Only went in for coffee but noticed it was a bit grubby. Touch screens didn't work very well and the very small coffee was horrible.

Food came gravy saved the meal. Chicken was cold chips were cold the only thing hot was the gravy. Do not recommend unless you want to eat cold food.

If your coming from the UK don't bother. Ours can be decent if you hit it at the right time but the Spanish one is no go.. chicken is moving funny. Although they don't have the dogsht chips like us at home

The process from giving the order to receiving was fast. Chips and crispy was hot. But, the crisps was not crispy at all, mostly just a chicken file fried. No sanitiser or envelope napkins to clean your hands. Self machine order full of oily fingerprints. Tables not cleaned and wiped.

There were no hand sanitisers during my visit, despite a row of touch screen order terminals. They also seem to have removed some of the best value deals such as the Menú Double Krunch, so you're forced to pay for more expensive items. Many of the cheaper items and deals were conveniently "unavailable." when ordering last week.

Have to say very disappointed. Went into this KFC, ordered my food, when I went to the counter to pay a worker started talking to be Spanish. I was like sorry I only know the basic in Spanish. A friend of mine talks pretty good Spanish, but didn’t say too much to him. Only reason she didn’t because at the time he was insulting me in Spanish. I won’t say what was said on here but she was shocked, and started to do it to our others friends. My friend had to step in and say to the guy, I know what you are saying. You could see in seconds he was very pale and got very uncomfortable. He disappeared in at the back. My friend didn’t say what was said to I got back to my hotel as it would of kicked off. Shame thing is, I wasn’t rude from the start or the end. I’ll will be reporting this. The silly thing about it is, when I got my receipt, it has his name on it. Silly person.

Absolutely rotten. Chicken was rock hard and rubbery. Paid over 49 euros and the food was disgusting and binned the majority of it. Wouldn't recommend. It's not like back at home so don't expect that.

I ate at there last week, the floor was disgusting full of trash and food, fries were cold and hard to eat, we paid BIG menu for us and they just gave us an little one (looks like) and they also forgot to gave us many things, don’t go there because you have to check many times if the food was correct, the one that they gave you were wrong. I’ll prefer Mc Donalds or Burger King than KFC cause will be cheaper and with better service and images.

As soon as I came to KFC, I saw a piece of garbage on the ground. There was an error in ordering the machine. Instead of coming to see the situation, the staff told you that they tried once, and then they had two interviews. Finally, they asked us to go to the counter to order. They found that the French fries were cold and the weight was not right. For this, those are ordinary French fries. I also ordered ketchup, but it didn't come out. The last bad review has not changed for a year. I'm really speechless.
