First time here and loved it. I had the veggie egg rolls appetizer to start...crunchy and delicious. For my main course I had the veggie Banh Mi sandwich, which was loaded with veggies and tofu. Tasty as well... especially with the hot sauce! Plenty of seating inside but no outdoor seating. Great location in the Walmart shopping center too.
Tasty and satisfying! Was recommended the beef brisket and that's what I recommended for you lol Quick, friendly service. Will be coming back for sure! Also, I ordered the pot stickers, super yummy! Thank you!

Very good and tasty pho, served so quickly, by the nicest staff. Plus, very reasonable price for HUGE portions!
Great lunch specials on a variety of Phò soups! We had everything from meatball, to chicken, to rare beef. Had pot stickers and chicken spring rolls for appetizers, which were both delicious. We had a variety of Boba drinks, they were all good, but the kids really enjoyed the lychee jellies.
Excellent food! Just ordered through grub hub and everything was great especially for the price. Wife and I can’t wait for the shelter in place to be over, this will be one of our first restaurant visits.
I’m new in Salinas. I dint know anybody. This spot helped me to stop crying. Sweet ladies. Thank you.
The food is always delicious & fresh. Also, the owner is very friendly, kind, & hospitable. Really enjoy this place and 10/10 recommend it to anyone who enjoys pho.

It’s been quite some time since I last came here and I had forgotten how much I love the food here. We personally ordered the Spring Rolls, Shrimp Pho the Combination Fried Rice. All of it was delicious!
Eat here a lot (3-4 times a month) and the food is always good. Service and quality levels are very consistent. Will continue to eat here since its in a favorable location as well.

I had the Oxtail pho, it was very good this is the first pho restaurant for me to offer beef tendon and it was a game changer. The pho broth was aromatic with all the pho spices. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and papaya salad to go. The shrimp spring rolls were ok they were a bit small and im not really a fan of the peanut sauce (I should have got chili oil) the papaya salad was in my option not good. I did notice when I ordered it said it was in a vinaigrette and I was expecting a traditional papaya salad with palm sugar, fish sauce, and chili's (it has not spice at all)
Entering the restaurant at first glance it’s nice and quaint. The server was fast to take our order and to never come back to the table after bringing out our appetizers and entrees. I enjoyed my Bun Bo Hue Tai Duoi Bo expect the oxtail we’re still under cooked and rubbery along with the very chewy tripe. My husband had the Pho Tai Bo Viên which was okay, but could have been better flavor wise in the broth. Our appetizer were great and definitely disappoint , the hot tea was also nice. When exiting we notice how disgusting and sticky the floors in spots it’s so thick it’s black. Definitely will question if we will come back.

Chicken plate with rice is kind of skimpy for the price 🤷

I had their Bun Bo Hue with oxtail. The broth was spicy but other than that, wasn’t very flavorful. The oxtail was very rubbery, and the raw thinly sliced meat were included in the bowl and were completely cooked. The iced VN coffee was diluted and had more milk than coffee. My husband had the vermicelli with pork and egg roll, and although he loved his dish, the portions were very tiny. We both had to get more food after we left.
Take out was small portions for the price
Nice place, clean and welcoming. Very friendly server. Are excited about Vietnamese food in north Salinas. We ordered two sandwiches. The meat was good and overallflavor of sandwiches was good and fresh ingredients. Dressing a little oily and runny. The size of the sandwich was very disappointing. The whole thing fit in my hand. I've never seen one that small. Cost was $5 or $5.50 each. Blended boba drink was watery, that can happen from not mixing properly, but missing flavor. Needs more flavoring added, it was a watered down drink also small size. Have had better at other Vietnamese places. May go back and try pho, but the place is not promising so far. Only 4 months open, hope they step it up or we will just go to other places instead.
When I first ate there they had great customer service. Chicken and seafood noodle soups were tasty. Restaurant was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so nice and accommodating to my toddler and infant. However, the second time I ordered at this restaurant I noticed the sandwich was half filled, it was a lot of bread with little filling. My son opened his spring roll to eat the shrimp and we noticed we only got half the shrimp and you could see it had not been cleaned at all because the shrimp poop was all over the lettuce and noodles. That pretty much grossed me out. Also my husband has not liked anything he has ordered there and he is easy to please.

Flies flying all over the place, tendons in the pho smelled bad & extremely chewy. Also, the way they serve the peanut sauce for the spring roll... seriously?
Had the bun bo hue. Oxtail broth looked good but was just spicy and no other flavor. Bowl is small compared to what I can get in San Jose but the price is the same. Wife had the bun with bbq pork. She had me taste the sweet fish sauce that normally comes with this dish. I said it tasted like soy sauce diluted with something else. Will never come back to this place again.

I would have love to try the food but I ended up walking out because customer service seemed pretty crummy! I went into this place to make an order for takeout, I was sitting at a little table in front of the register looking at the menu when one of the waitresses walked by and I asked her what was good, while my head was turned looking at her the Buser who looks like a child was pushing a busing cart through the restaurant and rammed it right into my leg which caused a plastic cup to go tumbling on the floor the kid didn’t apologize the waitress who I am assuming is his mother didn’t apologize, she seemed more concerned with the plastic cup that fell on the floor so she went and picked that up and then completely walked away from me not even answering the question that I had asked her. That was when I left because The whole situation seemed pretty rude.
Thought of giving this place a second chance after 4 years. First visit was not great at all, pricey, rubbery oxtail dish. Yesterday, I ordered pho tendon, ok flavor & pricing, a bit oily. Place was untidy, not busy. The worst part was that the server was on his cellphone surfing/texting the whole time, from beginning, serving, paying, leaving. When I asked for a small bowl, since I ordered a large pho, he made a grimace and offered me a tiny plate meant for condiments. I said, “that’s not a bowl.” He later started cleaning up the undone tables with so much noise, as if he doesn’t like his job. I just stayed quiet, I didn’t want him to talk without wearing a mask the whole time. He’s lucky I even gave a TIP, which means “to insure promptness.” I can’t stomach going back to this place. I love Vietnamese food, not from this place.
“Peanut sauce” was hoisin sauce with crumbled peanuts on top. “Soy sauce” was so watered down I could see my wife through the bottle. “Sweet and sour popcorn chicken” was enormous hunks of chicken skin. Now, to be fair, I like fried chicken skin, except this was breaded so the skin inside the breading stayed moist and gummy. Pretty gross. And the sweet and sour sauce was actually sweet chili sauce. The pho tasted like Mountain Mike’s. Is that the stock base? Is that like some greasy bouillon? I don’t know but it was the same as that mountain mike’s pizza taste. Not bad per say, but not what I want in my soup. The server didn’t know the menu, the water was warm tap, and they had to call someone from the back to operate the point of sale system.
Never never go to this place I was a regular costumer and order two soups my moms one had a hair a I immediately let the waitress know. Instead of having a good attitude the owner told me that I have to pay it because we already consume it WE BARELY STARTED AETING this is extremely disappointing not only I got nauseas loooking at my mom piling her hair out of her mouth but them telling me I need to pay the plate this is disgusting never coming back and I’ll recommend you never doing it too
