I didn't know there was a Ding Tea in Rosenberg as I usually go to the one in Katy but I'm glad they opened one here. The winter Melon, Hokkaido, and coffee milk teas are delicious along with the golden boba. Definitely recommend. Also, the employees that work there are super friendly.

This was a good pit stop! Glad to have discovered it 😁 tried the traditional milk tea and monster boba tea. Both great options. I look forward to trying something different next time! Service was quick and servers were nice. I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because the mural just didn't mesh with the branding of the tea. Great mural just didn't flow well. But this won't stop me from trying all the different teas 😁

I ordered the monster Boba for pick up and it was Amazing!!! I got extra sweet with the sea foam, so it was a good sweet, salty balance. The staff is super Patient and friendly as well, l messed up on the order I originally placed and they were super patient when I replaced the order. So good

Did you change the chocolate milk tea powder? The drink tastes completely different now, and not in a good way. I used to buy it every week because it was my favorite, but the new recipe tastes off and is honestly disappointing. Please bring back the original formula — the old one was so much better.

i’ve wanted to try this place for a while so i finally decided to get it and it was really tasty! staff was super nice and the inside is super cute! i got a taro milk tea and honestly it was the best i’ve ever had super sweet just how i like it and the boba was nice and chewy! and i got a thai tea and it was sweet and refreshing and didn’t make my mouth orange (most thai teas do for some reason 😅) definitely recommend this place and i will definitely be back and it’s cheaper then most boba places i’ve been to and the sizes were just perfect for me. definitely recommend!

I used to order from DoorDash it was great, but yesterday I went there to grab an oolong milk tea with boba and pudding. The boba was over cooked cause it’s not chewy anymore but it’s more soft or sth like that…. One thing that also disappoint me is NO CASH ACCEPT >< But that’s fine, I still like it and love to try more :))

Possibly the plainest teashop I’ve ever been to. Just a boba shop with some chairs and tables. But vibes aren’t important as long as the drinks are good. Unfortunately, it fell flat for me. I loved ding tea when the bellaire location was open. I’m plain jane.. always get the signature milk tea. The drinks I ordered were the signature milk tea, brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea. The boba was mushier than what I’m used to, all of the drinks tasted watered down and were room temperature.. had little to no ice. I was very excited for this location to open but I’m so disappointed :(

I recently visited Ding Tea and had a bit of a frustrating experience. We ordered some Coffee Tea drinks, but after completing the purchase, we were informed that the coffee machine was broken. We completely understand that things happen, and we were okay with that. However, the issue arose when we noticed the price of our original drinks were higher than the new ones offered. When we politely asked about the price difference, the cashier insisted that there was no price change. But as she rang up the new drinks, she realized there actually was a price difference, though nothing was done to address it. No adjustments were made, and no offer was made to refund the difference. While I get that mistakes happen, I think this is a clear case where customer service and proper business etiquette should have stepped in. If an order has to be changed due to an issue on the business's end, the least they could do is make sure the customer isn't paying more than they originally intended. A small gesture like refunding the price difference would go a long way in showing that customer satisfaction is a priority. I hope the team can improve on this front in the future. It's the little things that can make a big difference in customer loyalty.

We ordered 5 smoothies they all were very watered down and service was slow. The one positive my kids really enjoyed the mural.

The tea was awful. It was half warm, half not cold if that makes sense. Super watery. Despite the extra sugar and boba, you could only taste watery tea. Do yourself a favor and go to Feng Cha right up the road.

My boyfriend and I got our drinks quickly, but our friends, who ordered right after, were left waiting while staff made drinks for customers who came in later. There was no communication about the delay until much later, when they explained one drink (the dalgona) takes longer to prepare. That should’ve been mentioned upfront so my friend could’ve made a different choice. The staff were working very slowly, and one of my drinks wasn’t what we originally ordered. Overall, the lack of communication and work ethic made this a frustrating experience.

They didn’t get a single order right. The gave me a regular tea, with no milk, the other slushes had the wrong sugar content. AND they took so long making them that the slushes were separated and 30% melted by the time I walked out of the store. Will not be retuning.

What an absolute joke if I could give 0 stars I would . Do not order from here ! I DoorDash about 6 items and only received 2 I did not receive my daughter's food . This place needs to be shut down
