Un'ancora di salvezza nel miasma dei locali turistici al centro di Roma. Si trova a via della croce di fronte pizza di spagna. Una carbonara da Oscar, spaghetti con tartare di gambero e polpo spettacolari. Il locale è elegantissimo e curato nei minimi particolari, perfetto per una cena romantica o un pranzo di lavoro. La qualità altissima e i prezzi davvero convenienti. Personale di sala professionale e cortese. Se si è in giro per il centro non si può non provarlo. Davvero eccezionale. L'ho consigliato più di una volta e nessuno è rimasto deluso, se mi chiedono dove mangiare al centro di Roma non posso non consigliare questo ristorante.

La cucina è semplicemente eccellente! Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Il cameniere è gentile, attento e sempre disponibile a consigliare il meglio del menu.

Scelto questo ristorante per cena di Natale con famiglia (a due passi da Piazza di Spagna) e davvero siamo rimasti felicissimi! Menu con piatti limitati ma molto unici! Per antipasto consiglio il ‘battuto di filetto su midollo’ e come secondo il ‘calamaro arricciato.’ Con le porzioni forse potevano migliorare ma qualità top! Servizio eccellente, in sala tutti attenti e pazienti con le nostre richieste. Interessante e ottimo pure il loro dolce ‘calamay,’ che mi ha fatto ricordare delle mie origine Filippine.

Tutto perfetto, da tornarci assolutamente! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo: una delle carbonare più buone mai assaggiate, e anche l’amatriciana era davvero ottima. La pizza con patate e porchetta ci ha sorpreso: impasto sottile, croccante e leggero. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile: mentre aspettavamo che si liberasse il tavolo, ci hanno persino offerto un piccolo rinfresco di benvenuto. Ottimo anche per un aperitivo: lo spritz era buono e servito con cura. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Un posto dove tornare sicuramente — consigliatissimo! Dopo diverse esperienze negative in altri ristoranti, sono davvero contenta di aver trovato questa meraviglia !

We had lunch here on New Year's Day, and really enjoy the food and service. We had ravioli, gnocchi, pumpkin soup and salmon salad. Everything was *VERY* dilicous, and was beautifully presented. We will be back here during our next visit to Rome!

My family and I came here for dinner. As it was our first night in Italy, we were craving for some delicious Italian food. We ordered pizza, carbonara, and tiramisu. The service was great because the food arrived in less than 12 mins for each order. The atmosphere was also nice. All the waiters were nice and patient, especially Luca. At first, I was a little sceptical and thought this might be just another tourist trap near the centre, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The gentleman out the front was genuinely Roman and his welcome set the tone straight away. The food was excellent — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. From the octopus to the cured meats and the pastas, every dish was spot on. As an Italian living overseas, I can say this felt authentic, refined, and true to Rome. Great service, great atmosphere, and absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff; they were very friendly and attentive. As for the food, it was overall okay. The fettuccine we had was a little too salty, and the pizza, while tasty, wasn’t as crispy or chewy as I had imagined — it didn’t quite meet my expectations. All’ingresso, sopraffatto dal contesto, ha emesso un urlo — un’espressione di disagio durata pochissimi secondi. Ci siamo subito accomodati e, mentre chiedevamo con gentilezza il Wi-Fi, il cameriere ci ha rimproverati in maniera poco rispettosa, accusandoci di “fare caciara” e di disturbare il locale. Non ci era mai capitato in 8 anni di vivere una scena simile. Non di fronte a un bambino “rumoroso”, ma di fronte a persone incapaci di guardare oltre la diversità, oltre l’apparenza.Ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Non è un locale per famiglie che vivono una realtà diversa. Non è un posto in cui ti senti accolto, ma giudicato. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. Our entire trip in Rome was amazing, and every meal we had was wonderful—until our last night, when we decided to have dinner at this place. The restaurant itself was cozy and looked promising, but the staff was completely inattentive. It took them a long time just to take our order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty (which now makes sense). Our food took about an hour to arrive. At one point, we asked for an update, and nothing happened. Only after asking a second time did the food show up almost immediately—making it feel like they had forgotten about us. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely not worth the wait. The staff seemed annoyed the entire time, with no friendliness at all. There are plenty of much better restaurants in the area. I would definitely avoid this one.
