Una struttura stupenda! Con nicchie particolari dall’atmosfera romana: un giardino e una terrazza da togliere il fiato. Staff giovane, sorridente e disponibile. Se torno a roma torneró sicuramente da loro.

Cena per il nostro anniversario, non potevamo sperare nulla di meglio. Personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo. I piatti dello chef tutti ottimi, equilibrati e delicati. Assolutamente da provare

Fantastic hotel with an even better team. The room was great and the location was very convenient, but the reception staff deserve special praise. They helped me resolve a complicated parcel issue (delivery + return) with kindness and efficiency, and they continued helping even after my stay ended. That level of service is rare, thank you!

We stayed here on our visit to Rome. How to put into words how fantastic this place is! From the moment you arrive there is a warm and friendly welcome, with advice and recommendations of the area. The hotel has a lovely scent, and it’s pristine. Situated on a fairly quiet street in the Monti neighbourhood, near enough to Termini but far enough from it to be out of the area, around 10 minutes walk on an easy route. It’s very secure, you can only come in and out if you have the door code so we felt safe and knew that no one could come into the hotel that wasn’t staying there. We walked to most places from here, the Colosseum, the forum, palatine hill and Trevi fountain. Easy walk, not far and through safe feeling quirky streets. There are convenience stores nearby and many restaurants which you’ll find turning right out of the property. We enjoyed ice creams at the gelateria on the corner of the street too. We were not disturbed by any outside noise during our stay. The room was perfect for our family, a double and a large and very comfortable sofa bed for the kids. You get complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks. Our room faced onto the street side with little seats in the window bay. Nice clean bathroom with some nice complimentary toiletries, and the shower was perfect! There are robes and spa slippers if you wish to use them. The breakfast is superb and we voted it the best out of our trip which involved 3 different hotels. The bacon was gorgeous as a note, and the selection at breakfast you could have was plenty. Cereals, continental, hot selections, lovely bread, croissants and cakes. My husband also said the coffee was great, and they make a good one as per your requirements. During the day there are pastries in the sitting area if you fancy a snack. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they always had a smile on their faces. We really liked the outside areas this place offered where you could chill around sightseeing if you needed a bit of downtime. The lovely garden area with plenty of seating, and also the rooftop bar area was perfect for our evenings once the kids had been worn out and we could sit and have a cocktail or a drink and play cards. It really made a difference. This hotel is superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if ever we returned to Rome and will certainly recommend to everyone.

This hotel is simply outstanding! Located in a peaceful and quiet area. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. What truly sets this hotel apart is the cleaning service — absolutely exceptional! It’s the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, with attention to detail that goes far beyond expectations. Everything feels fresh, spotless, and perfectly maintained. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in my life. Highly recommended! Sentho Roma was the perfect home base for our visit to the Eternal City. The hotel is located on a quiet street within an easy walk of the Termini Station, Colosseum, Forum, Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, and many more attractions. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel over the courtyard and it was absolutely SILENT at night, even with the large windows open. The building itself and the rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed in a Junior Suite room (2 adults and 2 teens) and had plenty of room - very nice size for Europe. Housekeeping was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were always available and very helpful and pleasant. Walking down the hill along Via Urbana you will find many little cafes and shops. There is a Pam Local (mini grocery store) across the street. Trieste Pizza a couple of blocks down was our hands-down fave in Italy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Sentho again on a return trip to Roma. It's an oasis within a hectic (but beautiful) city!

I had a great stay here! For a first time in Rome the location is great; it's a short walk over from the train station to/from FCO airport, and you can easily walk to a lot of Rome's major attractions. The surrounding Monti neighborhood has character and charm, plenty of places to eat or drink, without being too busy or crazy. The hotel itself feels fairly new and well-maintained. My room was good, the rooftop bar and patio were cool, and everyone working there was cool. I could certainly see staying here again. No complaints.

This is an amazing hotel and staying here was the highlight of our trip. Truly gorgeous and well maintained, cared for. Rooms are wonderful. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast (going early is a bit better) is excellent. Most of all, the staff really try to make sure you have everything you need. Almost missed our vatican tour because we had the hardest time booking a taxi, but front desk to the rescue. Cannot thank you enough!

Small little boutique hotel, nicely placed in monti so we are away from the major tourists, but close enough walk to all the sights, the longest walk was about 50min to Vatican but it never feels that long when you are roaming the streets of Rome. Check in was smooth and easy, breakfast did the job. And the room was clean and spacious. The rooftop bar was a plus and one of the nights they had a prosciutto night with live music. Coming from the states I was worried about being in a small room with no AC, but this room was huge and offered great AC and a great location! Everyone at breakfast was helpful and willing to help

I loved this hotel. It was so nice and clean and quiet . We were given an upgrade and had a large room. The traffic was a little loud outside as we were at the front of the building but I used earplugs . We asked for an iron and were given one to use. The breakfast was great. We did not use the roof top bar as no one was up there but it was nice to have quiet while in Rome. We did eat breakfast outside on the terrace and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace at night just to relax.

Beautiful Hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable , clean,,well located, super friendly staff, very good breakfast and wine-we can highly recommend this hotel !

Fantastic hotel centrally located on a quiet street 15 minutes walk from The Colosseum, and within a similar walking distance of The Pantheon and other spots. The staff are all lovely, a really welcoming and relaxed feel the minute you walk in. The rooms are spacious and clean, modern and very well finished with plenty of various charge-points for phones and laptops. This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Rome any time we're back there.

Non ho alleggiato presso la struttura ma ho preso un aperitivo sulla sua terrazza. Piacevolissima scoperta: roftoop molto ampio rispetto alle terrazze di Roma più gettonate. Cocktail particolarissimi e di qualità eccellente, si nota la professionalità del bartender. Ludovica e Vittoria, le due addette al bancone, ti fanno sentire a casa. Una perla nascosta nel cuore di Roma. La consiglierò sicuramente per i prossimi aperitivi.

Soggiorno magnifico, in una nuova struttura nel cuore di Roma, perfetto per visitare il centro. Camera ampia e molto luminosa con affacci suggestivi su alcune chiese. Il pernottamento è stato molto gradevole perché le camere sono silenziose nonostante si trovano in un quartiere con una intensa vita notturna. Bagno ampio e in generale ottima pulizia degli spazi. Bellissima terrazza panoramica con bar per fare aperitivi e giardino interno per consumare la colazione. Decisamente raccomandato per godersi al meglio la città.

Sono andato a fare un aperitivo sulla terrazza di questo albergo perché curioso della novità. Esperienza deliziosa. Ci hanno coccolato tra sorrisi, vini ed ottime pietanze. In questa calura estiva un punto dove ancora si percepisce il ponentino. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più accattivante, la giovane ma decisa direttrice su nostro invito si è seduta con noi per raccontarci questa nuova avventura alberghiera nel centro di Roma. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura nuovissima e dotata di ogni comfort, situata in pieno centro a Roma. Camere nuovissime e materiali di qualità. Staff preparato, cortese e reattivo ad ogni bisogno del cliente. Terrazza da favola e cocktail all'altezza delle aspettative. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò.

This hotel was such a great find in Rome! Since it’s relatively new, the rooms & bathrooms are nicely designed, in good shape, and well sized for Europe. The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful, and the location is great. It’s a quiet oasis on a street with cool restaurants & shops, and not a far walk to sites or the metro. And the rooftop is fantastic! We liked it so much we extended our stay here. Highly recommend!

Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader om Rome te bezoeken. Je komt hier volledig tot rust na een drukke dag bezoeken. Het hotel is nieuw, heeft een prachtige binnenkoer met uitzicht op de toren van de oude kerk en beschikt over een prachtig dakterras waar je een lekker wijntje kunt drinken. Het personeel is vriendelijk, ongedwongen en heel behulpzaam. De mogelijkheid voor avondeten in het restaurant is praktisch en het eten is er lekker. Het ontbijt bestaat onder andere uit zelfgemaakte taart en cake. Er is een extra menu waaruit je bijkomende zaken kan bestellen, enkel jammer dat die zaken niet standaard in het ontbijt inbegrepen zaten. We verbleven in de trendy en comfortabele superior suite met uitzicht op de toren. Deze kamer is een echte aanrader!

We couldn’t ask for more better experience than what we got in Sentho hotel !! Everything was just perfect. The design were calm and simple, not trying to be fancy, with a really good taste from the window handles to the color of the parquet. The room and the sheets were clean. The smell of the soap was perfect. The hotel located in a really nice area of Rome, not in a crowded and touristic area which is really nice. But still not secluded. There’s a few great restaurants and ice cream places near by. 3 minutes walking to a train station. And the most amazing thing in this hotel was the team that hosted us. All of them!! They were so nice to us. We don’t have the words to say how much we are great full for what they did for us. We had a few problems with renting a car and with other reservation that we did for another hotel in Bologna and they helped us a lot with everything we needed. Such a lovely and charming staff. As you understand this hotel is highly highly and again highly recommended! and when we will be back in Rome we’re definitely gonna come back to Sentho again. ❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Sentho Roma during our honeymoon. Our room was very nice with a view of the courtyard, and the staff was very helpful with our check in, recommendations, calling a taxi, etc. We had breakfast in the courtyard one morning and, dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening. Everything was wonderful and the hotel is in a great location. We walked almost everywhere!

Ho cenato da Numa pochi giorni fa ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. In una zona dove si rischia di cadere sul “turistico”, Numa è tutt’altro. Menu completo dalla pasta alla pizza, secondi, contorni e alternative anche vegetariane. La parmigiana di melanzane davvero spettacolare, così come il baccalà mantecato. Ottima scelta di vini e bollicine e cura dell’ arredamento affatto scontata. Infine, aspetto non di poco conto a Roma, si trova anche facilmente parcheggio oltre a essere collegato benissimo con la fermata Circo Massimo. Possibilità anche di tavoli all’aperto.

Gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità come pochi ristoranti a Roma. Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti! Si mangia benissimo, lo staff molto professionale. Prezzo coincide perfettamente con la qualità del cibo e del servizio. Il locale di stile retrò, si presenta bello anche da vedere. Si può mangiare sia fuori che dentro. Ho ordinato antipasto Maialino del Chianti (buonissimo) a seguire un'amatriciana estiva che ancora me la sogno. Consiglio anche il polpo al forno con salsa greca e il piatto della mozzarella di bufala. Il menu non è vastissimo ma ben selezionato, include anche la lista della pizza. Abbiamo preso una margherita e una focaccio. Imapsto morbido, altezza media, lievitazione perfetta, non ti appesantisce neanche se la mangi la sera. A due passi dalle Terme di Caracalla e il Circo Massimo. Si trova facilmente parcheggio che la sera non si paga sulle strisce blu. Nessun problema anche se volete portare i bambini piccoli.

Camerieri molto gentili come mai trovati. Pizza ottima non bruciata, cotta al punto giusto. Servizio rapido ed efficiente. Una pecca non mettere i bicchieri puliti a testa in giù direttamente sul tavolo non è molto igienico. AMATRICIANA mi dicono buona. Consigliato. Prezzi un pò alti ma trattandosi di zona centralissima di Roma è ovvio. Tiramisù ottimo 😀

Cibo crazy! Ho preso una pizza, pomodoro fantastico e impasto soffice. Ho preso anche un maritozzo e che devo dire, stratosferico, la panna si sposa perfettamente con il goloso impasto dolce caldo. Per quanto riguarda il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la location molto carina, nulla di impegnativo. Forse alcuni prezzi erano un po' alti peró per la qualità dei prodotti e per come si mangia ne vale veramente la pena!

Cibo davvero delizioso ad un prezzo ragionevole. La focaccia gourmet bolognese era eccezionale, ma il maialino da latte in porchetta era proprio la fine del mondo (quella in foto è solo mezza porzione). Inoltre, il cameriere Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma soprattutto divertente! Ringrazio lui e i cuochi per lo splendido pranzo! Davvero soddisfatti.

Cibo buonissimo. Cortesia e disponibilità. Il personale, in particolare Lorenzo, un giovane ragazzo ci ha coccolato, di estrema gentilezza e simpatia. Ha consigliato piatti abbinati ad altre portate dal risultato ottimo.Una bellissima serata soddisfacente e dal buon gusto.

Il cibo è buono, ambiente carino e camerieri disponibili. Il piatto del giorno era molto buono, difficile da fare nella sua semplicità per cui secondo me lo chef è bravo. Mettere il tonnarello con carciofi, vongole e bottarga nel menù perché vi farà acquistare punti.

Bello lo spazio esterno a disposizione per la cena o l'aperitivo. Ho mangiato pizza ma quello che è stato servito al resto della tavolata era davvero invitante. La pizza squisita, ottimo e soffice l'impasto, i supplì dieci più!

This is a great location between the train station (Roma Termini) and the main attractions in central Rome. It is a small hotel and very new. There is a spacious garden and a rooftop bar with a great view. Service, cleanliness, finishings were all superb. The bed was firm and pillows were comfortable. Value for money was excellent compared to other options I investigated. I would definitely come back here next time I come to Rome. One detail about the room that could be improved is that the lighting at the bathroom sink/vanity mirror is not great and could be improved.

Absolut tolles hotel! Perfekte Lage im hippen Stadtteil Monti, fußläufige Entfernung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber trotzdem so ruhig. Wir haben perfekt geschlafen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Bars waren immer super. Zuletzt die Zimmer und die Ausstattung, hochwertig, modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Viele Bereiche zur Erholung. Gepflegter Garten im Innenhof - und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse unbezahlbar. Alles war sauber und zu jederzeit ordentlich hergerichtet. Danke für die schöne Zeit !

We stayed one night, as our pre position hotel for our flight the following morning at 1030a. Taxi ride to airport at 0600 was traffic free and only 30 minutes. We had been in Italy for two weeks. We love the Monti neighborhood and restaurants. Sentho hotel is superb. The room was clean and spacious. The courtyard a great place to relax out of the hub bub of Rome. We enjoyed walking to the colosseum and wandering back to the hotel. The Sentho employees were all courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. And they had a nice bottle of wine and snacks, complimentary, in our room.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Away from the hordes yet central enough to be very convenient. Staff were attentive and the room immaculately presented. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits. The rooftop bar was perfect for pre dinner drinks.

Perfection! This is a property that truly has everything. While only an 8 minute walk from Termini station the location is charming and you truly feel you are in Rome. On arrival you meet the delightful staff who are the embodiment of hospitality. The hotel, decor, furnishings are all beyond gorgeous. When you enter your room you see that the photos online have not done them justice. Every detail is a blend of elegance and comfort. They have created tranquil spaces that still make you feel connected to the city. You want to spend all your time at this beautiful and relaxing property but the Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, National Gallery of Ancient Art and Pantheon are all a short walk away. For destinations further afield simply walk 6 minutes to the nearby metro station. We cannot wait to come back to Roma and stay at Sentho, thank you to the dedicated staff for a truly perfect stay.

Wir verbrachten über Weihnachten eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof und bequemer Sitzecke war ruhig gelegen, so dass wir uns vom Trubel in Rom erholen konnten. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man sich wünscht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass alles frisch ist und selbst das Brot, Kuchen und dolci werden selbst gemacht. Ein großes Plus ist die Möglichkeit, abends im Hotel zu essen. Sehr leckere Auswahl; vielleicht könnte es mehr vegetarische Angebote geben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

3 nuits, ce n'était pas assez! Ce charmant hôtel est vraiment mon coup de coeur lors d'un récent voyage en Italie. L'emplacement est un tout petit peu loin des principaux attraits touristiques, mais ce petit point négatif n'est rien à côté de tout le reste. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée avec goût! Une bouteille de vin, des bouteilles d'eau et même des petites collations étaient incluses! Le déjeuner était complet et sain avec des options chaudes et froides. Le plus agréable est de le prendre au jardin, à l'ombre d'un parasol, c'est très calme. Il y a un bar sur le toit où nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps d'aller prendre un verre, mais la vue est splendide. Le personnel est très courtois et attentif. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel.

Cute boutique hotel with fantastic service in the charming Monti neighborhood. The team at the hotel was very accommodating. The room was spacious with a great view. I feel like the neighborhood is best for repeat visitors who want to feel the real Rome, as some of the tourist attractions are farther away.

Very good value for money hotel. We got a free upgrade upon arrival to beautiful room. Beautiful rooms and a very clean area. The customer service line on WhatsApp was very responsive and flexible. It is very close to the main central station in Rome I will definitely return. A 5/5 rating!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful, hidden boutique hotel, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood yet conveniently close to numerous sightseeing attractions and the train station. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including freshly made baked goods that were simply to die for. The dinner menu was equally delicious. The knowledgeable and friendly staff went above and beyond, helping with transportation arrangements and offering recommendations for activities and dining both locally and outside of Rome. We stayed here for a couple of days during our Rome trip. The hotel is beautiful and sparkling clean with brand-new facilities. The location is central (Monte is the best area to stay in Rome) but at the same time, the building is facing a smaller street so it is not too loud. Service was top-notch, extremely helpful staff. It is a perfect place to stay for someone who is looking for a beautiful boutique hotel.

We loved our stay here! Hotel was beautifully designed and recently renovated. They didn’t skimp on any details. The room (for European standards) was quite spacious! Our view was wonderful and staff were very friendly. Quiet rooms and very clean. Quick walk to major sites and train station make it an excellent location. Would certainly come back!

Das Sentho Roma ist ein wunderschönes Hotel an super Lage mit einem super aufmerksamen und äusserst hilfsbereiten Team. Einen besseren Ort hätten wir uns für unsere Woche in Rom nicht aussuchen können. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar und in der Nachbarschaft hat es gute Restaurants. Wir werden definitiv wieder im Sentho Roma buchen!

Siamo capitati qui dopo una ricerca veloce su the fork. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti, i piatti erano buoni e belli da vedere. Massaggiare il baccalà mantecato, le polpette di bollito. Molto buone anche le pizze.

Posto fantastico e molto accogliente. Frequentato nella settimana del Giubileo Giovani, hanno mostrato molta pazienza nel servizio e sono stati molto amichevoli, nonostante la mole di gente che chiedeva di entrare. All'entrata ci ha accolto Federica, che ha fatto di tutto per accomodare il prima possibile i clienti e l'equipe all'interno è stato molto veloce nella preparazione e nel servizio. Il cibo è ottimo, pasta, pizza e antipasti preparati con cura e molto conditi. Veramente ottimo!

Siamo venuti in due a mangiare a pranzo e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dal cameriere sardo come noi❤️ Di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome ma è a stato gentilissimo! Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e tutto ottimo,siamo andati via super sazi!!! Quando tornerò a Roma saprò dove andare a mangiare...Grazie!

Eravamo a pranzo con la famiglia. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile ci ha consigliato i piatti del giorno ed è stato sempre attento che tutto andasse per il meglio. I piatti erano vari e gustosi ed il prezzo è risultato onestissimo. Abbiamo lasciato una mancia da 20 euro per riconoscere loro la cura del cliente riservataci.

A very clean and newly renovated hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful; they had excellent recommendations for restaurants, made reservations for us, and reserved an early morning taxi. There was an issue with the hot water in our room and it was fixed promptly. They created delicious salads for us off-menu. Though, we wished the cappuccinos were hot. They were cheerful about everything! Grazie mille!

Location in una posizione privilegiata. Piccolino al punto giusto. Arredo molto carino. Siamo andate per un aperitivo, ma alla fine sulla lista c'erano talmente tante cose sfiziose, che abbiamo cenato. Ricordo una focaccia bianca buona e croccante insieme a dei crostini con le acciughe cantabriche e burro e un insalata di misticanza. Vedevamo passare tanti piatti tutti molto appetitosi. I vini purtroppo non li abbiamo provati. La prossima volta che andremo a piedi, li proveremo!

Locale posto davanti alla FAO, a pochi metri dal circo Massimo. Ottimi panini e pizze. Generosa scelta di birre, anche dagli USA per appagare la clientela internazionale. Locale curato, e ben illuminato, con bancone da salumeria e piano bar visibile e ordinati. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Pranzato in un caldo e afoso giorno di luglio. Erano provvisti di ventilatori con acqua nebulizzata in modo da rinfrescare il locale esterno. Ho preso una carbonara molto buona e una frittura di pesce (un po' pesante per tutto quel caldo ma ci stava). In più ti danno ad inizio dei pezzi di focaccia veramente buoni!

Abbiamo mangiato un ottima cacio & pepe. Servizio veloce in un ambito molto affollato in occasione concerto Vasco. Avevamo prenotato per le 14,30 ma nonostante il ritardo di un'ora ci hanno tenuto il posto. Ci torneremo con più calma.

Supplì e puntarelle come inizio ci avevano dato buone impressioni poi però, il servizio lento, carbonara e amatriciana troppo salate, il pane servito a pagamento (€3 a porzione ?!), una bottiglia d’acqua da rubinetto a €2,50 e conto finale più alto di quanto ci aspettassimo, hanno spento i nostri entusiasmi. Locale perfetto per i turisti stranieri, nulla di più.

The most disappointing stay during our Italy trip. The hardware is Ok but the software NEEDS a lot of improvements in many ways. 1. Someone tried to enter our room three times in 2 nights without any notice, even without a single knock, he or she just unlocked the door though we put a ‘Do not Disturb’ sign all the time. That doesn’t make sense at all. What if there is no one when he or she sneak in and out our room or what if there is my wife alone in our room then someone intrudes our room with a master key on purpose? We felf our room is totally unsafe. That’s hilarious. Swear to God, it happened to us for real. Please remind that Sentho is not a small hostel or something. 2. The fridge in our room was not working. So we asked to change our fridge but the receptionist said the rooms were fully booked so she couldn’t solve the problem. After some minutes, she changed her words. Then she said that there is an empty room so we can change our room! Why she lied to us at first mentioning that there is no other room available? I don’t get it at all. Regarding their price, our stay was a complete disaster. I hope they will upgrade their service level soon, not providing a traumatic experience to other cumstomers again. Pessimo cibo pessimi ingredienti. Una volta era un buon indirizzo ma adesso è da evitare. La pizza sembrava surgelata, i fiori di zucca erano fritti in olio esausto. Probabilmente cambiata proprietà. Avoid at all costs!

Ambiente spoglio, tavoli nudi nemmeno una tovaglietta da 5 centesimi, coltelli per pizza inutilizzabili. La pizza non si capiva cosa voleva essere. Nel menù si poteva scegliere la mozzarella senza lattosio ma poi ti dicono che non c'è.
