I’m only leaving 3 starts because of their customer service. Their food is delicious but their staff is rude and lack customer service. They’re also becoming tacky with their salsa. It’s reminding me of Mc Donalds. I’ve ordered two super burritos and they only give me two salsas. One per burrito. Definitely not enough. Every time I come here, their cashier is so rude. It doesn’t matter which cashier they’re rude and not friendly. Please remember that you applied there it’s not our fault you hate your job. Management needs to train their staff on how to be welcoming and provide better customer service.

Service was awful. Cashier was rude, rushed, and kept messing up my order. Had to repeat myself multiple times. No clear process for questions or salsa cups—told to wait in line again just to ask. Not coming back.

My family and I ordered very simple things and it was messed it up. The order was 3 tacos of carnitas, 1 burrito of carne asada and rice, and 3 tacos of carne asada. We waited around 10 minutes and once our food got there I asked to make sure we got our order right and they told it was the right number. When I got home I saw instead we got 2 burritos, 3 tacos of carne asada with cheese and nachos, and 1 taco of carnitas.

terrible service. Lady at register was rude and didn't seem to care but seemed rushed to get all orders in. She kept messing up my drinks and had to repeat it three times after she kept asking me if it was correct. People kept coming back (it's a small area to order and ask questions) because they either lost their receipt/ticket or had a question. I also went back to ask for cups for the salsa and was told to wait behind the long line again. It would make sense to offer salsa cups especially for those who are coming to visit for the first time. Overall, would not go again to avoid that lady again.

The lady in the phone was really rude and had an attitude. The tacos were weird they had boiled beans and I think it was nopales (cactus) in there too, also big pieces of onion. They were super expensive too, 17 dollars for 4 tacos!! I tried two meat choices Alpastor and lengua, took one bite of each and wanted to throw up 🤮! Alpastor was not alpastor and lengua had no flavor at all. Not good tacos 👎🏼. Well here’s my honest review 🙂 so you can know what to expect.

Don’t eat here! I have been to this place twice. The food here has no Latino flavor! It’s disgusting! The rice I would not even use to make tortillas, yes that bad! The frijoles no salt, no onions no garlic just like the rice, they do the rice Chino style. No bell pepper in any of thirst food. Sour cream and pico de gallo are probably on strike because I did not taste them. This is not Mexican or Latino food.
