Had excellent customer service here! While the order placing was pretty average, the food was perfect and the quality of service was great. The back of house associate offer to lemon pepper my fries before I left and it was a perfect touch. Love the extra care!

It is always crowded so plan for take out. Take it from a wing fanatic this is the best wing stop in the area. Neither of the two in Pasadena or the one in Arcadia ever manage to get my order right. Even on a skeleton crew the day after Christmas this was still a good pick!

It was my first time at this wing stop location and the wait time was horrendous. I literally waited for 25 mins for my darn wings and the employees did not provide utensils for my order. When I asked them where in the world is my utensils, they simply responded kindly, " you have to ask for it". I was appalled by the customer service at this particular wing stop. Overall, the food is decent. Thank you wing stop! The exclamation mark meant something!

I got the Louisiana rub and Mango habanero wings. The Louisiana rub was not very flavorful and the mango was very sweet, almost too sweet. The lemon pepper fries were very greasy, so it was not a good time. The service was not great either, the wings took 20 minutes and the fries took 15 minutes to come out.
So the website says 10 wings gets you up to two flavors; I was given one. I asked if I could have double the carrot sticks and no celery; we received no vegetables at all. Both my bf and I asked for ranch dressing; there was not a single dipping sauce. I know the girl was working alone and it’s not her fault if their menu has changed, but with everything forgotten on top of it, my meal was disappointing and unsatisfying. There are 5 wingstops within a 6 mile radius of me; I won’t be returning to this one.
The owner does not care about his employees. The curfew was put into effect today at 5:00 pm it is 7:10 pm and they refuse to close the store. Unbelievable the employees safety should come first.
Placed online order and when I went to location, cashier said it did not go through. Another customer besides me had the same issue. Said it would be another 25 minutes to prepare wings. Cashier was indifferent.
I do enjoy a Wingstop meal every now and then the wings are definitely great but at this particular location was my first time visiting and I wasn't too happy with my order accuracy was correct although the wings were overcooked leading to Burnt looks as well as taste when you would eat them. I don't think I'll be back to this location
The food the food here is good the women who answer the phones are not One night I'm trying to place an order which would have only been about $30 she's telling me it's going to be 50 and that I have to leave my credit card number and I tell her I'm not going to order that much and she's arguing with me I haven't been back since
ATTITUDE FROM THE START. I can't speak for the other workers, but the lady I dealt with to grab my pick-up order made assumptions and gave attitude before even getting the facts straight. I had to correct her so many times and she gave ATTITUDE each correction. Her: ... assumption/attitude Me: ... correction Her: ... oh ok Also Her: ... WELL ... ATTITUDE
I had the food at this Wingstop and for the next three days I had full blown food poisoning. So IDK if they're not washing their hands after prepping the meat but this is definitely the last time I'm eating with them
Fries were over cooked had to have them give me another order of fries I ask for my chicken well done it was way over well done that you couldn't tell what flavor chicken you had cause the meat was well done as well never will I go back

Do not come here! make the trip to the next Wing Stop location from you… this specific establishment keeps in their employee roster a variety of slow-brains. seems like they spend more time hotboxing the kitchen than trying to get orders right (pretty steamy in the back fr). They will forget something from your order just like they did today and in the past. The goombas on shift claim of a policy where i must take a picture of my order and show them what’s missing. Aside from the OBVIOUS holes in that logic i already served my kid their share and I’m not going to snatch my kids food just to take a picture of his plate. be for real. All gravy you can’t work around simple minds at the end of the day. train your staff!
Ordered $40 worth of food more than an hour before they closed, then was told restroom was closed for the night… I would have gone somewhere else if I had known that before paying. Paying customers not allowed to use the bathroom… ridiculous.
To begin with, the female at the register had no charisma at all. I mean, I understand that it's not a great job but don't look miserable. And at least learn how to speak to customers correctly. Anyways, I go in, having ordered online and just picking up. I wait in line and after five minutes get to the front. I hand her my card and she gives it back and loudly says its declined. To begin with, in a good customer service establishment, you never ever tell a customer their card is declined especially loud enough for everyone else in there to hear. It just puts the customer in an unnecessary embarrassing situation, especially if everyone else hears it. So I take her word for it and give her another card and she does it again and tell me it's declined. At that point I told her those cards are good. Their should be no reason as to why they're being declined, then she says "oh then our system might be down". So, to get this straight, you just announced to whole establishment that my cards were declined when it reality your system was down. Very nice customer service. So then she asks for another form of payment but in reality no one carries cash anymore. So looks at my for a few seconds, as if expecting me to solve the issue, and after an awkward stare at each other she decides to tell someone in the back. Another female comes to the front and gets on the phone to try to resolve the issue. I don't know whether she was a manager or supervisor since she said absolutely nothing to me. After waiting 20 minutes, and watching the employees fool around and laugh, I get in line again and the same cashier that helped me first comes up and says "they haven't told you anything about your card?" I answered no, then she says "oh" looks over my shoulder and says to the customer behind me "can I help you" as if expecting me to move out of the way. At that point I just walked out. I am disgusted by this specific location and will definitely never go back. And if corporate is reading this, look at your cameras, and look into that store in detail and retrain your employees.
I love wing stop BUT JUST NOT THIS ONE! I ordered online & they got my order wrong . When I got my order, the employees didn’t seem to care . When you order online it tells you that your order will be done 16-21 mins. I literally waited about 35 mins for my order ! This is insane ! They need new employees or a manager that actually cares about what’s going on. Place looks dirty too. Not going back!
DISGUSTING WORKERS, found hair in my food
Food is awesome but the staff is lazy and slow. Everything time I want to do a phone order I'm put on hold for forever. So there no point in calling ahead then when you get there they don't even care and take there time. Definitely changing to the wingstop in pico Rivera it's farther but the atmosphere way better and the staff interact with you. They make you feel welcome
Seriously worst place ever. I ordered a 40 piece bone in combo close to midnight. I end up getting home assuming my order was right we where missing the fries the wings where boneless and a different flavor. So I called them to let them know that I had my order wrong they gave me two options to either correct my order or according to them write down my order for future store credit. So we decided to take the store credit since we get wings at least 2 times a month at this location. So fast forward 3 weeks later I called in and placed a order and asked them to lookup my store credit and guess what. Who ever took my complaint never wrote down the store credit. So the lead on shift asked me for my reciept. (Guys please make sure you guys save your reciept for fast-food/food purchases) which didn't make sense to me how is my reciept gonna prove my order was wrong from 3 weeks ago. They stated without my reciept they can't do nothing about it. So I called the 1800 number and all they do is take complaints and forward them to the manager and they are suppose to contact you I have yet to hear from them 3 months later and Everytime I call the customer care line they just state they will forward it to management. I guess the manager is really busy for a 5 min call. Why it has taken me so long to write this review I just called in and was on hold for 30 mins they answered after my hold, I could hear the customers in that background and the employee hung up on me. Called again to be told can you please hold and I said I have been holding for 30 mins. I guess the positive part is after my remark they said how can I help you then and then I was hung up again. So 3rd time was a charm called in ask to speak to the manager, manager was not in so they gave the phone to who ever was in charge, all she said sorry there is nothing we can do we are really busy, they will take your order right now check the caller ID our phone numbers end with 28 & 82 around 7:20pm
Came on a Tuesday when it was not busy and what seemed to be a fully staffed kitchen. There's was only one family eating in the dine in room. I ordered an 8 piece boneless with fries and the order took 29 minutes to receive (Ordered at 8:43 and got my food at 9:12) Probably won't ever be coming back to this place unless I place an order online or through the phone.
Walked in, the worker told me to wait for someone so that i can order, the worker that was supposed to take my order finally came out of the restroom but on the phone. The place was empty and they were just standing around in front of me, not taking my order. Waste of my time, and i didnt place an order.
The workers were too hostile but maybe because all the workers are new last time I came was months ago and workers were kind enjoyed their hours being there and knew how to reply in a respectful manner these new workers replied in a careless I have to be here because I have bills attitude. Decent area for unacceptable customer service.
Service was my concern. Slow, slow, slow. Ordered online, came on time but have to wait for another 58 minutes. Rude employees. Food quality is 6/10. Employees would yell at you if you ask them questions.
May 9th at about 4:53 PM. Tried to call in a to go order for my employees and was hung up on about 4 times. Not even a "hello", just heard someone pick up the phone and hang it up. No longer getting my business and I'll be contacting corporate.
I love love LOVE wingstop but today had very poor customer service the cashier was rude and my Mango habenero wings were lightly coated and tough. I waited about 30 minutes and had to ask if my food was ready instead of them telling me. Very dissapointed.

Wings where cold I let cashier know. I show them to her had her touch theme to feel that they where cold. She agreed refunded me with a whole new order and the new order the fries where all salty Waste of money never again ...

The fact that paying customers aren’t even allowed to use the bathroom is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Quite possibly to worst take out experience I've ever encountered. My mom goes in to order some wings for take out and is told it would be 15 minutes. The wait was MUCH longer. After 45 minutes eventually my mom gets mad, gives up and tries to get a refund, except they "can't find her order" so they can't give her a refund for her order. Now she's was basically held hostage there even though we are now approaching 1 hour waiting for some take out wings and we are also now EXTREMELY late to the place we are going with people waiting hungry for the food we were supposed to bring. It literally took an hour to finally get our food and by that time the ice inside the drinks was mostly melted. The wings weren't even that good.

When it was to be picked up, they refused to complete the order. I had placed many orders before and pick up was never an issue. It seems as if the staff did not want to deal be with that order specifically. They had not even started the order when I arrived at the time it said it be ready by.
I visited your establishment on May 10th and purchased a combo meal consisting of six pieces of wings, fries, and a drink. I specifically requested crispy wings and crispy fries, but I was given cold fries instead. The staff offered to remake the fries for me, so I waited for at least 30 minutes but never received them. After finishing my wings, I approached the register and informed them that I never received my fries and requested a refund for the portion of the meal. The total cost of the combo meal was $18.56. However, Brianna, the staff member, refused to refund my money and said she couldn't do anything about the situation. I then asked to speak to the manager, but I was informed that the manager was not available at the time. I was given the name Alondea, and she assured me that she would address the situation with the manager and have it resolved. It is now May 19th, and the issue has not been resolved. I called the store and spoke to Alondea, who also said she couldn't do anything for me except offer the fries I never received. I don't want the fries; I want a refund. It's been 10 days, and the situation remains unresolved. This demonstrates a poor quality of customer service. It is important to recognize that your business relies on customers who work hard for their money and choose to spend it at your establishment. Refusing to refund their money for a product they never received is unacceptable. If this issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

I requested to cancel the order and a refund. The “lady who does the cancellations/ refunds” is too busy to do it because she’s on her personal cellphone talking. Mind you I just needed to eat something quick because I’m pregnant and was not feeling well and needed to eat something quick. They did not care, did not apologize nothing.
My first time at wing stop as I’ve heard the food here is quite good. Haven’t tried the food yet as I’m still waiting for my order. In the meanwhile I thought I’d comment on my experience so far. The lady taking my order was really off putting and I believe I heard someone call her by the name of Jan. The way she looked at me with no smile was probably would have made me drop dead if looks could kill. I could go with no smile but to best way to explain this is imagine you’re wanting to go home and another customer walks through the door and you’re just having that “what the hell moment.” Just felt like I wasn’t welcome here. Wondering how she’s feeling because 4 more people just came in behind me and “that look!” Had to rush my order because of this so hopefully the food is a better experience
