Very polite and respectful the cashier name was Kenneth. Got my order correct and timely manner. The food was freshly made.
I order wings from this location on a regular basis. They are always busy and the wings are always good. I only order bone-in wings. The family likes Hot and BBQ. We have tried others but mainly order these. I have ordered the cheese fries to go but it is just fries with a container of cheese sauce, not sure that is really worth it. I love hand cut fries. My whole family does. We hate the pre cut, pre cooked frozen fries. Wingstop has the best. You get a huge portion. The best fries around. Hot right out of the fryer.

I’ve been to this Wing Stop multiple times. I haven’t once had a bad experience, unlike some other locations. This time I had my best experience yet, and Alexis’s customer service was the difference. He was patient, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Alexis!
I didn’t catch the lady who was taking my order I didn’t get her name but let me just say she has the most beautiful curly light brown hair and she is so sweet so kind and understanding knows how to really deal with their customers I definitely recommend that the management needs to fully give her a raise she was handling the front with more than 10 customers griping and she still kept a smile on her face and helped everyone and did her job 110% I will definitely go back only to see this lady she was so beautiful inside and out and the only thing I can remember is her beautiful hair and her great customer service skills

Coke formula on soda machine was off. Hot honey rub is amazing and glad is here to stay! Asking for extra crispy is my go to on the bone in wings bc it makes the flavor 2x as good!

I occasionally eat here and the service is usually exceptional. But this time was a little different, in a good way thanks to a kind employee named Grace . I ordered a 20pc wings extra crispy and everything looked great per my order instructions, but one of the wing sauce was incorrect. So I call to let her know and try to get it corrected. I explained my situation and to my surprise she was very polite and helpful. She explained to me what happened and replaced my order with no problems even offered me a drink while waiting. Thank you Grace, you made my visit 💯× better.

I have had fries issues every now and then where I get less then what I paid for or not the right seasoning but it's good overall. People during the week are much better albut weekends I don't have very good experience. My order was lost then and I just sat there waiting. I had it finally I asked and when I got it and went to work, it didn't have the right seasoning. I didn't want to go back and have season put on cold fries. Weekdays I never have issues.
Foods are great most of the time. Sometimes it seems to be overcooked or re-cooked. Staff, again, most of the time are friendly. Once in awhile, you will run across one that seems do not care or want to make the customers happy. But I supposed that due to working at the fast food restaurant, where the pay is not that great.
Very good food. I rate it a 4 only because I usually go at night and I feel rushed when eating. the employees start cleaning the floor and picking up the chairs making a lot of noise, I guess is their way of saying theyre abt to close even though there's at least ten more minutes left and even though they have to wait for the customer to finish eating. Other than that, very good food and the employees are nice (just when it comes to closing they seem to want to get out of there asap lol)

I couldn’t relate to all those missed orders until tonight. They messed up one of our seasonings on our phone order. Not too big a deal, I’ll eat just about any flavor. This incompetency may turn others away. I did notice the workers in the back don’t use gloves to prepare food. It seems like this should be required by health inspector. Service was fair. The lady at counter wasn’t rude, but not overly friendly either. Food was warm when we got it home. Fries are really good. Veggies were crisp. Overall, this place has been consistently good, so I’m sure we’ll be back, sometime, mostly because Sachse doesn’t offer many options.

Good food, but the service is always meh as I always have to wait an extraordinary long time for my food even if I order in advance. But the food is always good, and made well so no major complaints at the end of the day from this location.
Received a piece of gristle on one of the 2 for $2 chicken tenders. I don’t know if I’ll come back. This is the first time in 15 years I got a piece like that. Usually great but now I don’t think I can do the tenders anymore

Food was ok. I paid 50$ for delivery of two combos. Garlic parmesean was sprinkles of the parmesean. No sauce. Its dry. The wylie location is the best wingstop. Wish i could post a photo of this but cant see how. Im hungry and paid 50$ so ill eat it. Always pick the wylie location

So not sure what happened to this location and in the past I’ve never had a problem. This time the lemon pepper wings were over seasoned and the original hot were not cooked enough, some wings cold to the touch. The fries were under cooked and I had to heat everything up in the toaster over even though I went straight home. About a 5 min drive. Not sure I will go back. This was a Monday evening around 530 so it wasn’t that busy.
Little below the average wing stop. Messed up flavors, soggy fries and I guess an Arnold Palmer was just too much to ask for so I got 3 sweet teas instead of 3 arnold palmers ... even though she repeated the order to me then went to go get the drinks. All of my tenders are the same flavor ... Disappointed
The overall food experience was good. WARNING!!!!! If you order online check your order once in checkout. The selections are so close together you might order the wrong items... Fair warning, Ordering from the website, It's let me be nice.... Not so good
I love wingstop but the only problem I'm having is being put on hold for a very very long time. Twice I have been put on hold for about 15 minutes or more. I understand when things get busy but I've been to wingstop numerous of time and I know that it doesn't take that long to take an order and get back to a call.
Idk what it is about this location. But they mess up my order every time. Bone in when I ordered boneless, or vise versa. Barely any sauce or seasonings on the wings themselves. Doesn't give the dipping sauces that I paid for either. I should know better before I drive off to check the food, though.

Food is never ready on time, they also do not start your order until you arrive in the store. (This is even after waiting for the 15-21 minutes the app quotes you). We have given them 6 different chances, and they fail everytime. They also never clean their grease so the food is swimming in dirty grease and then tastes like grease and it just drips grease while you are eating it. Their chicken sandwhiches are always overcooked as well. 90% of the staff should be fired, new management needs to take over this location. Goto the Rockwall location, that location is always bussin bussin.
We went here since it is just steps away from the taekwondo and the 4 flavors we ordered that were boneless were too salty and they missed one of the flavor we ordered as well.
Called to make an order twice. Each time as soon as I said I wanted to do a mix and match order, they told me to hold. The second time I wanted to see how long it would take them to get back on the phone but I gave up after 10 minutes. I called back a third time asking to speaking to the shift leader and was told he would need a translator because he doesn’t speak English. Someone from corporate needs to come to this store to train the employees.
The employee that took my order was disrespectful and not paying attention to what I ordered. my entire order was not there, and it was overcooked a little bit
My experience was terrible!!! The women who took my order was named Aliyah (light brown curly hair) she gave me a very hard time placing my order over the phone! And once I arrived to pay she shouted at me serval times saying NO OTHER BLACK PERSON HAS HAD A PROBLEM BUT YOU… all because I suggested that she should aware customers over the phone that they don’t accept large bills. She should be fired!
They were horrible. I ordered wings, fries and some veggies, but when I got my meal they gave me only veggies and wings! I let that past, but when I ordered again today they forgot again! I think they need to work on putting effort into customer meals, because I would hate for someone else who has to go through this incident. I love their food, but this is my final straw. If you are reading this, I would highly advise you to check what you got was right. This ruined my day.
This must be the worst Wingstop location. This is not the first time we have had trouble with our order. I ordered online yesterday for an Oscar party we were giving tonight. When we got there to pick them up they said they did not have the order even though we had conformation. No apology. When we got home they gave us the wrong dips. Sad since the menu is not that extensive. No more. Next time we will order from Buffalo Wild Wings.
TLDR; Was waiting 40 minutes in store for food that was called ahead for and it was sitting on a shelf getting stale. Called ahead for food to be ready by 6:15, arrived a little early at 6:05. Paid for the order, got my drinks, and sat down to wait for my name to be called. I noticed several other people getting their orders. Employee sat the food on the counter and called their name. Its now 6:45 and I realize that there were people who defintely ordered after me getting their food. I was paying attention but never heard my name or saw them set food on the counter that nobody picked up, so I ask an employee to check for my food and it had been sitting on a back shelf. I open it up and the fries are stale, wings are kind of warm. I ask how long it had been sitting back there and didnt get a response. I had been waiting for about 40 minutes, it must have been back there for a while. I ask for new fries and receive them. Im really thinking that Id rather just have my money back, but my wife was waiting on me to bring dinner so waiting for a new order didn't sound appealing. I wouldn't have minded so much, but the employee just had this attitude as if I was being a little absurd, as if she thought I just wasn't playing attention when my name was called. If they did call it, I didn't hear it and I was sitting right near the counter watching other people get their food.
The manager/manager on duty was very rude. Was handed the wrong order initially and brought it back. Manager proceeded to hand over another order to me prior to saying the name then said the name when I reached for it which was incorrect again. She had the audacity to tell me to wait for the correct name when she was the one that said the wrong name to begin with. Manager continued to argue that she did not say the wrong name on the first order. Tammy and Sean do not sound the same. The rest of the staff was apologetic once the manager left.
Dont get me wrong . The food was great . However, trying to get my order straight and still wrong makes me not want to go back. I simply asked for a 10 piece all flats bone in extra parmigian wings . Just wings . I got asked to pay almost 17.00 . I inquire and Samantha tells me you cant get a 10 piece just wings so she charged me for 8 piece and 2 extra wings on the side. Of course the menu board doesnt show this . I respond ok I wasnt aware lets go ahead and change it to a full 10 piece combo then and w an extra ranch since its cheaper this way w more food . Simple enough . I pay and look at the receipt and im up charged for a large drink but given a small cup . I asked for all flats twice and had to remind her which resulted in her running to the kitchen to tell them and she verbally tells me extra lemon pepper. The order gets prepared and I look in the to go bag and no extra ranch that I paid for. I have to ask for it . I then get home to eat and they only gave me 7 wings. I call to discuss and im told there is no manager there they will take a message . Im still waiting on that call . Not happy w wing stop tonight !!
Waited 20 minutes for a pickup order that was just sitting on the counter. Stood there and was completely ignored while my food got cold. Was completely cold when they finally gave it to me. Never had an experience like this at any Wingstop. Will not be back.

Ordered family order 7/16/17 - received 18 wing & 6 drums- not exactly a family meal portion of chicken. Ordered baked beans - LESS THAN 25 beans in "family order"!- the rest all juice.- posted photos of this family " deal" on face book - a total waste of $35 .... It's Bush's fried chicken for my family from now on.
This is the worst service that I ‘ve experienced; l did place an order in my way back home from work it was super bowl Sunday and l understand that they were going to be busy I put my order at 5:20pm the guy who was taking my order told me that my order would be ready by 7 pm and l did agree. I called back them about 6:40 pm to check if my order was ready to pick up and the lady who answered phone was so rude and asked me ;at what time we told you that your order would be ready? And l asnswered the guy told me by 7pm but I just checking in case that you have this ready I can pick that up and she responded if we told you at 7pm it will be ready by 7pm and right after she hang up. At 7pm went to the Sachse location to pick up my order and the young girl who was in pick up orders asked my name, she looked at the computer and repeated my order and than she said the total amount I gave to her my card did the transacción and then after that l singed the cc check she told me that my order will be ready in 30 more minutes.
I don't know if they ran out of sauce, but the wings are dry. Or is the budget low?

There was only one person in the back working with 4-5 other people just standing around, the employee at the cash register was on her phone the entire time with it plugged in charging. The order should have been already ready for pickup when we got there. Not coming back to this location.
Ordered food for delivery twice and the orders have been incomplete. It's not a driver issue, it's the store. When we called to find out how to resolve this on the second time we requested a refund. We're told they'll talk to a manager and that it'll take 3-5 days and to call back if we don't see the refund and she starts to hang up. When asked to speak to the supervisor or manager we were left on hold for several minutes only for the same person to come back and say "the manager is busy in the back". Customer service sucks. How are you too busy to provide decent customer service?
Such a hit or miss place now. Not sure if the cooks are different or not. My wings aren’t done, hardly any lemon pepper seasoning or buffalo sauce on the wings. The bottom of my wing box is filled with of grease. Fries aren’t well done like I request. I use to live this place.
