I was ignored by the girl behind the counter when I walked in, then she finally said, "someone will be with you in a minute". They only had 3 kinds of white bread, the lettuce and cucumbers looked dangerous to eat so I skipped those. My Italian white bread was stale. Not impressed, I won't go back.

I have had several bad experiences here and it truly saddens me that the prices keep going up and the quality of service keeps going down. I had a VEGGIE DELIGHT no cheese delivered the sandwich was 7.99 I received 1.99 worth of food. Black olives wasn't even an option on the sandwich. Please make a sandwich that is worth 7.99. At least make a sandwich you would like to eat. It was dry with the smear of mayo 3 leaves of spinach 3 pickles and a half a handful of lettuce.Been in store several times and they are out of several veggies like you could have said im out of lettuce and tomatoes and I could have decided if i wanted to proceed, AAANNNNDDD they don't even take coupons anymore. My life long favorite sandwich place has gone to crap.

This Shorter location workers seem like they don’t like their job. They move so slow. Online orders are never done at the time it say. They are always out of items due to them not wanting to make fresh veggies. They are eating on the line. I was told tonight that online PAID orders come last. They made me wait until they did 3 customers order when I had already paid for my order online. Waited an additional 10 minutes. That’s the purpose of online orders. The lobby is always junky, lettuce don’t be fresh it’s brown. And tell the workers to stop eating on the line. One worker got mad because I asked them to change gloves after ringing someone order up and touching money. I’d rather drive to Another location.

The night shift is lazy closing down Almost 30 mins early for no reason at all refusing to serve and laughing thinking shii funny making 9 dollars n hour😂but it’s w.e I will no longer come to this location

I ordered my sandwich online. I didn't ask for onions, the sandwich had a lot. I asked for light jalapenos. They gave me one. The sandwich was awful. It went in the trash.

We there today the vegetables was not fresh. The lettuce was dark brown. I asked the lady that was working to go and check and see if she had any more lettuce. She told me no she didn’t have no more. Then I asked for the manager and they said they didn’t have no manager she couldn’t contact a manager. I could call back on Monday. Poor customer service poor not fresh vegetable so I will be calling corporate on this location plus there was another lady in there. She wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge anyone was standing there trying to place an order. Very poor service. Very poor Food will not be back again.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. They no longer participate in any online coupon codes or deals advertised on their app. This kind of behavior is really detrimental to customers who don’t have time to wait all day in a line to order a sandwich. I just want to order a sandwich online and save some money with a coupon. Not to mention, the last time I did go in the store the employee clearly didn’t know how to make a sandwich and I’m fairly certain they weren’t a new employee. I asked them for common, well-known ingredients and they looked at me like I was speaking in another language. Whoever owns this location really needs to do something to improve it because they’re in the toilet right now.

So many good people looking for jobs and this location hires the most incompetent employees. I order myself and my husband a sandwich to eat before work, I get a turkey sub on white bread, and he gets a turkey sub on Italian herb and cheese bread. They put my sandwhich on the Italian herb bread and his on the white bread… how hard is it to read? I have to get to work so I cannot bring the sandwiches back and I’m pregnant and want my order to be corrected! I shouldn’t have to inconvenience myself and bring it back! They tell me I have to drive back there and return the food to get the order remade. Completely unprofessional of them to say this. Making customers inconvenience themselves to fix your mistake is unprofessional.

Will never eat here again, went there on 12/1/2023, to get 2 subs,one was meat ball the other tuna,they put the hot meat ball sandwich on my cold tuna was so hot and heavy Squashed the tuna sandwich and it was so heavy the handle broke on the bag,stuff fell on the ground and I couldn't eat it called to speak to the manager of the store on Shorter Avenue. Said there was nothing she could do.Didnt offer to replace them or give me my money back. I want ever eat there ag.im very disappointed in them.

Wife and I ate here when it wasn't busy. Seating area and food preparation area was incredibly dirty. Not what we expected for COVID19 and with several workers standing around. One girl was busting her rump, while the others were not so helpful. We will not be going back.
