Ladies were kind. I felt great with the customer service.

At the start it was just like a normal experience in a subway, but after we request the girl to cut the subway in a specific way, she did it and she also packed it in a separate paper for the other person. It's a simple thing that she do but it clearly shows that the personal there takes care of the clients. She also was pretty kind and give us an excellent service while preparing the food.

Located in a very busy large strip mall. Parking close by is a hit or miss. Sandwich was made to order correctly.

Sandwiches are pretty good, but not the best quality. Not bad for a quick lunch.

I went here for lunch and purchased a spinach wrap with steak and bacon. Subway does have good offerings. From a calorie perspective , the food is above average. I would say with the choices of vegetables you can add , the nutrients should be pretty good too. I'm not completely sure about how healthy the sauces are. The lack of gluten free wraps or buns is problematic for me. I just eat the inside and skip the wrap. I do recommend

Coral way and 87 Ave Subway did have mozzarella cheese for sandwiches nor sheddar cheese. Only Swiss and Provolone. I left w/o buying but there was a lot of people buying their food there, so it may be good.

SORRY BUT I GOT SICK AFTER EATING AT THE SYBWAY IN WALMART & 82 AVE IN MIAMI. THE LETTUCE WAS NOT FRESH. SO SIRRY NIRMALL SUBWAY IS GOOD.

I find the parking lot very difficult to manage and inside the restaurant is small and dirty.

it's 8:30 already and a lady is inside doing nothing and don't open the door, don't recommend this place

Terrible service I made a pickup order that goes through grubhub I came in and no one noticed I had to jiggle my keys to be noticed, I showed her the text on my phone that shows the order number and she would not accept it because it didn't have my name on it so I had to show her where it was charged in my bank. These woman need to be trained better but this is Miami so it will never work.

Walked into the restaurant and they told me they closed at 8:20 even though it says 10:30 on their store hours. Every time I go they are constantly closing two hours earlier which is fine only if they updated their store hours

1. To lazy to clean dining room, so they just tell you it's closed. 2. Same goes for restroom. 3. Food stale and garbage. Out of stock and timed out bread, tomato and didn't have all greens out

Omg !!! Some one pay attention to customer service in Miami. For parking make sure you drive an scooter. ( very tiny spots )*** The service: --The ladies here serve you like if they are serving in prison cell. Very rude. Luckily i made one of them smile, thanks to the fact she loves Dominican Republic and I try to make jokes everywhere i walk in. But wao.

TOMATOES AND CUCUMBERS SLICED EXTREMELY THIN AND PAYING SO MUCH!!! $37 for 2 Protein Bowl SALADS and a Foot Long with 1 chips & 2 drinks! NOT coming back. There are plenty other Subways that at least I'll get thicker Tomatoes and Cucumbers for the price.

The worst customer service in the world, my sub was over toasted, was falling apart, and I had to wait for 10 minutes until they came to the counter. I dined in and witnessed the same happening to several other customers. Please fire the afternoon shift from today!!!!

But!!! What’s going on with the service? The lady was telling me what I Can or can not put on my wrap. I always build my own wrap in subway stores. Anyway I payed extra. But in this location the lady was telling that I can’t put that many things. 😵

Extremely rude staff! The lady there was extremely rude and disrespectful to my 13 year old daughter. Also, bathroom is locked with a key to be able to use it you need to ask the staff, which have a horrible attitude and a really sarcastic way to speak to customers.

I feel bad for any customer who dares to walk in half an hour before closing time. You won’t be greeted, instead you will be told everything must be to go and no there are no meatballs served at this time (the Sunday special). You will be treated like you’re doing subway a favor in walking in there at that ungodly hour. I took myself the heck outta here and went down the street to the other subway where they not only greeted me but also served me the Sunday special I wanted. Oh, and to the young kid who worked at the 87th ave location, I told him he could go home and I wouldn’t bother him by eating there before I walked df out.

This place supposedly closes at 10:30 pm . They said it closes at 8:30 pm. Even if you arrive 5 mins before 8:30 , they don’t provide you any service . That’s not all , i arrived at 8 pm and they said i can order but just for take out , that i cant eat inside !!! What a joke !! Terrible customer service!!

Always a disappointment when you go to this location. Staff is bothered when there’s ppl waiting and online orders coming in. You almost feel like they are doing you a favor by making a sandwich. I guess they’re understaffed. Rude and bosy staff. 0 customer service... Go to subway on 8th Street and 85 avenue in the mall where starbucks is. Night and day on service.

Every single time I have come here well within posted and “verified by this business one week ago” hours, they have not been open. The hours of operation are even scratched off of the door! This is no way to operate a business. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option.

The customer service is very bad? The employees have a very bad attitude towards the customer, the flies land on the food and they serve it to you and the tomatoes are rotten and they tell you they are in good condition, and the food is also in poor condition, the bathroom is broken, just like the oven, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Yikes. I saw some of the reviews and wanted to give them a chance anyways. OVERPRICED SIGNIFICANTLY compared to other Subways, especially in the area. I asked for a minor change I get at other ones and it was "too much" and "not really a thing they do." When I mentioned that I get it elsewhere, the guy was kind of abrasive about it. Would not recommend. There's a different Subway not that far on Bird Rd that's much better.

Stale cookies, hair in sandwich, sketchy looking, and ingredients were hidden from view. Sandwich did not taste very good and everything was not appetizing.
