The teens/young adults & all the other staffs who take orders here are extremely good at what they do. They all seemed to be very well trained! The kitchen staff always have a smile on their faces & provide excellent customer services. A very pleasant stop for a quick lunch. Food always comes out freshly made. One of the best CFA I’ve been too. Very clean! Great job to management & ownership!

Nice place, clean, quick and good quality food for a fast food chain. Family friendly, they have child seat available, decent kids menu and lovely table covers with animals, and we got a seasonal story book with our order. Food was very good for a fast food chain, chicken was juicy and tender, veggies and fruit salad fresh. Restrooms were also clean, with changing table available.

My wife and I used to come here at least once a week because we liked the food, it was good price, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Now lately, it feels like the food portions and quality have gone downhill sadly. The prices have gone up and unfortunately they closed the playground for kids. Even tonight when we went, our food was delivered but they were missing half of our order. I asked the person that dropped off the food if the special watermelon Mint sweet tea was refillable, and she told me that it was. Then when I tried to get a refill they told me it wasn't. So I was very annoyed that I paid $3 for a 10 oz cup that was mostly ice and a little sweet tea with flavoring.

The outside lights were all out and it was only 7:20pm on a Monday. You had to drive through a maze just to get to the order kiosk and then there was no one in line. I ordered a 3 piece strip meal as a quick dinner. To my surprise my strips were the same size as my dipping sauce. The customer service was fine ordering, I was so disappointed to pay $12+ for a strip meal for practically one strip.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have gone here for years without any issues until lately. I am allergic to gluten, and they have always been great with handling my order and I’ve never gotten sick. Twice now, I have ordered here and not only did they not separate my order into a different bag (which they always have done), but this last time, tonight, they actually gave me TWO regular buns! So after a long day for my family, I ended up not being able to eat dinner with them, not to mention the cost. I’ve now had a similar experience at another location. I’ll be contacting their corporate office on Monday., and they very likely lost a customer for good.

They had super soggy buns, the chicken sandwiches have a well seasoned crust but they got my order wrong and added pickles which is sadly all I could taste. I will not be returning.

Have to quadruple check your orders because they don't get it right the first time. Never give you the right drink or provide the sauces. Check your order before you leave the drive through. Chick Fil A used to just do it right the first time

I’m at a loss for how bad it really was. I went in with high hopes because I’ve heard about it and it was raved about. I was severely disappointed with food with very little flavor which meant I had to smother on a sauce just to get some flavor. The fries where horrible, possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t know if I just got the wrong thing or what but you’d think a place raved about so much would be relatively good all around. It wasn’t. Seemed like a glorified McDonald’s wannabe. Enough about the bad food. The play are… so they decided to shove it in a small claustrophobic room and sound proof it almost? How are you supposed to keep an eye on your kids? How about if they fall and get hurt? I wouldn’t even know! McDonald’s is nasty too but at least they have the sense to put the kids area in a separate room or area WITH seating for the parent too. That way people aren’t bothered by kids who don’t have them and parent who actually care about their kids can watch them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was expensive and not good at all. I’ll stick with in and out for cheap but good food and McDonald’s for the play place. Too many good options here, don’t know how chic fil a made it out of wherever it came from. The picture I attached is of the food here… that nasty stuff is $4.19 are they insane!? Bad and expensive.
