Stopped in while we were charging and the restaurant was clean, people kind and bathrooms were clean. We haven’t stopped in a while but it was still the level of greatness that other Whataburgers need to strive too. Plus you cant go wrong with a whataburger and chicken tenders!

I highly recommended that you check your order every single time you order from this place. Their success rate to get your order correct is severely lacking. For example if you order a second gravy for your chicken stripes they will tell you that its in the bag only to find out when you get home that it is not in the bag. If this was only once then I would not be writing this. It has been going on for the last 4 plus years.

Stopped and used the bathroom. The bathroom needed to be serviced but I didn't report it. I had the hamburger 🍔 with cheese. I ate half and threw it away. The fries would probably have been good when they were hot. I will never eat there again I hope.

We were deeply disappointed with the drive-thru service at this location. We were given the wrong order and then it took them 20 minutes to give us our correct order. They didn’t give us napkins or ketchup but we were already upset of how long that it took that we decided to just leave. We had time so we used the restroom while there and hubby heard upset customers inside the restaurant because of how long they had been waiting for their order. I’m surprised with the issues since it’s so close to the highway and I’m sure other travelers such as us were attracted to its close proximity to the expressway. We will never stop at this location again after this experience.

Terrible service today. Ordered only 2 drinks. Charged me and gave me only one cup, then went away for literally 5 minutes. Came back and said the people in the back told her to slow orders down. Well, I guess ignoring everyone is one way. About 5 people in line. 130pm on Sunday. Only stopped because EV chargers in the back.

Terrible service at this Whataburger I was coming back from my trip in the valley heading back to San Antonio at night. Mind you I was already pretty tired from the trip back. So I needed a meal to try and refresh me. I placed my order in the drive-through and moved forward in line to pay. There was one person in front of me. And their order was taking forever to be given to them so for the ridiculous amount of time I was waiting. I ended up accidentally falling asleep then I woke up to police surrounding my truck. Because they thought I was drunk and fell asleep behind the wheel. This situation would have never happened if the service wasn’t so slow !

They take like 30 minutes and pull me forward to get 3 people behind me taken care of then I get out to check and they rush it out look I'm not Keven but people got places to be and things to do then to top it all off I get home and my salad that took 30 minutes still had tomatoes when I ordered none this place is going down hill

Will go out of my way to go to another Whataburger. Waited 20 min for a Burger and fries, fries were cold and tasted gross. Asked for fresh fries and they gave me the same fries with few new ones on top.

Awful. They forgot our meal, so we came back. We proceeded to wait in the line inside while no one stepped aside to help us for 20 minutes while a line of cheerleaders’ and baseball players’ coaches were filling out the school tax exemption for their food… Just go to the Whataburger at 5 points; better food and workers are socially aware and considerate.
