The Lobby Cocktail Lounge and Kitchen is located in Downtown Riverside. I’ve been to this establishment a few times, but this time was different! This visit solidified their superior status amongst the other food places in the surrounding area. The food was excellent, the drinks were phenomenal! The service was impeccable! They have set the bar really high! The creativity of their drinks, the knowledge of their mixologists, the quality of their ingredients…this place is fantastic! You need to try it. You will not be disappointed!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The Lobby is a whole VIBE. Every staff member we came in contact with was super friendly, personable while still remaining completely professional. Our waitress was Lesly and her customer service was above and beyond. She made great recommendations so we got everything and we were not disappointed. The drinks were perfect. The frozen watermelon is sneaky af...it is so delicious that you forget it has alcohol. The cereal killer is a little heavier on the alcohol but the flavor was on point. We got a lot of food. Lesly recommended the spicy cauliflower appetizer, it was perfectly hot, crisp and seasoned. The fried pickles are a MUST. The entree we go was The Hangover Cure it is so good that I cant even explain it...go try it! The brunch time burger is by far the best brunch burger we've ever had. It has pork belly that is cooked to perfection and the burger patty is seasoned and cooked very well. Everything has so much flavor. AMAZING! 10/10 Don't sleep on this place, it is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Is really great place with Great Indoor atmosphere and seating as well as great outdoor seating for people watching with outdoor heaters This place has really good food and appetizers but the real star of the show are the drinks. last time I came here I ordered the bartenderr choice and I had a surprise, the best Drink I have had in a long time. My wife ordered the holiday special drink and a special glass and my son had the non alcoholic special drink which was awesome also

Came here for an annual Gals-mas dinner! Made reservations 2 days in advance, we were all extremely excited to come here for the atmosphere, it was a rab bit underwhelming! They couldn't accommodate 9 of us inside, so we were sat outside. Which was no problem. There were no heaters to help keep warm. Our server, I believe her name was Zoe, or Zoa, she was amazing, she did her job very well! However when it came to our food, half of us did not get served. The kitchen was backed up, so our food was brought out one at time, some of us girls didn't even receive our meal at all. They were discounted and apologizes were said for the inconvenience, not management, but our server Zoa or Zoe, sorry for messing up your name girl! Needless to say the drinks were amazing the appetizers, like the cauliflower and twisted fries were amazing! I got the mushroom ravioli, it was good but not great. I would like to experience it again but from the inside on a less busy night!

Very cool place. Unusual drinks that are so imaginative! I had the Captain Planet which comes with a souvenir ring. The drink was delicious. Will definitely go back for that! My friend and I shared the Bao Tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. Sam was our waitress and she is a real sweetheart!

We made a reservation in advance and were given three seating options: patio, inside, or mezzanine. I chose inside because I did not realize there was a difference, and the main reason we chose this bar was for the Harry Potter themed mezzanine. We were seated promptly, which I appreciated, but not in the Harry Potter section. I asked if we could move upstairs and was told it was full, but that if the 6:30 reservation did not show, we might be able to take that table. At that point, I did consider leaving since the theme was the reason we came. Our waitress, Brooklyn, was wonderful and even double checked availability for us. She came back with the same information, so we decided to stay and have a drink since the menu was the same. Brooklyn was great at helping me choose a cocktail she thought I would like. She also told us we could go upstairs to see the Harry Potter themed area. When we went up, it was mostly empty, which made it confusing why we could not be seated there. We arrived a few minutes before our 6:00 pm reservation and left around 6:45 pm. It took about 15 minutes to receive our drinks after ordering, even though the bar was only moderately crowded. That said, I really enjoyed my Christmas in Cali cocktail, and my friend enjoyed their Long Island iced tea along with the happy hour tacos. Overall, Brooklyn provided excellent service and the drinks themselves were enjoyable. The seating situation was the biggest disappointment, and clearer explanation of the reservation options would really help set expectations for guests coming specifically for the themed experience.

We went when The Mission Christmas lights were displayed so it was crowded. The decor was festive and the holiday drinks were served great served in various Santa cups and shots served in miniature ornaments. The burgers were a good serving size and the chicken Alfredo pasta was really good. If we weren't enjoying the holiday drinks I would have been upset about how long it took for the food to arrive. I would definitely go again and dine indoors to experience The Lobby again.

Got here at 5:15 for our 5pm reservation. Restaurant wasn’t really in full swing just yet as there were still several tables open and available. Set up was super cute. Ordered almost right away for some holiday drinks that we were excited to enjoy and some food that the server recommended. The server was nice and friendly. But after waiting till 5:50 and still not getting our drinks or food yet or having been checked on by our server, we decided to leave. One man did check on us towards the time we left but we were so over it, we decided to bar hop at other spots instead. There is a 90 minute hold for the tables they told us and made sure we realized before sitting down and then half our time was eaten away without being able to enjoy anything. Would like to try the place again. Might decide to in the future.

Pretty bad experience here Monday evening (6pm). Bartender was nice but struggling all on her own. Drinks tasted terrible. Pretty sure she made them wrong but again, not her fault. I get it's an off day but that's not an excuse for this awful service. Have a second person help out. Orders took forever to get to the table. When when I heard the bell ring for the food being ready, the bartender didn't bring it over for 5-10 min cause she was visit rushing making drink orders I've been here before, had a great time. But this was basically me burning $140 for cold food and terrible drinks. Not coming back.
