Avis sur Naked Lounge Sacramento
This coffee shop feels like a hug.The walls are thoughtfully curated, the art is local, and my kids-temp chai was perfect. I stumbled in on my way to Poppy & Pot and had no idea this gem existed. If you’re in the Curtis Park area and love supporting local coffee spots, add this one to your list. There’s plenty of free street parking, and the service was way above average!
Customer services is A++++ The environment caters to a calm, positive, upbeat yet serene. 1st time here & im glad MARK was our server. My husband Lorenzo & I love to try new places alll the time & we found a jewel. We will DEF be back. We love great customer service. Thank you Mark for making our first time as great time! I got the New Zealand on ice. My husband got the Macha Late with vanilla.
Great coffee shop to study/ hangout for a few hours. Lattes, Mochas, teas, and coffee, and sandwiches sometimes. Place has a large variety of drinks at very reasonable prices. Service is quick. Staff were friendly, and attentive. Very dog friendly, and good music, would definitely go again.
The Naked Lounge is my favorite local coffee shop in the Sacramento area. Their drinks are always well made with tasty options to eat. Friendly atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. It has great customer service and their staff is very attentive to the needs of the customer. PS. Their white mocha is amazing! A must try.
Will always be my favorite coffee shop
Been coming here for over ten years. Been loving their Mexican hot chocolate of late :)
This was my first time here and I must say I will definitely be returning. Great coffee, nice baristas and cozy little place. My iced white mocha was nothing what I expected in every good way. Strongly recommend this shop. 4.8/5.
I love the service and love the matcha mint 😍 so great. Will come here more.🤍 I love the cashier Mark and the barista Katie they we really sweet and really good conversation.

Review of The Naked Lounge — A Caffeinated Fever Dream I Somehow Survived I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops in my travels, but nothing — and I mean NOTHING — prepared me for The Naked Lounge. I walked in expecting a latte and maybe a quiet corner. What I got instead was a full‑scale surrealist performance piece disguised as a café. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by exactly 9 baristas, all wearing matching aprons that said “WE ARE FULLY CLOTHED, DON’T ASK.” They welcomed me in perfect unison, like a caffeinated choir. Behind them, a chalkboard menu stretched across the entire wall, listing 137 drink options, including something called “The Existential Macchiato” and a cold brew labeled “Do Not Order This.” Naturally, I ordered it. As I waited, I noticed the customer situation was… unusual. There were no other humans. Instead, the place was filled with 17 mannequins seated at various tables, each posed mid‑conversation, holding empty mugs. One of them wore sunglasses and a beret. Another had a newspaper from 1998. A third was positioned like it was about to propose to a potted plant. I tried not to stare. Then the “show” began. Every hour on the dot, the baristas performed what they called “The Ritual of the Beans.” This involved dimming the lights, chanting something that sounded vaguely like a recipe, and forming a circle around a single espresso machine. One barista played a kazoo. Another juggled coffee filters. A third dramatically misted the air with oat milk. The mannequins, of course, watched silently. My drink arrived halfway through the ritual. The “Do Not Order This” cold brew tasted like someone had distilled pure anxiety into a cup. I’m pretty sure I saw sounds for a few minutes. At one point, a barista approached me and whispered, “If anyone asks, you’ve been here since Tuesday.” It was Thursday. I nodded, because what else do you do in that situation. The highlight of the visit was when a mannequin fell over (or was pushed — I’m not ruling anything out), and the entire staff gasped like it was a royal scandal. They carried it out back with the solemnity of a Viking funeral. I never saw it again. Eventually, I made my escape by pretending to take an urgent phone call from my dentist. I don’t even have a dentist. But it worked, and I slipped out before the next ritual began. All in all, The Naked Lounge is the perfect spot if you want coffee, performance art, mild confusion, and the lingering suspicion that you’ve accidentally joined a secret society.

Went on a "coffee hunt" and found this little gem. The Baristas were very friendly and helpful. We had a cuppacino and a hot mocha. Both very delicious. I'd recommend this place for great coffee. Went to the other location on Broadway where they roast beans on site to buy freshly roasted beans in an actual One Pound bag! (NOT 10 or 12 ounces like some competitors !) I only gave 1 star for food rating because there didn't seem to be any food at all. But, the coffee was great! Also, the location is easy to find and parking is free on the street.
Good snickerdoodle. Great macchiato. Friendly service. Aggressive guy came inside yelling, then asking customers for money multiple times and refusing to take no as an answer, yelling some more. Staff gave him a water then politely, but firmly, asked him to leave. I appreciate that. It felt like a safe place. Soundtrack is made up of the latest TikTok hit songs. Comfortable enough place to work or read.
Naked Lounge is a cozy little cafe with a welcoming vibe, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. The seating area is intimate, with the option to enjoy your drink outside. Their espresso solo didn’t disappoint—it even comes with a refreshing side of sparkling water. The restroom is available for customers, which is convenient. Overall, a great spot to unwind and enjoy coffee!
We drank cappuccino coffee, paper cups are small, coffee is normal, it can be worse. I bought a croissant without filling for coffee, I would like it with a filling. The atmosphere is so-so. To get to the toilet you need to take the key at the bar (
Naked Lounge redecorated to less comfy chairs; although they still deliver drinks to your table often. Quiet study atmosphere I enjoy and next to lightrail when trying to stay local and close to home.
I really enjoyed Naked Lounge. My favorite part of my visit was the coffee. I drink mine straight up and I feel like that's how this coffee was intended to be drank. It was super smooth and the temperature was perfect. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sacramento.

I've been slowly sipping on my coffee, trying to like it, but it simply isn't good. It is not worth the price of 5.00. It's too sugary and not enough cream. I am giving three stars for effort and because I am grateful to have some caffeine on New Year Day.

Espresso was good. Matcha was over sweetened. They didn't ask. I know Starbucks sweetens, but good shops don't assume you want a candy bar when you order a tea. Scorpio, right up the street, does it right, and they're super busy all of the time. Shrug...
Nice cozy atmosphere, wasnt able to sit outside due to the rain. Ive been wanting to try this place out because of how many friends of mine have spoken about it.. but the experience was nothing to write home about. Barista making the coffee seemed so unhappy only to make the worst latte (seemed more like a cappuccino) Ive tasted. Tried their Vietnamese coffee and that was also sour and bitter. Wouldn't recommend for the drinks.
I’ve come here sporadically in the last ten years and I can say with confidence that it unfortunately has fallen off in the last few years. The service is standoffish from the baristas themselves and the coffee itself just does not taste right. I came here about a year or two ago and even then— espresso tasted sour, burnt and bitter (possibly over extraction?) I went again today with my partner to give them an extra chance; we ordered an almond syrup latte and the Vietnamese coffee (both hot). The Vietnamese coffee was extremely strong and had the similar sour and bitter taste i experienced when I came a year or two before. My partner’s almond latte was not even a latte considering the 1 inch thick layer of foam at the top, leaving it to be a cappuccino more so. The almond syrup itself was tasteless with little to no sweetness to it and the milk was not steamed correctly, leaving us confused as to where the silky, smooth texture of the latte was. I read a review from about a year ago that said if you’re going to have standoffish/not the best service, the least you can do is serve a good cup of coffee. And I agree 1000%!! It’s sad to see this place has turned into what it has.

Used to be really good but not anymore. Found a hair at the bottom of my drink and tasted like it was skimmed from the bottom of a barrel with tire shavings for flavor
