Buen lugar
Very good food honestly and the service let's say it's a little slow if you go by car or if you're just eating there since you enter and sometimes you can barely get in because of the crowd at the entrance but after they opened the play area you get away from having to be with the kids running around or playing at the table now with the kids area it's much easier to wait for the food plus the place is very well air conditioned and in the play area they have tables on the sides so if you like watching the kids it's a very good place really.

It's one of the Church's restaurants where the chicken tastes the best. Not rancid, not reheated, not bitter like many places that don't change the oil or clean it, and the chicken tastes awful and gives you reflux. It's always delicious there in Sabinas, Coahuila. I've tried the same restaurant in other cities, and it doesn't taste the same as at Sabinas.

The dining area has improved. It's cleaner and better air-conditioned, but my only complaint is that they should be selling Coca-Cola products. Not everyone likes Pepsi. That's where this store disappointed me. My family and I opted for iced tea since there isn't a pleasant option for us.
I went to get takeout and when I ordered, I asked for three extra biscuits. When I paid at the counter, they confirmed my order twice. They made me park because it was full, so I pulled into Autozone, and after 5 minutes, the girl gave me my order. I thought it was full. I didn't check it. (I admit my fault there, but they should deliver what you're paying for and do their job properly.) I didn't realize until I got to Rosita, where I live. So be careful and pay more attention to that.
The food is good, but the staff doesn't send the requested invoices.

This Church's Chicken location would likely face closure if it were held to the same standards as its US counterparts. The serving of cold chicken and overcooked, pale meat that appears dark is concerning. Additionally, the lobby's hot and humid atmosphere detracts from the dining experience. For quality fried chicken, consider alternatives. This establishment does not embody the true spirit of Church's Chicken, originating from San Antonio. Plus this place is way overpriced for a fast food!! Don’t come here…. Seriously!!
The truth is that almost all the workers are very poor. They take advantage of the fact that since they are the only course in the region, they leave a lot to be desired. Very poor service.
Everything was fine, except for the restrooms. It's unacceptable that with such a large dining area, they only have one restroom for men and one for women. That's really bad.
