Huge Chick-fil-A that's great for families. Large dining area with lots of booths, enclosed play structure for younger kiddos, clean, lots of parking. The only downside is that the play area has a strong new plastic smell as the door is always closed so it probably hasn't had a chance to properly air out.

Service was quick even though it was pretty busy in the store and drive through lane. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and well prepared. Location was clean. All in all i have nothing to complain and would return

Service is awesome! They actually smile, say hello and welcome you. Imagine that?! Food is nice, simple and delicious. Dam, the drive through line is crazy long on a Saturday evening. Ate inside better.

The grilled nuggets here are noticeably smaller than the ones I've had at Chick-fil-A in other cities 😒. On top of that, they've forgotten my son's ice cream more than once—and if you're a parent, you know how quickly that can turn into a meltdown.

Chicken is good but definitely over-hyped. Atmosphere felt off due to the ever present excessively long line(s). Even after you get your food the restaurant feels cramped due to others still being in the process/line for food. There was even pressure to get out fast due to people waiting for tables to become available.

I was craving Chick- fil- A biscuit my order was taken at 7:34 the wait time was like 5 minutes mind you i have never waited at a Chick-fil-A this long 2 workers were there just talking i asked for hot sauce and got chick fil a sauce now im driving back for my hot sauce what a inconvenience will not be returning back to this location after this experience management needs to do better training not to mention like 3 crew members wearing airpods

Food is good but I’m not sure what’s going on with the fries. The last two times I’ve been here they don’t bother to fill the box of fries not even half ways. It’s like I only paid for half a fry box. Double check your bags when you go through drive thru.

Placed my order and that’s where everything started going wrong. We waited in the drive-thru like normal people. Finally got the food, and as my friend pulls away, the car behind us is riding our bumper like we committed a crime by existing. No space. Completely impatient and reckless. Then it gets worse. As we pass the outdoor seating area, a group of teenagers — clearly tied to this location in some way — start screaming and yelling at our vehicle for absolutely no reason. Not funny. Not cute. Just obnoxious, immature, and completely disrespectful. I was recently in a serious wreck. Sudden screaming and chaotic distractions while someone is driving is NOT funny — it’s dangerous. Because of that unnecessary chaos, one of my 32oz lemonade/sweet teas spilled all over my friend’s center console. Sticky, soaked, everywhere. On top of that, I had already been handed a drink that was spilled and messy to begin with. So now I’m dealing with multiple ruined drinks, a destroyed center console, and wasted money. I also completely lost the ice cream I purchased because of all this. Melted. Gone. Money straight down the drain. And to top it all off? The food was absolutely disgusting. Cold, sloppy, and nowhere near the standard this place claims to have. So not only did we deal with chaos and damage to a vehicle, the actual food quality was terrible too. I cannot afford to be wasting money like this. None of this was necessary. This entire situation was uncalled for and honestly has pissed me off badly. This location clearly has zero control over what happens outside its doors. Between aggressive drivers in the drive-thru, disruptive teenagers turning the patio into a circus, and terrible food quality, management failed across the board. Completely unacceptable experience. I will never return to this location again. Do better

Heavy girl with a ponytail that was working outside the window at 11:20pm today was rude. Not smiling and doing too much talking with her other coworkers. She was super friendly to the people in front of us and seemed bothered about us. Manager needs to talk to her. Her behavior is ugly like her

Work in a nearby shopping plaza, and EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to the drive thru, they forgot something. Tonight was no exception. Apparently no training goes on with the staff in the drive through because the girl caught an attitude when i didnt move along and instead wanted to check my order. They are fortunate to be the only one in the area, or it would definitely lose business, unless im the only one the gets chosen to lose something from my meal

On 8/15 I unfortunately received RAW chicken from this location. I came in around 3pm— called it in. Came back around 8pm and the pm employees had no idea of the situation. Mind you, it was a busy Friday and the line was still out the door. I’ve reached out to corporate and gotten no response.
