Fantástica hamburguesería en Guardamar. Fuimos a cenar un sábado sin reservar y rápidamente nos hicieron un hueco para dos. No tardaron demasiado en servir la cena. Probé la burger de pistacho y me dieron un par de guantes para no mancharme, cosa que agradecí. Volveré cuando esté en el poble y tenga antojo de hamburguesas 💖
Un lugar impresionante en todos los sentidos. La comida buenísima, el servicio súper agradable y rapidísimo, y el ambiente una maravilla. Cenar en su restaurante es una experiencia increíble, no solo por la comida, sino también por el trato, que es excepcional. Sin duda repetiremos. ☺️

nos zampamos 3 hamburguesas entre 2 y estaban tan buenas que nos planteabamos meternos otra ajajaj super recomendado. Y la atencion de PEDRO brutal, dando detalles y recomendaciones, ha merecido la pena venir desde mallorca a esto ;)
Sin duda un restaurante al que volveríamos. Hemos ido a comer un grupo de 13 amigas y a pesar de que era tarde y faltaban 40 minutos para cerrar, Pedro no han atendido de la mejor manera. Con una sonrisa en todo momento y muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Gracias a camareros como él merece la pena ir. Además, las hamburguesas estaban muy buenas, hemos pedido variedad y todas hemos acabado muy satisfechas
Descubrimos el sitio por un reel de @PlacesAlicante, y en persona no decepciona para nada!! Nos atendió Molly, muy maja y atenta. La comida salió muy rápido, está buenísima y las cantidades son geeeeeeeenerosas. Para repetir, aunque mi cintura no piense lo mismo. Edit un año después: sigue estanto todo riquísimo, y estuvimos especialmente contentos con Pedro y Paola que son unos soles. Un 10
Es sencillamente una hamburguesería perfecta. Se basan en el concepto americano, pero lo han llevado a un nivel muy superior. Es una completa experiencia, desde que los ves por redes sociales creando un contenido llamativo, entretenido y muy diferente hasta el momento en el que disfrutas de la calidad de lo que hacen. La comida es totalmente casera. Que un local haga sus nachos desde 0, incluso la masa del totopo, es algo impensable hoy día, pero ellos lo tienen! Sus Mac And cheese brutales! Macarrones en el punto perfecto y una mezcla de quesos cremosa y sabrosa. Todas sus burgers son una maravilla. Algunas con mezclas más locas y otras menos, pero la calidad del producto es lo que marca la diferencia. Y también, todos sus postres son caseros. Opciones sin gluten y para veganos. No es la primera vez ni la última que vendremos. Estaban muy buenas las hamburguesas, nos ha atendido la camarera Mili, una atención agradable y cordial.
Siempre nos han contado muy buenas experiencias de esta hamburguesería y por eso decidimos ir. Eso sí, la primera recomendación es reservar porque si no, hay que esperar bastante cola, más de media hora fácil 😉 Como la especialidad de este local son las hamburguesas, pedimos las siguientes: Lotus Smash, Florida Pistacho, Miami 360, San Juan, Street y Nevada 2.0. El tamaño de las hamburguesas es normal, salvo la Miami que al tener dos carnes es un poco más grande. Las compartimos para poder probarlas todas y la verdad es que están muy buenas, te quedas muy satisfecho 🤤 Así que si os apetece disfrutar de unas buenas hamburguesas en Guardamar, ¡no dudéis en ir a The Authentic American Burger!
Lo mejor de este local es que te obliga a repetir por la calidad y la variedad de hamburguesas que tienen. Uno nunca sabe cuál elegir porque todas están increíbles.
Pedro nos ha tratado con mucha amabilidad, exactamente como si estiviesemos en su casa, y así ha sido como nos hemos sentido, en casa. Hemos tomados tequeños, fresh nachos y probado 3 hamburguesas. Todo genial. Muchas suerte con vuestro proyecto, será muy bueno ver como avanza.
Pues que decir de este lugar, FANTÁSTICO, desde nada más llegar, la atención ha sido impecable, camareros muy rápidos y lo más importantes muy majos y simpáticos ayudando a seleccionar. Nosotros fuimos con reserva, se llena en seguida. El ambiente es bueno en la terraza y se está muy bien. La comida buenísima, las hamburguesas una pasada, hay de todo tipo y toda clase, la verdad que es un sitio muy recomendable y sitio para volver a visitar. No suelo poner cinco estrellas casi nunca, pero este lugar merece seis. Seguir así y no cambiéis.
Las hamburguesas estaban deliciosas, con ingredientes de calidad y buen tamaño. El ambiente es acogedor, el servicio fue rápido y amable. Ideal para los amantes de las buenas hamburguesas. Sin duda volveremos. Lo que más me llamó la atención fue que puedes elegir entre patatas fritas o boniato frito!!

Llevamos años viniendo y siempre es un placer. El trato de todos los camareros es increíble, amables y atentos en todo momento. Las hamburguesas están impresionantes, realmente deliciosas. Cada vez que llegamos a Guardamar es una visita obligatoria: nos encanta venir con la familia y los amigos porque nunca defraudan. ¡Un sitio que siempre merece la pena repetir sin falta!
Les voy a dar la máxima puntuación por tres motivos: - Valentía a la hora de emprender un negocio de este tipo en Guardamar. Hacía falta una buena hamburguesería. - Las hamburguesas son bestiales. Creativas. Productos de calidad. Espectaculares. Los nachos brutales. Las patatas geniales. - El servicio es muy bueno. Rápido y atento. Puedes reservar, nosotros no lo hicimos pero no tuvimos que esperar mucho. El local es divertido. Las camisetas amarillas, que se ven de lejos en el paseo, me encantan. Les auguro un merecido éxito. Enhorabuena.
Llevo muchos años veraneando en Guardamar, y este es el mejor sitio de hamburguesas que he probado. Desde el principio, el servicio muy amable y muy atento, llevan una gestión de 10, incluso con el restaurante lleno no tienes que esperar mucho. Las hamburguesas están riquísimas, la carne muy muy tierna (ojo, el punto estaba ligerisimamente más hecho, pero aún así muy jugosa) y las cantidades hacen que salgas muy satischecho. Mención especial a Pedro y a Paola, súper amables, hicieron la cena muy amena. Sin duda, si vienes a Guardamar tienes que probarlo, recomendadisimo!!
Una gran experiencia en este lugar. Hemos podido degustar de una hamburguesa 🍔 con un muy buen sabor y con una muy buena calidad para el precio que supone, bajo mi punto de vista. El establecimiento está bastante bien aunque de normal se suele llenar muchísimo, en especial la terraza de la que disponen. En nuestro caso al haber ido a comer pronto no hemos tenido ese inconveniente pero de otras veces que hemos pasado por la zona, hemos podido apreciar como se llena en las noches, hecho completamente normal cabe decir. El servicio ha sido muy bueno en todo momento con un trato muy agradable y cercano por ambos trabajadores que nos han atendido. Para aparcar resulta complicado la verdad. Dependiendo del día y la hora igual toca rebuscar un buen rato. La verdad es que si pasas por Guardamar del Segura tienes que ir a probarlo ya que vale muchísimo la pena. Totalmente recomendable 🤌🏻

This was by far THE BEST BURGER I have ever ate. And the fact that the terrace of the place is right across the kids play park was a big plus for us! Definitely will come back to this place!
Stopped by for a quick coffee — had an “espresso largo,” which was the perfect size and taste. The place was full inside, so we ended up having a burger with the kids — really good! I’d recommend eating inside, though, as it was quite windy. The fries were also great. Pleasant and friendly young staff — overall, a nice experience!
Stumbled across this place on a bike ride. Epic burgers that not only look amazing but taste fantastic. Cooked to your liking and so good. Staff were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable on the food and you don't sit wanting for anything. We will definitely be going back again!

Ate at the restaurant in Guardamar. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Even with a fully packed restaurant, the food was on the table in no time. Ordered the "American Smash" burger and, honestly, it's the best smash burger I've ever had. Juicy meat, airy bread, and a pickle dressing that tasted absolutely fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, we will definitely be back!

This was a great find in Guardamar. I ordered the San Juan Burger, with caramelised popcorn and bourbon Jack Daniels sauce. It tasted really good, and it the popcorn actually added the little extra. The staff was fun and good as well. I recommend this spot

Great burger place in the hub of Guardamar with outdoor seating as well as indoor. Staff are very friendly, and we're happy to explain the menu to us as my friend was vegan and help him with his choice. Food came out in a timely fashion and was presented well and tasted fantastic.......will definitely visit again👍

Hamburguesas brutales. Gran carta donde elegir. Pollo y, sobre todo, carne, mucha carne. Gran relación calidad-precio. Hamburguesas jugosas, originales y bien hechas. Las patatas y el boniato merecen mucho la pena. Recomendable hacer reserva. Bastante buen trato; muy amables.
Fine restaurant in nice surroundings. Food OK. I ordered Mexican burger with spicy sauce. A strange white cheese on top. It was just tasteless and odd. Would like cheddar or gouda instead. Else ok.
Very disappointing if you're not a local, or just unlucky? We waited 10 minutes before we got a table, even though there was some free space. It took ages to order the drinks and we had to wait just as long until the food was finally taken. One of the 3 burgers was forgotten. There was no cutlery for us. We couldn't place another order for drinks either. We then ordered directly at the bar. But it wasn't delivered. The flavour was good, they said, but I expect more from the service than this unprofessional approach. Paid quickly at the bar and left. It's better to go where you're almost welcome, no matter where you come from.
Poor. We ordered 5 burgers sitting in the restaurant, were served 4 as they forgot 1, all well and good only to wait for it to be cooked and then came with the completely wrong burger. All other diners had finished with 2 young tired kids we couldn't wait any longer, staff couldn't care less and then seemed unhappy that we asked for the bill as couldn't wait for another to be cooked, at this point we have been sat for nearly an hour. 75 euro for 4 burgers a few soft drinks and not even a sorry for not being able to serve a simple burger with onions.... absolute joke. Shame really
Do not use. Unclean premises. My pregnant wife was told to get out when she tried to use the toilet as they was cleaning the restaurant floor, strange as they had been open 1 hour, total lies, when i questioned the manager he told me i was just a customer. WOW...... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
