I visited this location for the first time as I just moved to the area. Ashley is the name of the store manager and she had her team running on all cylinders. Everyone was very friendly and they welcomed every customer who walked into their doors with a "hello, welcome to Starbucks". Ashley was very attentive to the details of her team and making sure everyone was working together. The dining area was kept fully stocked and tables were clean. The restrooms were spotless and fully stocked. For me, all these items are rare to find for any place of service. Ashley and her team are creating an experience that is unrivaled and I'm glad to have found this location and will be a loyal customer!!

I’m not a huge Starbucks fan except when it comes to the convenience factor, but with that said, this Starbucks runs a tight ship! Very clean inside, super personable & fast baristas, and newly remodeled cafe interior. One of my favorites in the area! They’re definitely doing something right!

Very clean, larger and pleasant location. Good Wifi as well. Love this place. Very good customer service as well. They keep it very cold. You will need warm clothing to sit inside.

Update: The barista in the drive thru today was sooo sweet! He was so helpful when I wanted to try all the new drinks and yet didn't want caffeine so late in the day. He was knowledgeable on what they can do for every drink to make a version that is caffeine free. My caramel ribbon frappe was delicious. They were very busy for red cup day, but they were sweet and took time getting my order even though it was packed!

Not big on coffee but their wifi internet was a big help on my trip. I needed to submit an episode to the network and I heard Starbucks had decent wifi. I grabbed a Vanilla Frappuccino (Vanilla Shake 😆), connected to the internet and uploaded the file. Took about an hour to upload a 6g video file but hey, it got submitted!

Every time I've been in here, everyone has been super friendly and kind. Today someone went above and beyond. I was trying a new drink compared to my usual, but after taking a few sips I realized it was too sweet for my liking (which is not their fault, just personal preference). I didn't say anything, but the staff noticed I wasn't drinking it and asked me if I wanted a new drink. Since coffee is a big pick-me-up for me in the day, the gesture was sweet and appreciated.

This Starbucks has friendly staff and usually gets my order out quickly. The atmosphere is quiet, laid-back, and there are plenty of places to sit. I would prefer more couches/soft chairs, but that's just a personal preference. I haven't ever used the drive-thru but it seems like the wait time there is average for a Starbucks. I love their coffee cake here- it's a great treat to go along with your favorite drink.

I find all Round Rock (stand alone) stores really good in terms of consistency, quickness and kindness of staff. But yes, they are way over priced for drinks and food. My personal favorite location is the I-35 & Texas location!

This Starbuck is clean, roomy and has nice seating areas. The baristas are friendly and very fast and efficient w your regular and mobile orders. The artwork here is fabulous! There is ample parking. However, in case u are in a hurry, there is a drive-through.

I gone to starbucks every now and again, the drinks, service, and atmosphere were awesome. The reason for the 3 stars is because of when sometimes I go, only the floor is with a little trash but that's it.

The atmosphere at this Starbucks is great, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. However, I’ve noticed that the drinks here don’t always taste the way I expect them to. I’ve ordered a matcha latte three times now, and unfortunately, it hasn’t quite hit the mark.I’m wondering if the recipe or preparation is a bit different here? Still, I appreciate the service and the cozy vibe!

Today I came in into this Starbucks and had the worst expirience I have ever had in a Starbucks, this was absolutely unpleasant, and I am very mad with the people working here, today I came in and received a mobel Oder and my order was made complelty wrong, I asked a worker that my order looked wrong and he had an attitude with me, he had blue hair, this is not the first time my order had been made wrong, last week as well they thought It was funny and looked at me with a laughing face, they gave me a lot of caramel at the bottom of my cup to the point I was only drinking caramel sauce, and had to throw out my whole Starbucks order just like today, this has made me complete upset and unpleasant here, at least half of the time I come here I get a very bad expirience, absolutely unacceptable

It took them half an hour to prepare our order of two cups of coffee. There is almost nobody in the line and there were only 1 or 2 people before us. I finally got my cappuccino and guess what, almost half the cup is empty.
