This Panera Bread will always be one of my favorites with all of the staffing and environment being so welcoming and kind. This location offers such amazing service and deals.
We were just passing through and stopped for a quick bite. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but the food was flavorful, the coffee was good, and the place was spotless. A pleasant surprise.
This place has quickly become my favorite restaurant. We have the sip club and come here dang near every day. We eat breakfast here once a weekend because it is affordable especially with the 20% off gift card promotions. Mercedes and her staff always give me the best customer service and ask how my family is doing. I hope she sticks around for a long time!
Love Unlimited Sips! Their food is really good, tasty, but expensive for my budget. But then again, everything is too expensive for me, unless I have a coupon or Groupon.
We’re always greeted when we arrive and everyone is very helpful. I love their salads and who doesn’t love the side of bread?

Jonathan was amazing! He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The service was quick and the food was great, but Jonathan’s attitude is what made the visit stand out. Panera is lucky to have him!
Panera is my go-to study spot. Quiet enough to focus, cozy enough to relax. I can grab a warm bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, plug in my laptop, and crank out a few hours of work with no pressure to leave. Plus, the free refills on iced tea don’t hurt either. 10/10 for productivity and snacks!

We dropped into Panera today as we were traveling and we had a very great Lunch experience. The food was delicious. The manager KJ was very attentive. He changed our order at the last second because I had figured out that I had ordered wrong and it was no big deal. He got exactly what we wanted. On our order. The food was hot and very tasty. And the girl that waited on us. Her name was Jaidin She was so great with all the customers and very friendly very helpful. It was a really really positive experience. And my husband and I enjoyed our Lunch so much.

Yesterday ai was pleasantly surprised by their service. ..3 employees Allison who took my order, Tracy who came to our table to clear the dishes and Mercedes in the kitchen who prepared and presented our food. All of these women made our group visit so memorable. Their concern for our satisfaction and commitment to excellent service will keep us coming back!!

I always have a pleasant experience when my wife and myself come to this Panera. The food is good and prepared with attention to detail. We come to this Panera 3 - 4 times a week. Stacey the manager is always friendly and has a smiling face when greeting us. Keep up the good work Panera !!

This is probably the third time I’ve come to this location and been disappointed. They don’t make their sandwiches with love here. I ordered the chipotle chicken melt and the sandwich looked like it was just slapped together, the avocado was all smooshed on one side. My friend got the blt and look at the amount of mayo they slapped on, they couldn’t bother to spread? When we brought it to their attention the cashier said “well that’s just how we make it”. Unacceptable.
I’ve already had a negative experience at this location back in October in which I called customer service and they resolved. However, upon this visit everything was great up until I tried my salad. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken Caesar salad and Mac and cheese. When I began eating my salad I noticed the taste was off. It wasn’t tasting how it normally does and was rather bad. I began picking around my salad and then realized that half of the leaves were black, indicating that I was served rotten lettuce. That explained the bad taste. Once again I am rather disappointed and don’t pay that kind of money to receive a salad that I can’t even eat. I don’t complain in restaurant because I don’t know if people are new and don’t know any better.
Not only did it take forever to receive, my sandwich was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. There was barely anything on it and the produce that was on it was wilted. The sandwich is missing ingredients that their menu claims it has. I want my money back!!!!!!
First time we came here it was great but the next time we came here on my girlfriends birthday the guy at the window was clueless as to how to add a birthday pastry and immediately needed to go get the manager, then after all that we still got charged for what was supposed to be a free cinnamon roll, then tonight we get two roasted turkey BLTs but I guess even that was too hard for the staff here as they completely forgot the bacon. Very sad as this location was closest to my house but l'll gladly drive the extra way for better service. Do better, especially seeing as this is a Rocklin location you're making the area look bad.
No stars for service or atmosphere. I paid $8.39 for a bowl of soup with 5 croutons and it was the amount of a cup. I asked for more and showed them and they said that's the right amount. Serious the cost of tomatoe soup $8. I guess next time just go home and open a can of Campbell's.

We walked it, stepped two feet in the door, only to be greeted by Manager Mercedes which yelled across the front of the entrance with a big helping of attitude, "Just so you know, we will be closing in 10 minutes. Some of us would like to go home too" as she is walking away from the front counter. We never made it past the self service terminals. The look, the attitude, the absolute worst 15 seconds of customer service at one of my favorite restaurants. And, from a Manager. With other employees around watching her "exceptional example". We never said a word to her. I went to the restroom, asked her name and left. It is sad that I've written reviews to always praise individuals who go above and beyond in a tough and sometimes "thankless" environment, only to come across a "manager" who should definitely know better. I'm not going to go so far as to say I won't go back here, as I've read through the 676 Google reviews to see how many others had interactions with Manager Mercedes, but, I will be cautious the next time I visit and warn others to be aware of HER attitude!!! Not professional Mercedes, not professional at all!
