I love this place. It was great before COVID, kept limited service with all the protocols during COVID and its still the place for me post COVID. Its nuts to talk about that time, but I'm reminded of how Bo Asian has been one of my faves all these years! The church youth group loved the food! 😋🥰🥳
The restaurant has limited seating and geared towards takeout. This place has consistent orders being prepped as mine took 30 minutes to make. I tried the General Tso chicken (extra spicy) with egg fried rice, beef lo mein, beef sticks, pork dumplings (fried), and an orange fanta. Everything was delish and I have leftovers for days. Now when I say extra spicy, it had the right amount of kick with slow burn.
This place is totally awesome. Big portions and the food is simply delicious.! Leo Is one great cook!
Found this place fairly recently, and let's just say that after the first visit, we were back four days later for more of the same. Absolutely delicious, and excellent portion sizes, and the service is very friendly. It is very quiet, and we've only had takeout here, but it should never be an issue finding a table here.
We do order from Bo's pretty often (mostly pick up or delivery), but have not ate inside for some time. We ordered the lunch specials beef with broccoli and chicken with broccoli and steamed rice. And a side cream cheese Rangoon. First, everything was fresh and hot. Which I love, the egg roll was so delicious. Just look at the plates....gorgeous. great job Leo! We will be back.
Love this place. Great prices for huge portions. The hubs and I usually eat in and split a plate. This was the first time I ordered to go. Still hot when I got home and I live near the Dell Diamond. I appreciate that they thought to put a piece of cardboard below my food to give it support. Very smart thinking. Their egg drop is my favorite because it’s plain. Most places put corn or peas in it and I don’t like that.
The Generals Tso chicken is FIRE! Super delicious! I also got the cream cheese puffs but if possible they should add some scallion or krab meat to them because they were kind of bland. The sweet and sour sauce could be a little thicker as well but that’s my preference. All in all, a great meal at a good price!
We ordered the General Tso’s chicken, fried rice, crab rangoons, and egg drop soup. The chicken was some of the best General Tso’s I’ve ever had; it wasn’t too sweet, but was very flavorful. The crab rangoons, on the other hand, were too sweet for me. The egg drop soup was average, just as good as any other Chinese restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend the fried rice as it was lacking in flavor.
Pretty good for Asian food, went there with a couple of colleague's the place wasn't filled but still the service was a little slow. The ambience is okay, but lots of light from open space. The food's quantity was a lot, actually overwhelming. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice which was pretty good itself. The rice were average, but it came with an extremely delicious egg roll. All around everyone's order was lunch specials and they were really good, I would go there again for lunch but not for dinner.
We went here because it had good reviews and came up under a pet friendly search; however they aren't pet friendly. There's no patio seating so we ordered it to go and ate in the truck with our pup. It was her birthday outing. This is a $ per person during the lunch hours because they have a lot of well priced lunch specials. We went a little after 5pm so that pricing is more like $$ per person. We ordered the orange chicken, Thai tea, fried rice and fried dumplings for $21.30. It was very yummy ! We will definitely be back but probably for lunchtime dates.
I have always enjoyed the food at Bo Asian ,however I may have chosen the wrong level of heat but I don't believe I did. So I called to vent about how hot my dish was, in addition to that, I wasn't giving get a chance to compliment on the other foods that I ordered and liked... before the person I talked to would not let me get a word in at all, insisting that he did what was on the order and forcefully repeating I did what was on the order, I did was on the order, being very rude and forthcoming. This was the first encounter of such a person there. The food is always good , but be sure that you order the right level of heat on the menu
Not going again It's like a self serve cafeteria.. I had to get my own drink, napkins ,to go containers refills.. I don't work there but they should pay me for all the work I did on my lunch break! When I go to a restaurant I would like to be served. Food not that great to many others to choose from
Im really not sure how this place has so many good reviews. I should of followed my gut about this placeand walked out before waisting my money and lunch break. Its obvios they never clean. Its all self service. Even the coulple utilities that were rapped in towns on the tables were covered in dust. Now to the food The egg roll had a nice initial crunch. Then was raw on the inside/not edible..the seaseme chicken was not good at all . Was under cooked probably starting to spoil and Has WAY too much fat/skin left on it. The rice was very bland. And i also ordered a wonton soup. Cooked at wayy to high ov heat and served scalding hot. I endee up throwing out 90% of the food. At the mushy soup after it cooled down enough just to have something to get me through the day. This it my third time eating here. First time u was already feeling sick so i figured iy was maybe my taste buds but then was more sick. Second was very mediocre. This time not edible so i wont be back. Im sure yhey would be shut down if were inspected.
My family and I have been passing by this place for years wondering if it was good. We read good reviews about this place, so we decided to stop for dinner. The place was empty when we walked in. The lady that greeted us was super nice, but the restaurant had weird smell. We ordered, my food came out first. My wife and son's food came out 15 mins after mine. By the time we started to eat, my food was cold. A few bites in, I tasted nothing but salt. Don't get me wrong, the food smelled good and look good too, but the food was very salty, so I asked to send it back and the waitress said no. That they couldn't take the food back because its against their policy. We argued for about 10 mins, we paid and left. We don't plan to return to this place.
Can we say bland??? We ordered the General Tsos chicken plate which came with a choice of soup and an egg roll. The General Tsos chicken was ok; nothing to be excited about. The wonton soup was extremely tasteless; no flavor what so ever. It tasted as if they heated up some water and served it in a bowl. The wonton dough also had no flavor and the pork that was inside of it was tough. I was lucky to have 2oz. Of broth; granted I would have preferred to not have any wonton soup at all. The egg roll only had cabbage in it; once again no flavor. With the plate I decided on lo mein instead of fried rice as my side. The lo mein was a spaghetti noodle with some soy sauce. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed with Bo Asian Bistro; we will not be returning nor will we be referring any friends or family members to this restaurant.
