Grace Under Fire

I always enjoy my meal at any Panera I go to. This time, I went to the Douglas location in Roseville. I ordered the pumpkin muffin and it hit the spot! Warm, sweet, melt in my mouth goodness. I like the breakfast selections. Will definitely be back to try something else.

I would not go there and it is too pricey. The foods taste okay. I ordered the French onion soup and tomato basil bacon lettuce sandwich.

The food is good, but they moved the rapid pick up shelf behind the counter. So, even if you order ahead of time you still have to wait in line to get your food. So, unfortunately that wastes more of my lunch break time and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I agree with the reviewer who said there's no chicken in the chicken sandwich. All bread! Smaller servings, higher prices. Store was not very clean and bathrooms were dirty too. Went after 7pm and the place was full of unhoused persons charging their phones and feeding their pets.

I went to panera yesterday for dinner and had a soup (specifically the street corn one) and i couldn’t get to sleep the night i tried going to bed. This morning i ended up having food poisoning and throwing up the soup every 5 minutes, the service was kinda off already since they gave me a baguette instead of an apple like i ordered, and no spoon (had to ask for one). Maybe a staff member probably should be checked up on cuz i’m probably not the only one that woke up sick, and there shouldn’t be someone prepping the food without following the hygiene guidelines and regulations when working with food thats being served to other people.

Asian sesame chicken salad on the board is 759 and on the receipt it’s 959. Almost $10 for a small salad and they give you a tiny container with a little bit of dressing. Way Overpriced for what they give you

I haven’t been to Panera in a while, and compared to old times, the iconic Frontage Chicken only misses the chicken. It’s mostly bread now.

Horrible Manager Ashley how can you place items that are being delivered in one bag considering its yougurt and hot soup she told me that's the way they do it dont order delivery from this establishment

This location used to be the talk of the town. The team was a tightly nit crew of real friends, and the food was made with integrity and good service in mind. Corporate changes have made it as bad as any fast food experience your nightmares can conceive, beginning with a new general manager who is an older lady that has equal parts incompetence and rudeness; not a great combination for the leader of a store. The associates seem mistreated and in turn don't have any passion for their work or the customers. The result is old or poor quality food with scant portions being served frequently. One worker told me the baker dropped a batch of cinnamon rolls on the ground and was told by the GM to pick them up and refrost them before serving. That's some standard you're setting.

very very bad service. I ordered a drink online, went up to ask for it and the lady at the register made me repeat my name THREE TIMES before saying "sorry we don't have any names like that" and then corrected me on how to pronounce my own last name. mind you, it's the last name here. not that difficult. so so rude and a very bad experience

Maria is very rude. She only treats older customers with respect, I got questioned about why I was taking a cup to fill up my drink when I have sip club. The other employees have all told me that you grab your cup yourself and that is why they’re out. Another time she kicked me out because there “wasn’t enough seating for her line of customers” her line of customers didn’t exist. She only likes middle aged and older customers just an fyi.

HORRIBLE! Ordered a Ham and Croissant Benny it was uneatable. I picked up my sandwich and noticed the croissant was drenched in some kind of sauce. I took it up to the counter and showed two employees that the sandwich was drenched in sauce. They rudely told me that it was a Benedict sauce and that is how it came. I asked if I could just get a muffin instead. They told me they would remake it, but wouldn't give me a muffin. As I was still standing at the counter, one of the employees went behind the wall and was making faces at the other employee about me while I was still at the counter. At that point, I was definitely not having them remake me a sandwich or get me anything else. I took the sandwich and left. Waste of time and money. Most disappointing was the UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE service from not one, but two employees. I didn't even notice until a few house later the receipt says, "Accuracy Matters. Your order should be create every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and five you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know." WHAT A JOKE!
