Called order in was told 20 min wait time. I arrived 15 min later waited another 10 min and was then told it was another 25 min wait time. Just kids working no manager or supervisor around

It was disgusting watching all the employees making pizzas. Not a single food handler had there gloves on for preparation. Never again !!!! Corporate and franchise needs to do better. Our kids will be eating the food and its flu season!!! Horrible!!!

Completely forgot food sitting on back counter as I waited an hour. She could care less that they let it get cold. I had to finally ask what the problem was and it's been ready they over looked it. Ridiculous! Not even an apology!

Was waiting for pizza and wings to be ready as it sat getting cold and was never marked as ready also the garlic Parmesan wings taste gross. Thanks Little Caesars, won't be coming here anymore.

Employe: Justice I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at Lil Caesars. When I called to place a delivery order, the regional manager Justice refused to take my order over the phone and insisted I use the website instead. I explained that the website wouldn’t allow me to add certain items, but she still told me I had no other option besides pickup. This is not true, as I’ve had successful deliveries from this location in the past. It’s frustrating to be given false information and have no effort made to accommodate a loyal customer. Please do better in choosing leadership—honesty and customer service matter.

It was $0.59 (2 for $1.00) for each dipping sauce while it's $0.75 online and now you want to charge people $1.07 each while it's $0.99 online. This is not California okay what the heck is going on why are you over charging people over a pack of dipping sauce?

Placed my mobile order at 7:10pm set to be ready at 7:36. Received notification on app the pizza was ready for pickup at 7:42pm. I then go inside to pick up order, and was told they hadn’t started on my order. Around 8 o clock they said for me to take a seat and that they were going to make the pizza fresh. I received the pizzas at 8:30PM. I go home, and find out the pizzas were not cut. I’d recommend any other little Caesar’s besides this one. 0/5 would not recommend.

Ordered four pizzas cheese and pepperoni three of the four have exposed bread as if they are stingy with sauce and cheese I get cutting cost but this is ridiculous I think people deserve to get at least the whole pizza cover with cheese and sauce I’m not asking for extra just the amount that suppose to go on a pizza

Ordered 3 pizzas a deep dish and 2 breadsticks, was supposed to be ready at 4:45-4:50, wasn't ready until 5:20, they apparently gave 1 of our pizzas to someone who had a huge order, so from 4:29 on the app til 5:18 it said our pizzas were in the oven. When really they came out messed up and had to cook another, so our other 3 pizzas are cold and this isn't a deep dish pizza, that's literally a really thick crust pizza shaped into a rectangle. Of course my husband was the one who picked it up otherwise I would have made them make them all again. Went with this location since it won't let me order on blue mound, never again. They suck

The pizza dough was like somewhat raw in sections and it was the worst breadsticks I’ve ever ate. They were greasy and just stuck together when I called and told them they told me they can’t do nothing about it. They couldn’t help me. Great customer service guys.

Waited for 15 mins for cold cheese bread. It’s literally freezing. The pizza looks like it’s days old. It’s hard as a rock. Horrible food and horrible service. Why did I wait 15 mins?????

Just plain disappointing. First, the only gave the delivery driver 1 pizza (we ordered 3). The ticket on the box said 3. When my husband called the store, he was told that we needed to call their 1-800 number. I had already been on hold with them for 8 minutes. The person threw the delivery person under the bus. The nice delivery driver told my husband she would go back and she did. The crazy bread was half, no, a quarter cooked and we had to put it in the oven. Pic. The driver then brought our other two pizzas and the supreme had raw veggies. Had to put it back in the oven. Don't get me started on the customer service experience...

Oooo weee! What can I say if my pizza is not burnt it looks like this. The sad part is how many people this pizza went by and they were just like "oh that looks good". I returned this pizza for a new one because this is just sad. I know what can I expect when I paid $5 for a pizza but with Pizza hut and dominos offering $5 pizzas also now little Caesar's is going to have to do better!
