Very nice place
An excellent restaurant in the center of Saluzzo, a very welcoming and well-maintained space serving traditional Piedmontese dishes, divinely prepared with quality ingredients. We stopped for lunch by chance, and even though we hadn't booked, they accommodated us without a problem, despite the restaurant being crowded. The wine cellar is very well-stocked. The strong points, in my opinion, besides the quality of the food and the courtesy of the owner, are the friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service staff. The value for money may seem a bit high, but when you taste the dishes, it justifies the price. I highly recommend it.
