A trendy bar with a refined atmosphere and an interesting menu, perfect for breakfast, an aperitivo, or a casual evening. It's a shame about the welcome: when we arrived, our greeting went unreturned, probably because the barista was busy chatting with a friend at the counter. A small detail that's out of place in a place of this caliber, but with a little more attention to the customer, it could really make a difference. I ordered two croissants and two cappuccinos, one without foam, but when they arrived at the table, the one with foam almost to the rim and the one without foam was halfway up the cup. Given the benefit of the doubt, did you understand a macchiato in a large cup?

The girls are really kind and helpful, so I have no complaints about the service or the location. The diluted Spritz, however, cost 7 euros, and I think it was way too much; if I'd ordered a glass of Prosecco, it would have been almost the same.

The guys were kind and the service was good. Too bad my juice was 50% orange and 50% water 🤬😱🤕 and we paid 5 euros for a platter with three dried things... there's definitely better. Never mind the dried-out platter, but no to the juice with water!!!! 😡😰😡😢🤯⬇️⬇️

Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the cashier, who was rude and impolite about having to give change. She reacted with obvious annoyance, complaining as if it were an inconvenience. I don't expect exceptional treatment at all times, but a minimum of courtesy is essential.

We stopped at this place in the heart of Rivarolo for an aperitif... well... let's just say the service was disappointing... it's a shame because the location is excellent... the professionalism needs to be improved... the staff are young and friendly, but they lack customer service; it's usually good manners to hand out the menu and not ask what you'd like without at least suggesting it... and serving an aperitif without even a napkin or serviette... makes the whole experience seem less than complete... In short, given the reasonable price for the setting, the overall service also has a lot of room for improvement!

Terrible...basic aperitif with two chips...high prices for what they offer. The staff is aloof and unaccommodating, and the service is poor for a centrally located bar. Avoid it, except for a quick coffee, and I say this as a native Rivarolo native. P.S. Evidently, more than 40 negative reviews on this page alone aren't enough, especially since the owner continues to respond in an undaunted and arrogant manner to criticism. The marketing methods and techniques definitely need rethinking...

Ci siamo fermati per fare aperitivo richiedendo esplicitamente di poter mangiare qualcosa. Eravamo in quattro. Ci hanno portato una ciotolina piccola con briciole di patatine, per intenderci sembrava…

Schifo totale, mi sono ritrovato in sta m3rda di posto in cui le cameriere erano scortesi in una maniera ineguagliabile, nullafacenti e per lo più arroganti, 7 euro uno spritz campari, alla richiesta delle patatine la simpaticona ci dice di aspettare 20 minuti con un tono presuntuoso. Dal bagno la gente che passa sopra ( essendo sotto terra ) può tranquillamente abbassare lo sguardo mentre fai i bisogni. Peggior bar della mia vita, unico punto a favore è che la porta per uscire era vicino al tavolo

La cameriera appena seduti ci chiede se sapevamo già cosa ordinare,non ci hanno portato nemmeno dei menù,glielo facciamo notare e ci viene dato ben 1 menù su 6 persone. Ordiniamo varie cose tra cui una granita al limone PRESENTE nel menù. Dopo qualche minuto ci dicono che la granita non c'è e quando la persona che l'ha ordinata ha detto di non volere altro in quel caso,ci viene maleducatamente detto che dovevamo allontarci dal locale nonostante le altre persone del tavolo avessero ordinato(dei cocktail cari e fatti male). Personale sgarbatissimo e maleducato,SENZA mascherina anche all'interno,il proprietario ci ha fatto delle foto senza nostro permesso minacciandoci che sapeva dove trovarci dopo avergli detto che gli avremmo fatto una recensione negativa. Nice place, eight of us sat down for an appetizer, everything arrived... When we got to the cashier, the lady who gave us the bill was very rude (a girl actually spoke rudely to us for no reason)... I wouldn't recommend it due to the rudeness. He wasn't there on this occasion, but the owner is usually rude and arrogant. We won't be coming back.

Arriving at 11.45 the waitress, without even knowing what we were going to order, tells us that it closes at 12. When it comes to paying, €14 for two Spritz and 4 chips, I use Satispay, but she asks me to make two payments of €7 or else she has to pay 0.50 cents in commission... Never again! ANSWER FOR THE OWNER: her waitress didn't give us the menus because she was in a hurry, we ordered on the fly, when we could have and at this point should have changed venue. you feel free to give negative opinions as the rules were respected (which rules??) and the experience was simply explained.

I have to ask them to clear the table several times. I order the croissants and after 5 minutes they tell me to wait 15 minutes because they're in the oven. They arrive but the filling is nothing. The breakfast sugar arrives at the non-existent table. You ask for it and they bring the packets just like that. They get the receipt wrong. I go over to her and tell her to give me another croissant. They ask me for 20 cents because the hot chocolate costs more. I go to the bathroom; everyone goes to the men's room, the women are out of order. They're rude, the place is tricking you into sitting down. Avoid them. I'm answering you. If you're the main bar and you boast about it, change your profession, try your bar as a customer and not as a pseudo-owner. Then look, just look at the reviews you have, waste less time responding and work better. I recommend it, and we're in the industry too.

Today, Saturday, August 5th, I went with friends for a drink around 12:10. As soon as we sat down at the outside tables, the waiter immediately told us that we absolutely had to leave at 12:30 (on a Saturday, in the center of town) because they were closing. So we tried to order quickly and promptly at 12:25, but he told us to go to the register because "we close at 12:30." When we entered the restaurant to pay, the time on the front door was clearly visible, indicating that on Saturdays, closing time is 1:00 PM! When we reached the register, I asked the cashier why they were in such a hurry, pointing out the time on the door, and she told us, "But that time doesn't matter. I received the information on WhatsApp that we close at 12:30, so I'll do that." I must say, I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I travel quite often, and never in my life have I seen such poor service! An elderly French lady was similarly shocked and incredulous at what was happening and tried to understand the reason (the staff obviously didn't speak a word of French and we customers tried to explain to her that for no apparent reason they had decided to close early).
