The Feathers is open Wednesday through Sunday, with varied hours including both brunch and dinner service on weekends. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We went to the bar for a few drinks and appetizers. The bartender is amazing. However, they only serve local/NY alcoholic.
Made a reservation for 5 people at 7pm. By this hour, nearly every entree was unavailable. No one got their first choice on the menu and the last person to order got their fourth choice (splitting someone else's chicken). One person found a piece of plastic zip tie in their food. No explanation was given and no accommodation was made. Servers are dressed for a colonial reenactment and also uninformed. Very disappointing!
