I recommend the family combo
I recommend this delicious, juicy, and roasted chicken. They take care of the flavor. They are not dry and they are not pigeons. They are chickens with promotions.
Despite the large crowd, the service was fast and the wait was very short. Good deals and delicious chicken.
Despite being delicious, it becomes more commercial every day. Now they even sell you the salsa and an extra tortilla, honestly, just because it's delicious and it's for poor people like me and we don't have enough for a pollo loco, who cares, but I really don't recommend it.
The flavor is delicious, the hygiene and service quality are very good, the only downside is that any extras are charged separately; if you want onions and more salsa, it's about 50 pesos more.
The classic roast chicken but faster, is a good option if you are in a hurry. At this branch there is usually no line and they will deliver your order very quickly with reliable flavors and good service from the staff. On the negative side I would only say that there is nowhere to park, I have had to walk quite a bit, avoid double queuing.

Pollo Feliz Express is a great place to buy roasted chicken and sides like rice, beans, etc. The chicken tastes excellent, although it's worth noting that the pieces in their packages have been getting smaller over time. On the other hand, the place doesn't have tables or chairs; it's just for grab-and-go, so you'll be standing the whole time. The service is generally good, but on busy days or during weekend lunchtimes, it can get quite slow, so it's best to arrive before or after lunchtime.
El pollo siempre es bueno en mi opinión, el pay de queso me gusta mucho lo malo de ese establecimiento es el estacionamiento, no tienen un lugar para estacionarse lo cual es a veces desesperante ya que llevas prisa y la calle es un caos, por todo lo demás la comida es recomendable.

The chicken tastes great, the problem is the sides. If you order the combo that includes one side, they give you fries instead of beans or guacamole. It's best to buy the sides separately.
They gave me burnt tortillas. They should have been honest and given me more tortilla chips as compensation!

It seems like they're short on staff on Sundays because I've been there twice on Sundays, and they have long lines during rush hour due to staff shortages. Everyone does two things at a time. Or maybe that's just the service itself. You waste extra time in line. Other than that, everything else is fine.
We ordered a whole chicken and they gave us half! It was also completely dry and tasteless. And it's expensive. We didn't check it until we got home, trusting that we'd get what we expected. I don't recommend it.

Honestly, the service was terrible. They didn't give me tortillas, and the grilled onions (which are extra) were completely raw and cold. I bought two chickens and they only gave me one salsa. Awful.
Given the location of this establishment, you'd think you'd get a good product at a good price. However, they didn't give us what the package description said they would. Many items were missing, and they were still begging for salsas and tortilla chips even though I offered to pay extra. I won't be back.
