A journey into the past, for a pleasant present. The typical Piedmontese dishes are excellent: risotto, braised meat, and speciality: the breaded mushrooms, cooked in every way. The mixed fried fish is delicious. A perfect place for a pleasant lunch or dinner with friends or family. Without too many pretensions, you'll enjoy a family-style, homey experience that will remain etched in your memory. Must try. +++

This restaurant is also known for its mushrooms (in season). I'd heard about it and came specifically for them. I must say, both the tagliolini and the fried mushrooms were excellent. The menu is varied and reflects local traditions. Truly generous portions, competitive prices. There's an outdoor terrace with a few tables, an entrance with a bar and a few tables, and a larger dining room. The staff and owner are very friendly. The decor is typical of a trattoria; there are so few left... I'll be back. Outdoor parking is available in front of a small church.
Biancaneve restaurant is a pleasant choice if you're looking for quality and attention to both food and service. Giulia manages and supervises everything; nothing escapes her notice. Excellent service from the kitchen and dining room staff as well. I highly recommend it and suggest booking in advance, especially on weekends.

Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, attentive and friendly service. Abundant and expertly cooked mixed fried fish. Delicious and very fresh tagliolini with mushrooms. The entire staff, including the chef, is excellent, starting at €20.
I was there for the first time. The mixed fried fish was really well cooked, not greasy, crispy, but soft on the inside. The pasta with good seafood sauce. The classic Affogato al Ratafià is a must-try. I'll definitely be back.

We went for dinner one evening without a reservation and were greeted very kindly! My partner and I chose two tasting menus! The deliciousness of the dishes is indescribable, especially the first course, which I absolutely fell in love with! Everything was truly excellent, congratulations! And the price was really, really fair!

Excellent! Again, I had to order a plain first course because of the pepper. The mixed boiled meat was very good, with puree and homemade mayonnaise. A wide selection of desserts. Well done!
We went for dinner last night and I have to say that since it was the first time, it was a really nice surprise. The atmosphere was spartan and the service was average, but above all the food was excellent quality... The bill was a little expensive. Worth a try 😊
A classic trattoria serving home-style cuisine, where we regularly go for mushroom dishes, which are always delicious. The portions are generous, and the price is average, considering we always order mushroom dishes. The staff is informal but ready to accommodate your needs.
I went for lunch with a friend. The fixed-price menu included a first course, a second course with a side dish, and a half-liter of water. Dessert and coffee not included, for a total of €13 per person. Generous portions and well-cooked, delicious food. The fried calamari was spectacular, delicious. I highly recommend it for lunch/dinner with friends or for a lunch break.
We ate well, I highly recommend the fried fish, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, not greasy, served with battered courgettes. The pasta sauce was excellent (I would have preferred it a little more al dente, but that's obviously subjective) with broccoli, good veal with tuna sauce, excellent quality/price ratio, I recommend it. Fixed price for the menu of the day €12.00, but you can also choose à la carte. I'll definitely be back, thanks to the entire team who served us.
A historic restaurant that consistently makes excellent porcini mushroom dishes. I first came here 42 years ago, and I return every year to enjoy the consistently expertly prepared dishes. I recommend the porcini mushrooms in oil (perhaps, to my taste, with a little too much vinegar), the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, and the porcini mushrooms au gratin. The hazelnut and chestnut cake is superb. Impeccable service, with young and courteous staff. I highly recommend.
Don't expect a glamorous atmosphere, but enjoy a friendly atmosphere. During mushroom season (and beyond), it's worth a visit. The portions are generous and of high quality.
I went yesterday with my wife, recommended by friends. It's probably been many years since they've been there, because the food and the rest certainly don't live up to the price tag and the hype. €16.00 for a plate of breaded porcini mushrooms is reasonable if the portion is adequate, but honestly, it seemed more like a taste than the actual dish. I'd been told about the fried seafood with vegetables, but honestly, I wouldn't even put it among the first 15 I've tried. The breading was a bit too greasy, the vegetables were only zucchini and eggplant, and the calamari and shrimp curls that are normally used for risotto...the white ones, to be clear. Too bad... 1 mushroom + 2 calamari + 1 water + a coffee = €52.00.... It doesn't seem cheap to me... The lady at the cash register and serving the tables is kind and smiling, and they're oriental, like the others in the kitchen and dining room. 70's atmosphere... I don't recommend it, too bad
