Came here on a Tuesday around 4pm. Due to the time, I was the only on there. ELIZABETH, the host and server was SOOOOOOOO great! Great attitude, attentive, and her VIBE! So energetic! Made a plus in my day! I had the happy hour special, and can't go wrong with a burger and pancakes! The soda was a little off. There wasn't much carbonation.. but besides that! A+++

We took pancake banana and strawberry as well as pancake combo. Both my friend and I enjoyed the breakfast and the waiter was so nice and friendly and was so helpful. I did not want glaze and cream on my pancake so that's why my pancake seems a bit simple. It was so delicious and fluffy though.

We had the most OUTSTANDING service from Elizabeth again today!! Not only did she remember us from last time, she once again had the sweetest, kindest personality by any server any of us can ever remember! No exaggeration, she made every one of us feel SO welcomed that she instantly had us all in a better mood within minutes! She was attentive, easy going, funny, and made what would have been an average meal, an EXCEPTIONAL one! There's no question that good service is few and far between these days, and Elizabeth not only met our (high) expectations - she absolutely EXCEEDED them in every possible way! If you are visiting this particular location, be sure to ask if Elizabeth is working and to be seated in her section - you will be so happy that you did!!! ❣️

I was pleased with the overall experience. The staff exhibited a high level of friendliness and hospitality, thereby creating a welcoming ambiance. Furthermore, the service was expedient, which was of paramount importance to me given my time constraints. Regrettably, there was a minor oversight with my order, as one of the requested items was omitted. However, I promptly notified the staff of the omission, and they were quick to rectify the error. The missing item was expeditiously retrieved and brought to my table without further delay. In light of the aforementioned experience, I am happy to recommend this iHop.

Haven't been to IHOP in awhile and happened to go on a holiday and it was rather packed. I'm not sure if it's usually as packed on a typical day or not. Fortunately we were able to be seated after not too long of waiting. The server attended to us right away and the service was good and friendly. Even it was a little busy, it didn't take too long to get our good. The portions were smaller than we expected and the taste was just average. I found that the coffee, which was $3.29, was a little weak. While McDonald's, 7Eleven and other breakfast joints offer $1 coffee, paying $3.29 for a rather watery coffee was a bit of a turn off for us. Despite the lackluster food and pricey coffee, we liked the service there.

In my opinion this IHOP could definitely do better. Low staff. Longest WAIT ever for my food. The employee didn't even put it in until 10 minutes or so went by. But on top of all that there fruit as you can see is old VERY gross and pretty much is some basic food. I believe those mashed potatoes were the instant kind. This is were it ended up.😓😢😭So I'd say overall I'm not going back.

The portions are very small ordered a burger and they counted the fries , they serve pancakes in small plates they are very stingy with serving and services is horrible Pedro was ignoring our table

took me and my nephew for the $6 me u deal as advertised on TV, ended up costing us $32 for 2 orders each of their classic pancake, 1 sausage, 1 bacon, and 1 egg. Never coming back again

My experience at iHop was disappointing. The food quality, particularly the French toast, fell short with a soggy texture and lack of fluffiness. Despite specifying no sugar in the hot chocolate, it was added both times. Overall, it was a subpar experience, marked by poor food quality and miscommunication.

Came here at 8am for breakfast, got seated right away, i ordered a coffee it tasted very watered down, the mug was a bit chipped all around. Then i ordered the breakfast sampler, they downsized extremely on the hashbrowns and too crispy for my taste, my eggs i ordered over medium but the egg white was still runny, that was unpleasant. I held the plate when she placed it down on the table and felt a sharpness on my fingers, turns out the plate was also chipped which luckily it didn't cut me, also they served my food on a dirty plate it still had some sort of jelly or red syrup on the corner. I avoided adding salt on my eggs,the salt shaker had dead ants inside. The first order of pancakes were mushy and moist and started falling apart when i lifted one,so i asked if they could changed them, 2nd order comes and i took one bite and i had to spit out on a napkin, it tasted old. Lastly i received my check at 8:45am, i waited and waited until i realized no one was coming so i went up to the front and asked where do i pay, and by then it was 9:19am, it took 39 minutes for someone to charge me. Over all i wouldn't recommend this ihop.
