Ordered Papa Johns here in Royse City for the first time (at this location) and it was excellent! Pizza arrived sooner than the tracker said it would and the delivery driver was super nice! We will definitely order from here again!

Very confused as to why there are negative reviews. I have been ordering from this location for 3 years and on average once a week. So, I order from this place almost 50+ times a year. I have had one issue and was resolved very promptly and with professionalism. Again, very confused. Maybe people just can't be happy. I am picky about my pizza and even though it is not the old Papa Johns I remember from college days; it tastes good and is always HOT and always FRESH when I receive it. Drivers are very courteous and friendly. I saw the reviews and had to put my two cents in.

After seeing that the branded competition had a 250 minute wait time, I decided to avoid them. This location was easier for me anyway. A family member used to say this brand was good. I was used to doing the other because I already had my stuff online saved and got emails. It was easy to put everything online here. There was an XL pizza that was very good. I was pleased with the site, the choices and service . I had someone pick it up on the way home and seeing the progress online made that easier as well. Now this is the company I buy pizza from.

The last 5 of 10 pizzas the crust has been flat and tough. I used to work at Papa Johns so I know there must be something up with the dough proofing process. Please fix it!!! The crust really stands out against all other competitors, but only when done right!

I clicked the well done option while ordering, but seriously? I didn’t order charcoal crust.

I placed a mobile order and sat in the parking lot watching employees standing around. After about 10 minutes somebody went over and started making the pizza. Surprise! It was mine. Only one of the day I would bet. Super unbusy time and no reason for that! Put that experience aside and I'll just talk about the pizza itself. In this day and age there are many many places to go get pizza. Papa John's is probably not the first choice. I guess I'm no longer sad that they don't deliver to my location. I think quality has gone down over the years. Bottom line question - would I go here again? Well the answer is probably not going to. Other places much better to pick up a pizza.

I just ordered two large pizzas, a pepperoni and a supreme. Every time we order here the dough is underbaked so this time we asked for them to be well done. The pepperoni came burnt and the supreme was not well done and was yet again underbaked. I just spent $37, not including tip, and one pizza is completely inedible because it’s not even cooked and the other is burnt. I just don’t understand what the problem is.

We ordered a pizza online for the XL New York Style Pizza and the picture online shows pepperoni on the pizza so we automatically assumed that pepperoni came on the pizza automatically so we added black olives and banana peppers. When the pizza arrived we noticed there was no pepperoni on it just the veggies and called the store location to inquire and was told that the pizza doesn’t automatically come with pepperoni. We advised that it was an honest mistake as we thought per the website pictures it came with pepperoni. We were told we could reorder another pizza. My husband called back and spoke with the manager and repeated what happened and the so called manager said they can’t remake a pizza for free and that it drags down their profits due to waste of ingredients. My husband then proceeded to ask for the district manager number and we were told that he didn’t have that information on hand at the moment then my husband asked for the store number and we were placed on hold and some rude woman then got on the phone and gave the address. When we asked for her name she hung up. We called back and a lady named Nadia answered the phone and we asked for the previous lady’s name and Nadia placed us on hold and then came back and said that they can’t give out names. We told her that she just gave us her name and she hung up in our face. We are two disabled veterans and we aren’t asking for any handouts. We just wanted a honest mistake to be corrected . To be treated so nasty and so rude by the individuals at this location is disgusting and we will never order from this establishment again. The only decent person was the delivery driver who knows what customer service is all about which is something the individuals inside the store definitely have no clue of.

Manager is a woke belligerent college age young him that had his minions acting weird as well because they couldn’t get some pizzas completed as ordered. So bad I will never order here again. What is it with these places in Royse City and their food quality and such these days? We ordered pick up for two pizzas. One topping < going to be $40 plus tax then got there and the pizzas were not even right! The manager could not explain the pricing and there is no pricing posted inside the store, so I guess nowadays you just pay whatever the going rate is that day. Gave them our CC info ahead of time but was not told a total till we were there- weird too. Even wrong the toppings were sparse for a $20 pizza. After waiting another 20 more minutes for them to correct 2-1 topping pizzas- We had to tell them to just keep them after waiting and waiting - went down the road to the Pizza Hut and got both these pizzas for $22.

Gabby the Manager or supervisor on site is very nasty and mean. She told me that the other worker was being nice if it was up to her she would not remake my order that they delivered 3 hrs early . My guest will have cold pizza thanks to Gabby and we will all leave a review.

A little awareness and basic customer service would go a long way. Disappointed with the service at Papa John’s. I walked out with multiple pizza boxes in my arms, and instead of offering any help or consideration, they just handed me a bag for my drinks—while clearly seeing my hands were full.

Overcharged for 2 pizzas @ 6.99 special and 6 wings. Total charge on card was $35.15 when the order should have been under $25. My grandson was hungry and was late for evening church.

Gabby the Manager or supervisor on site is very nasty and mean. She told me that the other worker was being nice if it was up to her she would not remake my order that they delivered 3 hrs early . My guest will have cold pizza thanks to Gabby and we will all leave a review.
