Thank you guys, we made a late night order and made a mistake. We accidentally ordered for pick up, but we meant to select delivery. They were very nice on the phone and delivered it quickly. Awesome job from these hard working pizza hut employees.

I don't normally review franchises, but I was very impressed with Pizza Hut this time. My last order was a little late and the very next day Pizza Hut gave me a coupon for a free pizza. They could've been cheap and went with a medium 1-topping, but the gave me any large pizza. When I got it I couldn't be happier. Well done!

I am a 60 year old women. I would like to thank the young man who was at the cash register last night. You believed in me and when I said that I would not be able to carry out my order on my own, the young man said right away he would help me. Thank you for being a good person and so willing to help me with kindness. Now days you don't see people that will help with out thinking twice. The food was very good as always. The pizza was balanced with all the toppings and kept warm. The free reward chicken nuggets were flavored just right and fresh and warm. Thank you.

The older gentleman that worked on December 11th around 6pm that evening we orders pizza and he made sure our order was correct, showed us our pizza before boxing an literally made them perfect . It's been a long time since we had a good pizza from pizza Hut so thankyou kind sir! Wish I would of got your name.

I hate when people play with your food like this. It shows they don't care at all. The icing was just dumped everywhere except on the actual cinnamin rolls!

They get it right most of the time, but this New Year’s Eve they really dropped the ball. As the Year closed they forgot my wife’s favorite 8 boneless wings during the delivery and then came back to the house 30 mins later where the driver dropped them off. But it looks to me like it was suspiciously bite into and we now don’t trust them. I am not sure if the end broke off but we can’t trust it. Come on Pizza Hut do better in 2023. I don’t blame the employees as much as I do the company and culture that promotes subpar service. Pizza Hut treat your people better to allow them better service.

Their pizza sauce doesnt compare imo to Dominos... Same for their crust. We probaby wont be rushing back to pizza hut.

Short Staffed Or Not...The Food Was Horrible...Nasty pizza, chicken Alfredo, and the cheesy bread. Overcooked and a waste of money...NEVER AGAIN!

First order the pizza came all broken apart and messed up, had them replace the entire order, the new order didn’t look too much better. Next time I order I got a pizza that was really gross and not appetizing at all. Seems like they don’t care about the customers. Gross food!

Never again will I eat at this pizza hut. It was overcooked pizza and everything was dry. The pizza didn't have very much sauce it was like eating cheese bread. The cheesy bread didn't have much cheese and they were over cooked too. And they didn't give me all my wings I ordered or gave me the correct wings. I got BBQ ones and not mild Buffalo and the lemon pepper rub. Never again I paid too much money at this place. Also was on hold for over 35 mins before I was able to talk to someone.

I have been enjoying their stuffed-crust pizzas here since last month. Today I was informed the price for the stuffed-crust pizza is now 24 dollars. So the price went up an extra10 dollars in just a month? Um, no thank you. After today, I will take my business elsewhere. The price is exorbitant. It's bad enough we have to fork all our money over to greedy landlords now, we must also fork it over to greedy restaurants. There are better pizza places for less. Look around.

Terrible. On 7/14/2021at 6pm I placed an order. About fifteen minutes later I received a phone call. It was Pizza hut. They said SORRY NO PIZZA TODAY. YOU WILL GET A REFUND. Funny I pulled up the order. It says still cooking🤦Thank you very much. One thing was fast. I received my refund within minutes of the phone call. Never Again. Last couple orders jave been late or undercooked. I most likely will not be ordering from you again? You use to be good.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered extra pepperoni and they barely put any. I also for the buffalo wings with the buffalo sauce on the side and they charged a $1 for the sauce and some other extra charge on my account. It was two completely different amounts on my receipt and bank account. There’s no use in contacting customer service with this location. They will not get back to you.

Finished placing my order while still waiting for someone to answer. Finally 2 pizzas and cheesy bread were delivered with everything over cooked. The cheese was burned on everything. Had to cut the pizza myself because it wasnt done properly. I call pizza hut and again listening to the automated recording for over 15 minutes when a young ladies answers with "hello" explained how the food was delivered and all she can say is "im sorry, thats all I can do". When asked for her name, she went silent, asked again for her name she hesitantly answered "leilani" obviously not her name but cool. What happened to customer service? Pizza hut you need to do better and hire different people. Have definitely lost a customer today.

I don't know what happened to our local Pizza Hut. I placed an order for delivery and was estimated to arrive in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after that I get a call. All their drivers have flat tires. So I opted to pick up. I get there and there was several people waiting. Some due to having to pick up now. Which no problem, an inconvenience yes but stuff happens. Two ladies in front of me had their orders wrong. They even tried given one of them an empty pizza box (I really wish I was making this up) . Another lady, half her order was missing so they had to start that. Then it was my turn. Not to be dissapointed, they didn't start my order. Which was a lie because my wings were already sitting in their hotbox oven. After 30 more minutes my pizza comes out. Yes they gave me a few bucks off but I wished I checked my order before I left because they messed up more on top of it all. They gave me cinnasticks instead of breadsticks. They said there was a new employere there but I can't buy thats why everything was a mess and chaotic. The pizza was ok, the wings were soggy and cold and you already know about my breadsticks. I don't recommend this place. Check out one of the other pizza spots in town.

I paid for a 3 large topping pizza with barely any toppings. They were stingy with the sauce too. Very disappointed with their service. If you would like to get what you paid for I don’t recommend this place:
