I went in today and ordered about three plates but when I got home my plate was missing a entree.i contacted the store and Roselyn was very helpful and apologetic.i went back to the store and she remade my whole plate order w a side!Excellent service i wish everyplace would be like this:)
Yes it's good and you have a wonderful option for healthier or more of a comfort type of food. So for a quick after workout and you have nowhere to go, this is pretty nice with a little bit of fresh rice. Or if you don't want carbs you can have all vegetable. It's it's nice

This location is good for late night , but only drive-thru is open. I mostly use the app to order ahead & usually I’m able to get in and out within 5 min or less. Interaction with employees are pleasant and friendly. Depending on the time of day if you dine in can be really busy , although others might not tend to clean their area when done eating . I do clean my area when finished eating & usually the staff is good about cleaning up the dining when need be. Only suggestion is that their fountain drinks aren’t consistently good. On multiple different visits to this location , the sugar in the soda is very minimal. It’s as if you’re drinking carbonated water with a hint of flavor , so I don’t get drinks from This location anymore.
Needed a quick lunch on the drive from San Luis Obispo to Mountain View the day before Christmas. Had the orange chicken and the chow mein, and it was great. Staff was friendly, and restroom was clean.
Excellent prices, excellent food, and excellent service. Serving sizes are HUGE! Oddly enough, you can go in at 5pm and be out with your food in 5 minutes. Much healthier than the vast majority of fast food.
The patient's breast hearing sleep is off the hook. They got the best best Chinese food that any other Chinese restaurant has they're friendly. They're courteously. They're clean respectful. You know, anybody reads this R your knees to go there and find out themselves. You have to give you for $10 to give you a quality of food that is so good. You get filled up.You want more but you can't because you're too full

Best tasting food out of all three locations in Salinas. Temperature, flavor and freshness of any entree or side is always consistent. Portions are always generous. Service is fast. Just know that you might have to wait a little bit due to the high volume of customers they get during peak hours and weekends. Try it for yourself.
Food was good. Fried rice was hard in some places like it had been sitting for some time. Everything elese was hot and tasted good. I have noticed recently the portion amount of meat in the side dish has gotten alot smaller. This seems to be more with take-out.
Panda Express cooks their foods fresh. It's not the best Chinese food you have ever had, but it can get a good fast food alternative if you choose your items wisely.
Pleasantly surprised, menu has expanded to include a larger variety. The food was actually tasteful and not too greasy. The location is tucked away however very busy and not a very large dining room. This is a good location for carryout. Location was clean and kept up, food was constantly coming so the wait was not tremondous despite being busy.
Food is really tasty, BUTTTT the portions seem to get smaller n smaller every time we go. Before, they used to pack ur plate, n now its almost like we're in school, and they are making sure to stay within the small "cubbies" on the container. Service is a hit and miss, but one thing I can say is that NEVER EVER have we've been greeted with a smile or friendliness. it's always straight faces. The atmosphere is good. it's in a great location. Parking lot can be somewhat of a hassle, and seating inside can be difficult when busy due to very limited seating.
Well it was a busy day for panda. I understand well walking inside the establishment first thing I notice was the trash. The trash can was full. Next the customer service was great ordering food, she was friendly and got and asked delivered proper service to deliver our food. Lastly person I will speak about was the manager at the register. She was very rude to the elderly the woman I was with is slow and has beginning. Set of dementia. Telling her to hurry there was alone is rude. The other register was open and no occupied. Lastly she was rushing the lady and wanted the line to comedown. Since that was delivered I had to help and rush. No smile no nothing she is not fit for management if she is delivering rudeness to customers. I was removed from my jail job for being rude. I think she deserve the same punishment. Trestly the elderly unfair and rude in a NoNo. Well I stopped by your ghost king Boy Nico NDA
We usually eat at this Panda or the 1 in Seaside, which is definitely better. It's Sun nite about 8pm. They are out of tea which is unacceptable considering how late they stay open, they have NO fortune cookies, the "fried rice" is more like gummy rice, & I could go on. You get the picture. Just wish we were a bit closer to Seaside because we love that panda express much more!
Food is good, but that's expected from a large chain like Panda Express. The reason I rated it so low is because they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I had placed an order for pickup and when I got home I noticed one item was missing. It's about $9-$10, so I called the restaurant to find out if I could get that item refunded. They never answered the phone. I called several times over 3 days and nothing. I even filled out their survey stating what I had experienced and received an email that I would receive a follow up call/message regarding my complaint. I'm still waiting.
Love panda Express, but this location is not very consistent, you will almost never get fresh food unless you go during lunch or dinner rush. And when its packed and there's a line out the door, some of the cooks have no sense of urgency and seem to look up at the line and take their sweet time. That's a real bummer, i waited 15 minutes for a order of super greens and got home and they were still half raw. Plus the staff Act's like robots and I've never seen any of them ever smile or really be friendly at all.
Should change their online hours. They close at 10
Undercooked chow mein and the sauce from the orange chicken smelled wierd, wished I could've opened it at the store and gotten my money back
We had door dash give someone else’s order and I am no Santiago person
As a veterinarian, it would be nice to wash my hands before my food. Your men's facility is locked up for customers only, so I had to I had to order and pay, then bring my food into the facility with me in order to wash up I quit asking to use the facility when I was 5. I will never be back to this 🐼
Burnt bad food no response no refund no support. This was the worse meal I ever received.😂😭😩
