My favorite tacos in the whole world
During my visit to the parking lot, I found quality and quantity at a good price, good service from the employees, although on this occasion there were no more pickled chilies, the salsas were delicious.
The best carnitas place in the state. You can't say you've come to Rioverde if you haven't been to Carnitas El Guache. I always leave satisfied with their delicious tacos de masa and combos.
Excellent carnitas, freshly made. Very tasty, highly recommended. Good atmosphere, although a bit crowded. Excellent service from the owner and the young women who work there.
Simply the best Tacos de Carnitas en Rioverde! Not to be missed. Great for takeout. The only thing I dislike is that they will not give me a bag of Cilantro separately.
The last time that I came here was 2014. I can never forget how delicious the tacos are. 2 tacos is enough because the tacos are so big. The food, people and the place is amazing. Hopefully I get the chance to go out there again to eat there tacos. Pic from 2014

I ordered 2 taco's and a orange fanta .The tacos are so big I could only eat one . Had to get the other to go .I eat here when I go to Rio verde. The tacos of carnitas are very good and the price is reasonable !
It's small and needs more cilantro added to the chopped onion.
The service is delicious and fast, but since the space is small, it gets crowded and you have to wait, but overall it is excellent.
The tacos are delicious, a good size, and reasonably priced. I go with my family whenever I can, but sometimes it's very crowded and it takes a while to get a table.
A quintessential Rioverde tradition... These tacos have it all... good price, quality, and a very generous portion. The only thing preventing it from getting five stars isn't a flaw, but rather the lack of space to meet the demand; the place has become too small.
We like it a lot, but the last time we went the popcorn was completely tasteless. The place is very clean as always, and there are a few parking spaces available, which is great.
The staff is attentive, the portions are generous, and the prices are good. I give this rating because I've had two bad experiences. I ordered rib tacos and they gave me 60% meat and 40% cartilage. (This has never happened to me at their other establishments; everything has always been very good.)
I travel frequently for work, and if there's one thing those of us who've been traveling for years appreciate, it's a good bed to rest and good (or even excellent) food. Upon entering the place, I wasn't too fond of the smell, but I overlooked it. The tacos we ordered were served very well, but oddly, two other coworkers and I had the same symptom: an upset stomach and then diarrhea. This is my opinion, and I hope they review their preparation process, as I understand it could have been due to the sauces (water, vegetables, etc.) and not the meat.
