These two gentlemen were slammed with on-line orders for their $2 Tuesdays and they were killing it! They had done-in customers, including me, people ordering at the register and pouring in the front door to pick up their online orders. I’ll start by saying the pizza was delicious! But we walked in and had to clean our own tables, we had a large group of about 12. But the service was fast and the pizzas came out steaming! My only complaint was that the restaurant could have been a little cleaner.

This place is spotlessly clean! Excellent service! We dined in and got their special of two medium pizzas (any toppings!) , 8 excellent wings and cheese bread. A huge amount of food for $24.95! Lots to take home, too. The pizzas were baked to perfection, some of the best we have eaten. Certainly the best in the Rockport-Fulton area. Our server was well informed of the menu and he was quite personable and professional. Our Pepsi Zero was cold (bottles) and refreshing. Overall an unexpectedly pleasant dining experience. I would have given 5 stars if they offered side salads. But other than that, this is the best Pizza Hut we have ever eaten at! Whatever the management team is doing in this place, they are doing it right! Kudos 👏.

I've been ordering a lot lately. all in all i enjoy ofcourse i wouldn't keep ordering. but i have to admit rarely toppings i ask for might not be there. crispy is never met when adding the request. ive also asked for toppings to be under cheese at times and that's never fulfill on request. i just ask that cooks needs to read the request specification. especially when I'm paying the store over a $5 delivery charge that doesn't go to driver at all. READ... THE... REQUEST!

While waiting on my order, the store was too hot, over 80 degrees, I asked the young man in the front and he said that the AC is broken and has been for a minute, they have a literal oven back there and no AC, and I was uncomfortable just being in there for 10 minutes, imagine those poor workers. Please fix this mess and care for the workers

Ordered late on a Thursday night, was delivered at like 1050. Noticed we were missing things, and then that one of the two pizzas were wrong. It was already 11:00 exactly when I tried to call, automated line picked up saying closed. Called first thing next morning. Explained we were missing multiple little items and had a wrongly made pizza. They said they'd issue a credit. Never happened. Not happy at all!!! For $60 (plus 10 more in a tip), we got 1 correctly made medium pizza and 12 wings. I'm not one to complain or write poor reviews, but this was kind of an epic failure.

My husband DoorDashes and had a rude employee experience today. Just cause we deliver customers food, doesn’t mean we get treated horribly and ignored.

Rockport Texas Pizza Hut: It's usually understaffed. The day manager, latino guy with mullet, is always very rude, and full of smart comments. No one is ever up front to greet you, you might as well sit and wait. I waited for half an hour only to find my order was in the warmer the whole time. I will take my business elsewhere.

The worst Pizza Hut restaurant is in Rockport I went for a pick up order I honked 3 times no one came to window after 5 minutes waiting then the man waiting on me was not in good mood so when I paid for my food got home all across town 6 miles the pizza was hard and seam to be old pizza the sides were so hard food cold i called told him I will try to pick up what he say he do right again but i couldn’t go till the next day i called and he has attitude and said No that’s fine but this Pizza Hut is not a restaurant of good quality pizza and service

Placed an order 20 mins before pick up waited 40 mins in line just to speak to someone they said ny order wasn't ready. Waited an extra 15 mins and left hungry. They need to hire more people or PAY more per hour to keep the good workers that used to live here. Something is wrong if there is always only 1 or 2 people here. They aren't making any money if everyone is leaving. And all the workers are quitting because all the pressure is on just them 2 people. What do they even make? Less than $10 an hr? Other pizza places in town will easily beat that pay. Please pay better and create a better system so you can make more money snd we can keep our pizza hut.

The atmosphere and service matter nothing to me when my entire order is wrong. First we did not get the right pizzas. Second I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and the lady asked me in confirmation if I ordered the triple chocolate brownie. I said no the chocolate chip cookie. So I get home with the pizzas and what I think is a cookie but no... pizzas wrong and brownie in place of a cookie... no amount of customer service or atmosphere gets out of this.

I came to visit from San Antonio and this has been the worse Pizza Hut I’ve been too. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get pizza, I finally had enough and canceled my order. Organization in this establishment needs to be improved as it seems like they were not organized, there was 5 workers and none of them came to the front, to greet or check on anyone’s orders. They were all hiding in the back. I ended up getting a refund because waiting 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous.

Took them over 2 hours after I ordered to tell me my order was abandoned by the driver. Said i didn't get the correct address. This is BS I have ordered from this place for delivery many of times and All of a sudden I have the wrong address. But before they called me they told me they was short on workers. Will NOT order from here again. I will take my business somewhere else.

Wildly late. Called after over an hour, they sounded sleepy and confused and said they couldn't send it out until their dispatch system updated, at which point we ordered Domino's and had zero problems. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut.

They Got our address wrong AFTER corrected them twice. Then the delivery driver was rude constantly hanging up because they messed up the address. The delivery stated he knocked and “kicked” out door. Which is not true we have a dog that barks at every noise. First and last time ordering delivery

I placed an online order at 7:17PM. We ordered a Large Meat Lovers pizza and requested mushrooms and green peppers on half. We also ordered 2 orders of boneless wings. I was given an estimated delivery time of 7:45PM. At around 8 pm I got a message that it was on its way. (No big deal because I know sometimes it gets busy.) At 8:01 I received a message that it was delivered. We did not receive the order. After contacting customer service several times and getting hung up on when selecting 3 and waiting I was finally able to get a hold of someone at the customer service center. It's ridiculous and frustrating that I could not contact the store itself and had to jump through hoops to figure out where my order was. While on hold again I got a call from the delivery driver. It was now 8:26pm. He was at the complex but at the wrong building. We explained to him how to get to our building. When he arrived there was no apology or anything. Once inside we discovered that the pizza had mushrooms and green peppers on the whole pizza and one of the 8 wings I ordered and paid $9 for were incredibly ridiculous. It looked like the bottom of the bag of crumbs were in there. The pizza was also cool and we had to reheat it.

STAY AWAY... I was on a short vacation and stayed in Rockport, TX. It was later in the evening, and the family was hungry for something quick. I ordered online while I sat in the hotel nearby, thinking it would be ready by the time I arrived. NO, such luck. IT went downhill from there. First, I was told my pizza was just being made. Fine, no choice but to wait. Then I saw another customer and his partner complain they got the wrong pizza, and it was cold. Shortly after, another older man comes in complaining that his two pizzas were wrong and he wanted his money back. After seeing this, I asked about my order and was told it was not going to be the correct size, and it was short a topping on the meat lovers. I then requested my money back, but not before I voiced my opinion to the young manager. He was a little overwhelmed and suggested I work kitchen. Maybe I could do better. This happened yesterday October 13th which happened to be my birthday, NOT how I wanted my day to end.

No prices unless you look them up. Asked for help and the guy behind register told us when we said we could not download it. He said dont know what tp tell you so service bad and pizza was ok wont go again

We waited two hours for our food to get here and my sandwich is BURNT to a crisp and the pizza is cold. They also forgot our 2 orders of breadsticks we ordered… they also forgot the Italian sauce that comes with the sandwich.

I am going to start this review off with if I could give this location -5 stars I would. It’s my son’s birthday and he loves Pizza Hut pizza and we were visiting from corpus so we figured let’s get him what he loves. It said it would be ready in 20 mins (which is normal). This experience was anything but normal. I pull up to the drive through line and I wait about 7-10 mins and the line never moved. I was thinking odd but okay I’ll go inside. What I saw when I went was more than 10 people waiting for pizzas. Most were for door dash. It looked like a dmv waiting area. I wait and wait and no one comes to the counter. So I popped my head around the corner and asked if I and another lady could be helped. Both of our pizzas should have been ready over 20 mins. Tyler Driver ( maybe a driver or a last name) comes up in a cut off shirt. Which isn’t professional in any food business due to armpit hair could fall on the food. I asked if I could get my order and he says we might have it we may not let me go look. Mind you the whole warm rack is FULL of food ready to be picked up/ delivered. I see him walk back and forth and going through every pizza to try to find mine. He comes back and says I could only find 2 of the 3 pizzas. Like wait what?!? I’m appalled. So I ask how long would it be to get my 3rd pizza and he replies I’m not sure the back is slammed. I walked out and got food someplace else. I understand people and businesses have bad days, but this is a chain resturant. It’s supposed to be stream lined. So I’m not sure where the lackadaisicalness came from but I would not eat at this establishment.

Don't waste your time with this non existent ordering process. After 3 attempts of the pizza hut call center we were disconnected each time. CALL DOMINO'S!

I think they are trying hard to discourage dinning in!! No one met you at the door and no signs telling you what to do. Went up to counter the kid ask what we wanted,so we told him we were going to eat in .He said oh what do you want.to order? We had no menus and no signs,we ask then for a menu got that but, NO prices on anything. Ask how much a pizza is he said oh you have to scan a QR code to see that! So wedding that,should have left then! But no we ordered a supreme pizza and bread sticks Husband ordered a side salad with blue cheese. dressing we ask for salad first please. We we sat down with our friends and began talking. We'll our food came out all at once except.the salad . Sat pizza down and it was not ours, guy came back brought our breads ticks we told him this was not our pizza he panicked and took it,brought back right one. He did say everything okay now? We said yes except salad,he went back got it brought it out and no dressing, ask how about some blue cheese dressing.? The guy went back and another guy came out and said we don't have that who told you we did? Hubby said when I ordered it. By then pizza was getting cold so hubby said just take it off our bill. So went on talking and the second guy came out and handed him 5.00 in cash said that will cove the salad we can't find the ticket to change it! He was not very nice about it! What i can say is the pizza and bread still are good but might as well not offer dinning room!! Sorry to say we won't be going there again, and that is comming from people who's first date was pizza hut 47 years ago!!

Horrible service. This is the third time that Pizza Hut has not only messed up my order by forgetting food, but I paid for delivery and had to drive to the store in order to get the remaining food that I ordered. Paying for expensive wings and pizza and a delivery fee and driver tip should not warrant me having to drive to the store. The gentleman that answers the phone knows nothing about managing and is only there to feed you lines of BS. His excuse is that they are always low on staff. Maybe the district or regional managers need to be looking at the store a little more closely. Our delivery driver, who was DoorDash even mentioned that the store needs a lot of help. There was a DoorDasher in there to pick up an order for someone and after 30 minutes he left because no one even acknowledged him. Another couple that was sitting at a table, waiting for their food complained when it came out because it was just completely wrong. On a sidenote, they had water leaking from the ceiling and the HVAC units right behind the pizza warmer. If that’s not sanitary, then I don’t know what is? Maybe the young kid eating his scraps of pizza and wings right there by the fryer as he’s frying everyone else’s wings. You can’t make this stuff up.

Ordered a pasta meal with cheese sticks and a hut box with a pizza and wings. Cheese sticks and wings are missing and it looks like the pizza was tampered with. Called and spoke to the assistant manager and he was a smart ass the whole time asking me what I expected him to do.. wow! The general manager was also pretty rude and told me it’d be another hour before I get my refund and another order. They are 5 mins from my hotel. This is ridiculous. The delivery driver was nice so that’s a plus. Both managers should not be managers if they catch attitudes with customers over their own mistakes.
