A Panda Express like the many others but the staff is great. Friendly and quick. Well managed restaurant. Would love more vegetables on the menu, but they probably know their customer tastes.

The service is amazing and comforting. The cashier was accommodating and the staff friendly. I sat down with my family and enjoyed a nice dinner. It was near closing time, yet even though they were cleaning. They never rushed us or asked us to leave. Amazing customer service.

Very good bbq chicken. They didn't have chowfun but the fried rice was fresh and tasty. The portion size was ok. Don't forget the teriyaki sauce.

Kids favorite place, and during travel we like to have Panda express, Now they increased the price and portion size is small, so we avoid going.

Food was good but my fortune cookie doesn’t have any quotes in it. 😂

It's Panda Express. It's what you'd expect. Clean dining, consistent flavors.

Panda Express is pretty consistent among all of their locations. Food is pretty good, reliable, and usually served quickly.

The place is nice and the employees are friendly. But when it comes to the food portions, they're not very fair. If what you ordered is running out at the bar, the portion served is very small. ☹️

Very good bbq chicken. They didn't have chowfun but the fried rice was fresh and tasty. The portion size was ok. Don't forget the teriyaki sauce.

One lady was rude and stingy when it came to the food I ordered. I understand that they may have how many scoops they give but she didn't even give me one full scoop. Another gave me more because I had to wait which I felt was nice. But I frequent this panda and I don't appreciate rudeness

Not a real fan of this place but mike loves this spot. Food was fresh!! Wow a first. The were all sold out of chicken egg rolls he asked for. Prices were fair and clean restaurant. Mike was satisfied 😄

I felt so rushed and there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. They started serving what they thought I wanted before I could tell them what I wanted. I don't think I would continue choosing panda. The food is not that good just alright.

Good place if you don't have much time, and you have different options of proteins, I recommend for ask veggies to reduce carb portions.

On Sunday, 5/10, we went to the Panda Express that’s 0.6 miles from our house and wanted to order a Family Meal. The person told us it’s only available through online orders. She was snobbish and rude so we didn’t get food there. 2-Star for the attitude. Instead, we got the hot pastrami sandwich from Togo’s next door and it was good. On Tuesday, 5/12, we ordered a Family Meal from the Panda Express that’s 10 miles from our house. I went to pick it up. We ordered two chicken dishes, a beef dish, a fried rice, and a mixed vegetable. The total came out around $25. The order was ready as promised. We couldn’t finish it and there was more than half left for later. I would definitely recommend this Panda Express.

I have been to this Panda Express location three times in the past 4-5 months. Each time, the Fried Rice tastes burnt. I have never seen this happen at any other Panda Express but it has happened each time I have visited this location.

The service was very good and the atmosphere was quite good. However the food was not so good. I have had much better food at other Panda Expresses. I won't be going back to this location. However the staff were good and the place was clean.

They totally didn’t fill the bowls all the way and then charged for them what two item plates would’ve cost at any other panda.

Portions are small and the food don’t taste good penny Pinchin franchise don’t even supply a customer with a fork had walk back and request one charging for soy sauce food is possibly spoiled check my photo looks like spoiled peas’s

2/16/24 I’ve got double chow mein n sesame honey chicken. When I came home n start to eat… food was still uncooked both chow mein and honey chicken.

Don't come here if you're looking for fresh food. Everything is stale and dried up. Passed on the super greens (they looked disgusting compared to a panda I go to in mountain view) and opted for fried rice, even though I'm trying to be healthier.. Orange chicken was old dry and hard. If you want to enjoy anything you have to ask them to make a new batch which takes 10-15min. You'd think they notice when their food needs to be replaced but no, you have to do the work and tell them how to keep the food fresh

I am a regular customer at this place because it's close to my work place, otherwise I will go somewhere else. Customer service is very poor. Many times they kept forgetting to give me the soy sauce and chili sauce as I have asked. They care too much just to collect money from customer and don't care to pay attention to what the customer asks for. Not happy with the customer service. Many times I had to eat my food without the sauces.

The worker name Aidi is really rude to customers and her coworker. She was yelling and cursing at a girl! Horrible experience don’t go there

Every time my family and I come to this location they never fill the portions correctly and willingly give us old food. The customer service is also some of the worst service we’ve experienced. If zero stars were available this place deserves it.

An employee by the name of "Michael" was very unprofessional. As I arrived I told him I was there to pick up and he ignored me and began saying the name for someone else's order and with no response walked away. I waited for my order over 20 minutes. Atleast 7 people ordered and came after me and they all received their orders before me. Overall I do not recommend this Panda Express, the customer service is far from great.

Very disorganized, they messed up my order and then blame me for the mistake The lady at the counter talks a lot but is ineffective with handling customers. The food is always never ready , they are not able to handle demand properly One of the worst panda locations I have been to in bay area

The stores set up weird. Staff was busy and was running out of food quick. Orders where stacking up. Five people deep in line. It has six people waiting for pre-order pick up

The Brain the guy that helped me was so rude it was 8:30pm they ran out of Beijing beef and instead of having me choose a different item or make more he gave me so little food . When I said that its very little and I'm getting ripped off he said that's how it comes .I eat at panda all the time and it's never that little. Then to top it off he charged me $4.40 for a small side of vegetables when a medium side is $3.60. Before I left he was sitting down to eat he made sure his plate was full.

I tried it once they served the cold and unfresh food. I tried it twice they served the wrong entree. And I tried one last time they served only as half as I usually get from other Panda Express. That’s all I can say and I promise this is the last time. There’s another one on Fremont Blvd which is only 0.3 mile farther.

Each time I visit this location my visit seems to get worse, this place is in major need for new management. Todays visit (even after doordashing for pickup to make it quicker) was by far the worst, I walked up to the cashier just to be completely ignored by the entire staff and after that being skipped

this place is horrible!! you have your workers hitting other workers, abusing them, and you’re not doing anything about it. this place should definitely be shut down. Her name is aidi, there’s video proof of her hitting and cursing out her coworkers and HR is doing nothing. hopefully this store gets sued and so does Aidi! never go here:)

Worse panda ive been to. 1 cook 1 serving food and 1 doing who knows what. Food is dry and old and they dont have some stuff readily available. If i wanted walnut shrimp i had to wait 5-10 mins... About 3-4 items were empty

OMG I'm serious when I mean small quantities of food they even shake the plate to make it look like it's more I don't get it it's more expensive but they serve you every time less

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get peoples ordered right especially for things they pay extra.

We complained to the manager and he said that there’s no problem with the rice. But right away you can smell the spoiled rice once you open the lid. Don’t come to this location because they don’t care about their customers.

Sounds delicious but not sure if it is delicious so I asked about the sauce and I asked if I may try just a little taste of the sauce maybe a green bean something very small I DIDN'T ASK FOR A FREAKING STEAK OR SHRIMP I ASKED FOR A LITTLE PORTION OF A VEGETABLE JUST SO I COULD TASTE THE SAUCE BEFORE I ORDERED...
