I love Dunkin. But I tried using Uber eats, and they got 2 orders wrong. I just wanted a strawberry donut with sprinkles & a chocolate donut. It’s not for me, it’s for the kids. But please read carefully, so it doesn’t happen again or for other customers.

Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered in food service work here. And a few months ago, they were slammed and busy and literally *locked me in the store*. I was coming in to get a mobile order and the store was open (3pm on a Saturday) and the door was locked. There were at least 6 other people in the restaurant, meaning they were literally locked in (a fire hazard) and after telling me “we’re closed,” the guy let me in to get my mobile order and locked the door behind me. When I asked to be let out please, he rolled his eyes and unlocked the door. Everyone in the restaurant was like …. I love Dunkin’ so much I get it almost every day. On Christmas, I got my usual iced tea drink and said Merry Christmas in Spanish (in which I am proficient) and the guy behind the counter looked at me and went “mhm.” If you order something on mobile and they don’t have it in the store, they’ll straight up just be like “sorry, we don’t have it” and make you something you didn’t order or ask if you want something else. No money back. Just disappointment. If I could avoid every DD in my zip code, I would. The other one is more efficient but the employees are just as passive aggressive and unfriendly.

I give this DD ZERO stars. Owner should take note that his employees are awful! I will Not be going back this location anymore and I am DD customer! Sorry but will drive out of the way not worth wasting my money here for lousy service and attitude!

I would come here regularly & everytime it was a problem. First and foremost, half the people in here speak little to absolutely no English, it honestly confuses me how they’re even employed. they’re all looking at eachother for help. They don’t even know how to put in an order, it takes them forever to fulfill a simple order. Waiting 15+mins in store for a coffee when there are only 2 other customers. They’ve made me run late to work on multiple occasions, simply because they just couldn’t get it right. I decided since they take so long to fulfill in person orders, I’d just order online to save myself the hassle of running late for work once again, needless to say that I get there to pick up my order and it’s nowhere to be found. They tell me they haven’t received the ticket for it. Ended up canceling the online order just for customer service to tell me it would take up to 14 business days for me to receive a refund back to my account. Ridiculous.

Just waited 30 minutes for a hot cup of coffee after asking what was going on cashier told me that the machine is not working, ask for a refund and they still charged me 67 cents so end up spending money and no getting the coffee

Extremely disappointed with the Dunkin located in Rye brook. I placed an order via Mobile. Took 40 mins for the order to be ready. The entire staff looked disorganized especially the manager. I asked to speak to a manager and got no sympathy for the ongoing issue.

They need to seriously work on their staff. They totally screwed up my mom’s order full of cream, and when asked to redo. Their response was “that’s the way lattes are, here you go” . We threw the coffee out infront of them, one of the worst services I’ve had at a fast food chain.

They seem to be more concerned about themselves than actually doing the work. They took my order three times, and each time, they he kept saying for me to wait in between. Towards the end, she still managed to screw up my order. Had to throw out the coffee.

I come to this DD all the time, I have notice there’s new staff Mostly teenagers . I went in yesterday morning it took them 20 mins to prepare my order, everyone was so busy having their own personal conversation & on their phone. There were more people waiting for their orders, I asked for the manager & one girl Told me she wasn’t in. I asked for a supervisor, she pointed me to Ammy the girl With color hair the “assistant manager” , who is incapable of keeping her team on track. She was too busy on her phone as well and giving attitude to the customers when they asked about their orders. I rather go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Boston post rd , they do know what customer service is !

Lisbeth was the most unprofessional worker at any establishment that I’ve ever been to. She would argue with customers claiming that she was right and saw no wrong doing in what she did. She messed up my order 4 different times within one experience!! She doesn’t know how to make any type of coffee or latte and doesnt know how to make any of the food items. This dunkin is usually a fast and easy way to get my coffee but with her working it took me 30 minutes to get a WRONG order. I was beyond helpful and understanding but her attitude is beyond unprofessional. I had to drive home just to find out she completely screwed up my order to have to drive all the way back to act as if she isn’t in the wrong. Her attitude and work ethic completely soured Dunkin Donuts for me and until this issue is resolved I am going to assure to never go back. If you want to wait for 40 minutes, get the wrong order multiple times, and get into an argument with an employee then the Dunkin in Rye Brook is the place to go. If not then I suggest Starbucks less than 2 minutes away. At least they know customer service and how to actually get your order correct.
