady upfront rudely said that they don’t have the donuts needed to satisfy my order. Why accept an order when you cannot fulfill it? And why not call me ahead of time to inform me? She couldn’t give me a refund either.

Horrible service with one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. I will never buy anything from this place again. They need to work on who they hire to serve customers!

I come here pretty often and the service is okay. today i came in at around 11:30 and was disappointed. when i pulled to the speaker, the lady was speaking very low and i could barely hear her. i ordered a frosted donut and a cinnamon roll. when i pulled up to the window she didn’t tell me the price of my food and when i looked in the back i saw i was charged for TWO donuts and a cinnamon roll. i bit into the frosted donut and it tasted extremely old. i was really disappointed with the service because they often seem to get the order wrong here and they don’t ever repeat the price of your order at the window.

Additionally, I ordered two kolaches but was charged for three, and they were hard around the corners. When I asked for a refund, there was no apology for the error. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Nice and simple donut shop, however there is a tang or flavor to their donuts that isn’t pleasant. We ordered a dozen donuts, bear claws, and cinnamon rolls for a family gathering. We ended up throwing it out because of the awful flavor/tang on everything.

Bad Customer Service, They don’t understand anything. I asked The lady to give me mix donuts w/ No toppings and she gave me Chocolate donuts, When I told her again that I want mix donuts w/ No toppings. She threw away the donuts and threw the new box of donuts at me. When I was giving her my card to pay for the donuts she shut the window at me with attitude, I wouldn’t come here to buy my donuts anymore.
