They never rush you, and you feel truly pampered. The focus here is on quality, and dinner truly becomes a journey. I can't wait to go back.

A pearl in the heart of the Susa Valley – timeless emotion and quality We'd been wanting to return to Cascina Ranverso for a while, a place we're particularly fond of: we got married here on November 16, 2019, shortly after it opened. The renovation was magnificent, and the entire property is immersed in a spectacular natural setting: the 360-degree view of the Susa Valley, framed by the Sacra di San Michele and the Musinè, is simply breathtaking. The farmhouse produces its own cheeses and wines, and also offers beautiful suites for those who want to stay immersed in the tranquility of the hills. In the past, we'd stopped for aperitifs, but this time we dined in the beautiful garden, and the experience was—as always—impeccable. Chef Giuseppe and the entire staff were professional, attentive, and kind, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We were greeted by a thoughtful and tasty entrée, which immediately set the tone for the evening. We sampled a few dishes from the new August menu: • Veal with tuna sauce and pea shoots: delicate and beautifully presented. • Anchovy parmigiana: surprising, intense yet balanced, with a pleasant umami note. • Veal kidney with mashed potatoes: well-structured, and the chives added a perfect touch. • Potato and onion tortilla with stracciatella, lemon, and Bra sausage: an excellent combination. Perhaps I would have liked a touch more lemon, but that's a personal preference, but I thoroughly enjoyed this excellent, well-crafted dish. To finish on a sweet note, a carrot and white chocolate plum cake: delicious and well-balanced. The Langhe rosé wine, served in an elegant ice bucket, was a splendid accompaniment to the entire dinner. The service was sublime, as always. Cascina Ranverso remains a favorite place for us, where quality and atmosphere blend perfectly. Highly recommended, whether for a special occasion or an evening of indulgence. Perfect for a romantic evening. Excellent value.

I stayed at the farmhouse for a wedding. The aperitif buffet was rich and varied. The banquet dishes were very well prepared and delicious. The location is surrounded by greenery with spacious rooms. Recommended.

This is a gem of a restaurant! Beautifully reconstructed medieval farm makes a romantic setting. And the food prepared in an open kitchen is superb. The service is equally excellent. Don’t miss this if you are in the area!

La location è veramente bella, il personale gentilissimo, alcune cose della cucina, potrebbero migliorare. Grande offerta di antipasti, dei primi accettabili, ma sui secondi...un po' da rivedere. Arristicini troppo asciutti...forse proporre la grigliata, se non consumata velocemente, rischia di seccarsi. Premesso che ho cenato con l'apericena

Ho partecipato ad un giovedì sera con apericena e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Devo dire che le mie aspettative erano un po' più alte, però probabilmente non si può apprezzare a pieno la cucina con un aperitivo, per cui tenterò di provare direttamente il ristorante appena ce ne sarà l'occasione e la possibilità. La location è assolutamente degna di nota, è stato fatto un ottimo lavoro, è un posto che mi sento di consigliare.

I went to an aperitif dinner with about ten friends one evening in early July. It was a wonderful place nestled on a hill with a beautiful view of the San Michele festival at sunset. The aperitif dinner, which was reserved for a reservation, was outdoors in the farmhouse's lush garden, with beautifully decorated tables and seating. That evening, there was even music playing. Everything was beautiful and enchanting EXCEPT for the terrible buffet! It started at 8:00 PM with single portions like a finger food buffet.... Too bad that between the greed and rudeness of the guests and the meager portions, half the tables tasted practically NOTHING, not even the small amount of bread or focaccia provided. We asked the kind waiters if they would restock the buffet, but were told no because more would arrive. If you arrived after 8:05 PM, there was nothing left on the buffet. Another dish was baked pasta and agnolotti, which fortunately we managed to order because we'd rushed to the line as soon as we saw the trays arrive. The same thing happened with the mini and "mezza crudo" grilled dish, consisting of a small skewer, a mini burger, and a piece of sausage. Then dessert, fruit with ghee, was served at the table. All this included an aperitif for €35, plus extras, water, other appetizers, and coffee. In total, we paid almost €50 each for nothing except a portion of pasta. Conclusion: beautiful place, courteous waiters, terrible and very poor food. It's a shame because the place is truly enchanting at sunset.

We attended a first communion...a truly perfect choice of location! The outdoor space is well-maintained, surrounded by greenery and a landscape that provides the perfect backdrop. The indoor room is rustic with exposed brick and large modern windows. The food for the event is a combination of traditional dishes enhanced with sophisticated combinations, pleasing to the palate...in short, everything was delicious! It's a shame we didn't get seconds 😅 Definitely recommended.

A wonderful discovery near Rivoli. The food is fresh. The menu is varied and balanced. The service is attentive. We understand that the spaces are designed for large events, but last night it was fine. The only complaint is that the round tables are too large for only four or five people. You risk being too far away and uncomfortable to have a conversation without disturbing the other guests.

Wow, what a beautiful location! And a very nice apericena with nicely presented dishes. Because the space as big, we had some issues locating a server and getting some help when my kid made a mess. But that would not hold us to come back. A plus that they explicitly welcome dogs!

I attended the venue for a relative's wedding. The sunny location is stunning. Mrs. Noemi, the event manager, had everything perfectly prepared. The restrooms are accessible by elevator and are, above all, clean. The staff were adequate for the event, with every station manned. We had a great time. A truly wonderful event, highly recommended for meetings, business dinners, weddings, and baptisms. Thank you all.

Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The view was absolutely beautiful and the service was genuinely great — warm, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. The starters were just average. The gnocchi was quite underwhelming and felt a bit too heavy for my taste. The lasagna was overly cheesy and honestly not enjoyable. As for the lamb shank, the coating/flour layer was too thick and the flavor was pretty ordinary. If you’re coming for the scenery and service, it’s worth a stop — but for the food, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pleasant aperitif, excellent ingredients. It's a shame the buffet is crowded and there aren't enough canapés for the last in line... maybe they were good... perhaps the management should be reconsidered or some should be set aside for the last... the same goes for the arrosticini. To deserve 5 stars, the music should also be kept a little lower because it doesn't allow for normal conversation. We'll try again for dinner.

Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene, fatto il menu pranzo della domenica e ci ha sorpreso negativamente tutto tranne la location che è sempre molto bella anche in una giornata uggiosa com'era questa: quantità al limite dell'imbarazzante, qualità che lascia perplessi (battuta in particolare) e servizio inesistente per la modica cifra di 60 euro a testa, tutti abbastanza increduli, se su 2 antipasti 1 primo e 1 secondo si salva solo il primo la spesa non è coerente e giustificata, il loro vino rosso è molto buono, si è bevuto bene.
