This place is amazing! I usually don't like chicken, but here... IT'S JUST SO GOOD! It's slightly crispy on the outside, has a nice level of juicyness on the inside, and is bursting with wonderful flavor! Mmmm... chicken perfection. But believe it or not, that awesome chicken isn't even my favorite thing here, It's that Creamy Cilantro salad. Every bite is a mouthful of crunchy goodness, the flavor of the cilantro dressing is HEAVENLY! And I love the tortilla strips mixed throughout the crunchy, creamy, healthy salad. Oh! And don't leave here without trying one of their yummy sides! Corn, rice, and coleslaw are my favorite, (the rice id flavored with tomatoes - which are definetly NOT my favorite food - but it tastes so good, the coleslaw is better than most, and I just love corn. Anyways, you gotta come try this, I guarantee you'll like it (like if you don't love it, you're an alien).

They had amazing customer service staff was super friendly. I was very surprised on how quickly they got my food out and the quality of the food was on point. I recommend this location 100% if you are looking for a quick and healthy meal. This is one of my favorite fast food chains. They never disappoint and very delicious always.

I just want to thank the kind manager at this location. We ordered delivery from door dash and we didn’t get any of salsas that we ordered. We love the salsa here! I called and spoke with him on 1/31 at around 7pm. He made a special delivery to our door with a ton of salsa and was very gracious. Thank you! We love El Pollo and this really made our day. We’re loyal customers for life!
The BEST Fastfood Restaurant Ive ever been to! No exaggeration! Totally worth pulling off 101 to eat here! Came thru at 15:00 & our order was ready in 3or4 minutes flat! Bathrooms super clean & nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent grilled chicken and salsas. Beans and corn sides just great👌. Amazing value for your $$! This place exceeded my expectations. Please bring El Pollo Loco to Seattle ASAP!

They were fast and the double chicken avocado salad was delicious. A little salsa roja great !! Less calories and filled me up !
Good service. Greeted as soon as I entered. The chicken pieces seemed smaller than usual and was a tad dry. Still tasty, though. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked.
Whenever I occasionally go to Graton I make a special stop to eat here. I wish there were more pollo locos closer to SF. I’m always trying to find a good low carb option and this place hits the spot. Their chicken is perfectly grilled on the dry side- just the way I love it. I stopped by around an hour before closing and it was a skeleton crew and wasn’t expecting the best service but this guy was working like a wizard doing dine-in customers and the drive thru. All respect to the staff for keeping the restaurant so clean. All the ingredients taste fresh and appropriately prepared. Thank you for always being my special treat whenever I drive out over there. And not all locations are the same- this review is for this location.
El Pollo Loco is one of those restaurants that once you try it you will often crave to eat it if you haven't been there for a while. This is a location close to the Costco in Santa Rosa if you happen to pass through the area back to the Bay Area. The place is right next to a miniature golf place so you may turn in too soon to the wrong parking lot if you are not careful. I love the Roja (fiery) sauce for the chicken and it definitely has a delayed kck to it which I enjoy. Even if you don't use any sauce the chicken is juicy and tender. I wish you can order the chicken without the sides because I don't like the sides and feel like I almost always waste most of the sides.
This is my fist time eat at this restaurant, it’s like KFC, fast food restaurant but Mexican style. The chicken is good and the price is quite cheap, and the salsa is really good, very spicy 🥵 ☺️

I loved the 2 piece pollo platter with the salad, rice n beans! The pollo was a wee bit dry. I had a breast n a wing.
This place usually has fresh food, but I wouldn’t say always. The staff is ok. The tea runs out often and it doesn’t get filled after you ask. The food used to be super hot here when you were served, now just warm. Ok place to eat, but not a favorite due to the few things I mentioned.
Ordered a three piece leg and thigh meal with two side salads and corn tortillas. I did not get the corn tortillas (Husband brought home my food) and both salads were lacking dressing…. super disappointed and was very pricey for chicken and lettuce.
It's good if you like rice and beans and a table spoon of chicken.
